I just dont get anxious going to Les Schwab. After sitting in the same position for a year, my drivers side tires had dry rotted. I scheduled an appointment online for noon. It was busy, but I was greeted promptly. (I would note both your names if you had been wearing name tags.) Not long after being greeted, out came Ryan to get me going. Next, Travis Trav, offered options after I explained my plan and they were off.I was initially going to wait. I have to admit the LS lot is beautifully landscaped and wandering around for awhile is nice. The indoor waiting area and showroom are immaculate. Theres coffee and popcorn too! Turned out that a friend came and grabbed me for lunch, but the cool cars, massive trucks, dredge and landscaping could have kept me occupied.At 2:15, I received a text from Trav notifying me that my car was done. Nice touch! I am always so impressed by the Les Schwab staff and their no pressure but more advisory role. And, in fact, they had discovered on their own that the drivers side tires were the worst. Just plain old great customer service at its BEST! Thank you again.

Les Schwab has been helping our tire needs for over 10 years and the service has been consistently attentive, helpful and wallet friendly. Once, they gave me a pair of used tires free of charge when they didnt have the exact size of tire I was looking for. I was safe for another 3 to 4 months, easy, thanks to them. Ill never forget it! Today, I sent my mom their way w a surprise total at the end and paid for her tires ;)

The team here really lives up to the advertising of earning trust and being best-in-class. I got outstanding service quickly and professionally, even as closing time neared. Definitely over-and-above service level, making me a fan of the brand at least at this location. Not to mention, this location has ample parking and a clean and comfortable waiting area.

Ive been coming to les swabs for 25 years. My last two experience all in the last 3 months have been abnormal for les swabs. 4 words Id use to describe .Stressful, time consuming, agitating. Irresponsible Dont open any emails. Their email comes with a disclaimer. After all their comp issues they send out emails with a disclaimer saying they are not responsible for comp damage.. yes they are. The person receiving. Isnt given the disclaimer until its to late. Now if everytime they sent an email they disclosed the issue and then customer makes a educated decision. But sending this info in the infected email . Nope .if my business or my clients are effected there will be legal consequences.

Cost of work seems to be vary arbitrary, I have called twice and talked with two different representatives and their price was not very consistent for the same work, and to make it worst, one is 2.5x the quote of the other. I called again to a nearby Les Swab center and they seem to be a bit more consistent. you will get rip off here.

I have been a customer at a couple of these tire stores and I will say every time the customer service has been excellent. Les Schwab will fix a punctured tire without charging you for it. They even rotated my tires for free today. For sure when I need a new set of wheels they will be getting my business!

Ive been going here for years. They still had seven cars in their system on this trip. They always do a great job they are always professional and always courteous. I moved away from this location but still go there because I know that they are super reliable and trustworthy.

The people were nice and everything just as the prices they gave me for some rims and tire wear like twice as much as you can get online the only complaint I really have other than that theyre pretty decent store. For repairs and stuff but man their prices on stuff we like twice as high

Exceptional customer service. Ive run over around 6-8 nails in the last 5 or 6 years and they never once charged me to put a plug in. Guys just took care of it and I went on my way. So after that kind of business practice I bought some all terrain tires for my truck when I needed them and I couldnt be happier. Best place to get tires or help with related problems. If everyone lived the way Les Schwab tires does wed all live in a better world.

I went here for the first time almost 5 years ago or so. Ive had some not so great experiences with other tire shops but Les Schwab Martinez has ALWAYS taken care of me. I worked for Tesla for 5 years and I can definitely vouch for their customer service and quality every time Ive gone. Im a stickler about customer service and attention to detail. Just mounted another set of tires on my weekend track car. Really appreciate you guys as sometimes my rims have a lot of brake dust from my pads and you always wipe it down for me. Thank you guys in the back for all your hard work I appreciate since Ive been there. Please tell all the techs I personally appreciate their hardworking and Ill always go back to this location. Front staff has always been a great help. This is my go to tire shop.

Terrible service, has gone way done hill recently. Have been going here for years with no problem, came in yesterday to get my rear brakes replaced. Went driving in the car today and the rear started smoking, gave Les Schwab a call to see what may be going on and they said they were glad I called because they did not complete the job the day before, did not tell me, let me pay over $500 for this incomplete service and put my safety at risk for profit. Though the workers are nice, it does not make up for the fact they definitely hold profit over people.

Great tire service! I came in about a month ago to inquire about tires and their quality to see which ones to choose for my budget. A nice gentleman walked over and asked if I needed any assistance. I did and he showed me the kinds this business sold to the extent that I would have the basic knowledge of the wear and tear of tires as well as durability under different environments and climates. He spoke thoroughly and thoughtfully that I wasnt led to dead ends and bs jargon. Ill be back in the future to purchase tires from this business.

Very helpful staff and quick service. I went in to see if my car had a gauge problem because the tire pressure gauge was on. It took less than 15 min in all. They have free popcorn and coffee as you wait. I was too full to try but the lady next to me was raving about the popcorn.

Been here twice - both times to have tire punctures repaired. The first time they charged me $14 and the plug has lasted several months. The most recent time, they didnt charge me at all. I was pleasantly surprised. I will be in the market for new tires soon, and as long as their prices arent too far off from other stores, I will likely bring my business here. I noticed the front right side tire was suddenly bald. Seriously: it had been fine just two weeks prior! I knew this meant two new tires and I needed them fast before it starts raining again. (We hope it starts raining again soon.) My sister mentioned good experience with Les Schwab where she lives. I had planned to compare cost to another dealer but (a) Schwab was open an hour earlier than the other and (b) I really liked how they dealt with my call. So I zipped on over. They offered options but did not pressure me in any way. The waiting area and bathroom were clean. When we discovered a miscommunication about alignment (I wanted that), they fit that in quickly and my car was ready in no time. Ill definitely be back.

This is a great shop. They did fantastic work on my nephews truck tires, alignment and brakes, making his vehicle safe again. They have excellent communications and professionalism. They are fast and efficient.

This is a really good place, people are fast and friendly, try to work within your budget and even though you might get an occasional up sale its rare. They dont treat woman any different than males. Highly recommend!

Not too happy. My brakes make noise not every day just once in awhile I decided to go have them check the guy at the desk told me between 250 and $300 to fix brakes. After another guy went and check my brakes he came out with his long list of brakes and other parts and then what you want to do two tires which is the tires he says for more traction and better durability about $488. So they inspire me to go out and get a second opinion I just need brakes to the one in the front but they change both now I just paid 240 total including labor. A little disappointed. The place is nice huge space to sit down coffee popcorn you name it. But I really felt like this was a rip off.

The place has plenty of seating and is really accommodating with free popcorn, coffee, and cell phone charging stations. I had a flat repaired as a walk in so it took awhile but a reservation will leave you golden. Everyone there was also quite friendly

Honestly do not waste your time here a bunch of young kids who do ABSOLUTELY nothing. I arrived at 3pm asking to have my breaks serviced they said no because they do not have enough time but they close at 5pm... hows that not enough time!?

Always want to give me most expensive quote like Im made of money!! They do seem to care about the working person especially women, unfortunately.

They provide complimentary services such as tire pressure checks and rotations. I dont remember the last time I paid to fix a flat, either. Always courteous.
