I bought a car from them a year ago and they were very nice and helped me find the right vehicle for me. Very reasonably priced vehicles. I havent had any issues with my car since buying it and they always work with me as long as I do what I say Im going to do. Definitely will buy from them again.

Horrible place, vehicles and owner. Dont buy from this place unless you like to lose your money and have a broke down vehicle you cant drive.Worked extra jobs to save up for a vehicle for months. Put down what i had saved, had the vehicle for a little over a week and breaks down wirh major mechanical issues. Wont run. Owner says not covered and wslks off saying fix it myself and wont give money back.Now im out money and no vehicle. Good people losing thier money to this business who is deceptive and morally doesnt do the right thing.Based off the reviews i see this is a pattern and will be reported. They should do the right thing and quit scamming hard working people.

Only reason its one star it because i had to put something, this place is HORRIBLE!!!!! i had cash on hand ready to buy a car i mean pay cash for it and he would not take my money or even make me an offer, I get it but its a shame people are the way they are yes its your spot but you dont have to treat people so disrespectful... but he does not ever have to worry about me going there or making any accommodation to him!!!!

Ive know Mr Brandon for many years bought many cars from him never had a problem always been very helpful and honest great place to buy a great used car at and affordable price.

Let me preface this by saying that if I could have voted 0 stars, I absolutely would have.My wife and I recently went to Brannon to get a car. We ended up deciding on a 2008 Ford Escape, 6Cylinder. While going through the purchasing process and test driving, everything was fantastic. Everything was good, the car ran well, and things couldnt have been better.Well, about 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, and maybe having put 400~ miles on it, the check engine light came on. I promptly called Brannon to ask if there were any problems that they forgot to mention (yes, we did ask). We were told No, there was nothing wrong with it, just give it some time and call back in a few weeks if its still there. In the mean time, I took the vehicle to AutoZone to see what the check engine light was.Cylinder 2 minor misfire. Okay, Ill just replace the spark plugs, coils, and do a fuel line clean just in case.That works for about 2 weeks, then the light came back on.Well, one thing led to another, and due to my work schedule and the work I do, I was not able to call for a bit after. In the mean time, I replaced the spark plugs again, at several mechanics advisory.Well, here we are 4 complete sets of spark plugs, having replaced the ignition coils, as well as cleaning the fuel lines several times, were still having the issue.So, yesterday, I go up to Brannon and decide to talk to them face to face. I wish I knew the old mans name that I spoke to, but I kid you not, the second I asked Are you sure there was nothing wrong? Theres no way problems this severe have just popped up in the 2k miles weve put on it in 4 months.I was told to leave. Straight up told to leave, that he wouldnt talk to me about it, and that The car was bought as is, should have had it looked it. (although we werent allowed to have it looked at during the process, that should have been my first red flag, first time buyer. That wont happen again.)Anyway, this is really shady, and Id recommend extreme caution when dealing with these folks. Ive spoke to a family member of a very close friend who has also dealt with issues like this from Brannon, but on a much more severe case. Luckily, my fixes are only a few hundred and can be swung, but Im still not happy about it, and will be looking to end my contract ASAP. This vehicle is simply not worth putting up with the shadiness that is that man.

My mother bought a car here they are great people, tgey work with you and have great deals on vehicles, and they are not like them other places who sale you a lemon, they actually have good quality cars for great low prices😉😎😎😎🚗

I would never recommend to come to this car lot. Purchased a car for a few months and everyone was real nice until the first problem happened. When I called to try to talk with the manager, he was very defensive. Basically told me just pay for the car its your problem now. I let him know that after having the car in the shop, the mechanics let me know that connections under the hood were so lose when they touched them, they just fell off.Just be safe and say no.

Bought a car 3 years ago 40k miles later never had a problem

Bad service I bought a Nissan armada from them didnt even drive the truck for 5000 miles when the electrical problem show up and the airbags light pop up I took the truck to them and they just told me it was my problem I paid 2500 down and 420 a month they just ripped me off stay away from this place I drove the truck for about 3 months and then I wasnt able to drive it anymore I tried to do a trade in with them they sold the truck to me at 16000 five months later he tried to bought it from me at 7500 didnt even tried to help at all the truck is a blue armada platinum stay away from that truck keep your family safe

Do not trust this dealership to do business with my father Hermon Turner bought a 14000 Toyota Camry 35 days ago and the check engine light came on after he drove it 147 miles and I called the owner of the business to address the issue and was told its his problem not theirs they do not inspect their cars before they sell them to buyers my advice drive right by their car lot as fast as you can.
