To expensive. I remember when 2 12 inches with installation and a 1500w amp was 500-550$....1200+ is ABSURD...but I wouldnt say 3 stars is a bad rating...

Website says they have products in stock. They dont tell you the stuff IS NOT in stock a week later when you call to see why your order is awaiting fulfillment. They dont answer emails and now I have to wait even longer on my refund of my deposit, because its obviously harder to give money back than it is to take it. Dont waste your time. Order elsewhere.

Over the years I have purchased a ton of products from SSA. Aaron and Mark are the best with communication and customer service. You will not find another company that works harder to answer your questions and to provide the customer solutions to their audio needs. While I haven’t even mentioned their products yet, their speakers and subwoofers are equally great. The amount of time that goes into design and testing of their products truly shows.

I purchased a ssa zcon 15 d2 from SSA they are amazing in particular Aaron Clinton is Incredibly amazing with his knowledge and his customer care/support.!!.Iam an off duty police/peace officer from covid19 So i have alot of time on my hands and in return was always thinking of questions to ask him lol.Id say i must have emailed him over 50 times lol 😆 and he answered every single email question with ease and great knowledge. I ordered an amplifier from them may 30th and was told the one I ordered was out of stock and they offered to send me one with similar specs and I accepted. Somehow they managed to ship the amplifier to the wrong address and return to the manufacturer TWICE. The customer service people were friendly and helpful about everything but thats about all I can say. I am getting a refund and buying the amplifier I want from Amazon instead.

Got a 12 icon. Sound is unreal. Blows everybody away.. Even if you know nothing about subwoofers. Just holding one of these and looking at it you can tell that the level of quality is at the top.. ssa is the big boy stuff.. Ill never stray..disregard the previous review. It obviously has nothing to do with SSA and needs to be removed
