I am so amazed with the customer service at this place. Both of the guys are very helpful. I had been experiencing technical issues, I am glad I paid visit to this store. They helped me, sort out all the issues in the phone and it works perfectly fine now. My life is so much easier with better working phone. I would recommend anyone to go to them with phone and customer service issues.Mandy

I was helped by Jass and his partner and what a wonderful and easy experience. They made the whole process go so smoothly - I was there less than 30 minutes ! They both explained everything they were showing me (in a way I would understand which was even better), great pricing, very kind and patient people, and even gave us some laughs ! Not just salesmen but just great people overall . The customer service at this location is beyond excellent and I will most definitely return back to them when I need them . I would 100% recommended them to anyone looking for a new phone or any other service !!

Was the best!! Key word was...i used to come here all the time to pay my bill or even get an accessory or two and the older gentlemen there was always so helpful and nice. Well today i go and there are new people in there. Customer service was horrible and they seem really rude. Definitely not coming here unless i see the older gentlemen there otherwise ill just go somewhere else

Went today and got no service employee on their personal phone didn’t bother to ask me if I needed help. I had to yell can someone help me please!!!!! When one was busy I don’t understand? It’s your job do it horrible management I would not go back or recommend. I was the guy trying to buy his mom a new phone. Smh

Best metro ever

I have nothing but good things to say about the Metro PCS here at the Westfield Mall in Massapequa. At my first visit to the Kiosk my experience was very pleasurable. Singh was so pleasant with a friendly smile and very knowledgeable about the products, and what would best fit my lifestyle. Thus far, I have bought a phone for my husband and my nephew. Anytime I visit with a problem, Singh is always accommodating with that friendly smile. He is so professional and also very patient. I will be a long time customer for a long time. Everything was great first day. After a couple of days and receiving my bill no one could be found to help. Staff is clearly not knowledgeable of their promotions. Was given false information and when my bill reflected this, little to nothing was done. Very unhappy with the service of the employees including manager.

They quick to sell you something that from the start didn’t work and after 2 weeks they send you to apple to wait 3 plus hours they dont know good service. Now back a tmobil now this 50 restock fee but then frankie the manager fixed it and go thing he wasn’t on his phone

Terrible experience. Horrible customer service. Very inexperienced, and unprofessional. the staff looked like they did not want to be there nor did they care. They did not have sufficient knowledge to provide assistance. Had to repeatedly call manager to ask questions.

I came in today to buy a Sim card. I guess you cant order these off the Metro PCS website, otherwise I would have. Anyways, when I got to the store the young lady at the counter tells me its $20. I went on to say I didnt want to activate a phone in the store, because I dont want to pay an activation fee. You can activate phones for free just by calling customer service yourself. I just needed the SIM card. She went on to say that its $20 because I have to activate a phone. To make a long story short, I called metro pcs customer service and asked if I really needed to activate a phone and if the SIM card really is $10. They confirmed the card is in fact, $10, and I dont have to activate a phone. When I went back to the store someone else was there and told me they had just sold out of Sim cards... I dont know if this statement was true or not, given that they just tried to sell me one for $20, 15 minutes ago... but it felt dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. Go to a corporate one or one where the employees are not shady.
