Cell doc daddy was the best employee in the store. He wore a yellow shirt that day and had a purple cup with tea in it. He gave me a slight attitude but i dont care because he looks good. If any of you have a problem i dont care cell daddy is the best

They don’t have enough or quality tools for the work they offer, they don’t have glasses to change till 3 weeks after, they can not take off glasses.

I just recently got my iPhone 11 screen fixed there. The screen keepS freezing and skipping. There’s no phone number to call them. I don’t recommend. They also don’t tell you that your warranty on your phone is gone once you get the screen replaced by stores like this. The screen they use are from amazon not apple

My phone was completely shattered and was not working at all. These guys were so good and knowledgeable to get it fixed. I have my phone fixed now and works great. They also offered me a free screen protector. Great place and people.

Rip off! I went to buy a magnetic phone holder. I then went to the car in the parking lot to install it on my dashboard, but I realized I got one with missing parts. I went back in to get a refund but then told me that their refund policy is only for exchange. So I got a different one that I didn’t really want, but i didn’t want to leave without an exchange at least. What I bought before was for $17. The exchanged one was apparently $5 more. He said that for me he’ll just let me have it. I then later saw that the exchanged item which I got was an IX-60 air vent phone holder was cheap looking after I opened the box. I looked up the item online to see how much they sell for and they sell for $10 NOT $22. Ripped me off just so I wouldn’t get my money back. No money back. I ain’t going back. Hope others see this and they’ll do the same and avoid this place.

Do not go here to get phone repaired!! I recently got my galaxy s7 screen repaired from there and 2 days later my screen went black and unresponsive and the phone was not dropped and I repeat it was not dropped!! Something they said I did just because it had a little scratch mark on the screen that could barely be seen. It was clearly a factory defect but they were not so friendly or helpful with my situation they told me I had to get a new screen when I just got it repaired 2 days ago for $225!! Theres another phone repair shop in the same mall that does a better job and gives a 6 month warranty I regret not going there.

I’ve been coming to these guys a few times now for repairs. And they are very polite, have great prices and I’ve never had a problem.

Went to get two iPhone screens repaired. The gentleman in the counter failed to specify many key parts of the repair PAST the screen repairs; both cameras had to be replaced and that neither home buttons are replaced. Once we got the phones, one screen had a subtle blue tint and the other was subtle black. Bringing up this inconsistency, the man tried to play me off as If I was imagining things yet both people that accompanied me assured me I wasn’t and he “eventually” saw the inconsistency. One of the iPhone’s home buttons was now loose, and they also tried to play that off as well. To make matters even worse, one of them started to use profanity with me and had the audacity to charge me $20 to put the old screens back. This is not customer service, if you want to be a professional in your field you must not only treat your customers with respect but also pay attention to detail to the repairs you are making on these expensive phones. Terrible place, don’t waste your time.

Went to get my iphone fixed payed, i paid 120 when apple charges about 150 but later i found out other places charge less by like 30-40 dollars. aslo the screen was not even put on properly the 3d touch was not working properly and i called and told them what happened but when i got to the store they wanted to charge me another 110 dollars. terrible costumer service go to another place!!!

It was a great job for the cheapest price and the store was really good. Especially the store really brightened which looks like apple store.

Was advised by sales clerk that the glass screen protector for iPhone X was given lifetime warranty upon purchase. Showed up today with the receipt & they said they don’t provide warranty...won’t be here again.
