I have been to a lot of Eye Stores. Eyemart Express is by far the best i have been too. When i got my new glasses they were wonderful. I can see again. The staff was wonderful and i will be back for my next appointment.

My glasses were made quickly and when I used them for a month and they appeared to be a little off I went back to the store and they adjusted the frames and actually made it where I could see better through the lenses and these were basic single vision lenses.

I had a great experience when I had my appointment at Eyemart Express in Marion, IL.They were extremely efficient from the moment I walked in. I had very little wait time and was very satisfied with my exam for both spectacles and contacts. Dr. Amy Simpson is a great doctor. Im deaf/HoH and she made sure I understood everything and I really appreciated that. After my exam I was introduced to Tara who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the right frames for my face and for the lenses they will be using, it was a lot of little things like that, that makes Eyemart Express a great place to give your business to. Tara, also was aware of my hearing deficiency and really went out of her way to make sure I knew everything I needed to. It was really Tara that made my visit extraordinary, and I cant thank her enough. The price is great, as opposed to where I usually go, I really ended up with a great deal that Im happy with. I like the follow up services as well, theyve kept me informed and updated on the progress of my order. They do get your glasses fast, my son went there about 6 months ago and received his glasses the same day. I knew going in, it wouldnt be like that for me, I get my lenses thinned as much as possible and that takes time, but Ill still be receiving them more quickly than anyplace else. They were great with Covid regulations and I felt very safe as well. I highly recommend Eyemart Express in Marion, IL. They really run a great place!

Almost perfect experience. Reasonably priced. Great staff. FAST SERVICE - under an hour to get my glasses. Good selection of frames. The only drawback was feeling a bit rushed in making my decision. Because they have to sterilize every single pair that you try on, I didn’t feel as free to try on as many as I would have liked.

I went in to have an exam and new glassesThe exam was bad the doctor do not even complete it and they made 2 pairs of glasses that I could not even use I was told 50 times to give them a try and I will adjust to them. Went to this location today and had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. Was motioned over by a gentleman who claims he didn’t actually motion us (not sure what else a hand waving you over while looking right at you could mean) then a woman associate barks at us and says “he’s on the phone!” Well yes ma’am I can clearly see that and we assumed he was on hold or something. Then we went back up to the front stand to wait and another man took us over to the women’s frames and was very condescending in that he insisted we stick to the cheaper section! Made it very clear that the options I NEED would cost more as if we could not afford it. Let me tell you buying glasses is something I’ve had to do for 30 years I think I know what’s extra! Just an all around bad experience and we will never return.

Everyone there was awesome! I went for contacts and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that my daughter and I both needed. They didn’t rush me and they were able to help me find the perfect glasses and contacts that I would have never even considered and now my eyes don’t hurt anymore. I have already told at least a dozen people about this place. I am really glad that I made my appointment with them.

I went to Eyemart Express in Marion on Saturday to get my first pair of prescription sunglasses. They were so friendly and helpful! Tara took great care of me and had my sunglasses ready to go within 29 minutes. I will definitely be going back for all of my eye care needs.

By far the friendliest staff ever! And by far the best and fastest service Ive seen or probably will ever see. Had my first pair of glasses in my hand in 6 minutes. My second pair were prescription sunglasses and had them in my hand 10 minutes after the first pair. Incredible prices to boot. It doesnt get any better that the Eyemart Express in Marion, IL. If you need anything vision related, definately stop and give em a chance, Im glad I did. You will be too.....youll see. 😁

Wasnt able to get an eye exam here cause they were booked up, but the experience was a good one. They were super friendly and applied a lot of discounts which made the two pair of glasses I got much cheaper since I dont have vision insurance. They werent done in an hour, or even two, but they were dont the same day and thats what I needed. Highly recommend if you need glasses today --- bring in your script and you wont be disappointed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful in every way possible. Had 2 pairs of glasses done and ready for me to be picked up within 45 minutes! Glasses are covered in case of any accidents and damage and can be taken in any time for cleaning and adjusting for free! Will definitely be returning in the future.
