Went with a tire off the car for a nail in it. Dropped it off. An hour and a half later. Still had not touched it. Waited another half an hour. Finally got it fixed. Not happy. They had 2 cars in being repaired. Never saw anyone working one other one. Very. Very slow place

Called on a Saturday morning and they had me in by 1pm. Very busy but after a lot of work I was out in 3 hours. Lots of long term customers came through. Highly recommended

I took my daughter into the tirechoice on Saturday March 6, 2021 to get a tire fixed or replaced, Dennis contacted later in the day and told me she needed a new tire, new rotors and pads and she had brake fluid leaking from her calipers and needed them rebuilt, and the bill would be 1596.00 plus tax. Long story short, I had them put her spare on and took her car to another shop, found out there was no fluid leak, rotors and pads were fine, just needed a new tire. I would stay clear of this place, I will never go back here for any reason. Ron Shank I called the number they gave me and all I got was customer service and all they told me was they would give the information to her supervisor and thank you for calling and have a nice day. They didn’t offer any further assistance or anything else. What a joke, will never do any business with them again!!!!!!!

I believe this shop is one of the best shops around. This store is very well kept and clean. The staffing members are great people and have a lot of knowledge on a vehicle just by looking at it. This is a very good shop and Ive been here and got work done and they are reasonable and very fair about the jobs they do! They tell you what is wrong and tell you what is needed because they are looking for your interest and others on the road for safety. These are great techs and wont steer any person wrong. Great service. Very clean shop and customer area. Went in for an alignment, was diagnosed with bad wheel bearings. No charge for that visit. Rescheduled 2 weeks later after repairs. They got me in immediately. Started work immediately. Completion time and cost estimate were dead on. Vehicle feels much safer now. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

I was volunteering with Reach Mission Trips, fixing up houses in the community when the bus we use to transport crews and materials took a nail to the front tire 1.5 hours before Monros closing time. The problem with my car ended up being more involved and expensive than expected so I didnt get any work done, but they were very helpful and took the time to diagnose the problem and show me what was wrong.

Good enough place as any for oil changes, but I wouldnt recommend anything further. Throughout my experience, I felt as though I was being taken advantage of. There are definitely better alternatives when it comes to price, and the crews ability to explain services to the customer.

Without an appointment, the crew was quick to get my vehicle in and up on a lift to acess the problem. They were very fast, polite, and professional. The manager was polite and friendly. The coffee is hot. I went in for an oil change and they found some serious problems I knew nothing about! The manager explained what the part did, in a way I could understand and the consequences of not having it repaired. Ill be honest, I called my mechanic about the price. My mechanic said it was right in line with what he would charge. Ill be going to Monro a lot more now.

My experience was amazing. i’m only 18 and normally my dad handles all my car problems and dealing with shops and if he doesn’t i always get ripped off due to me being a young girl not knowing how much things are and should be. the people working were super nice even with me being the confused person i am! i was pleased with how much they helped me figure out what i need and walking me through everything so i could see what was wrong and what they were going to do. denis was the best there, super funny and repeated a lot so i could text my dad and let him know what was going on! thank you guys so much!!

Man at the counter gave his best effort at mansplaining to me why my car needs full synthetic oil..even though I already knew that being that it is my car. I then told him that down the street a few miles away through the same company they always give me a deal on my oil change..to which he responded...then you need to go there. I will never enter this garage again. I will drive out of my way to get my oil changed every time. This is the second time ive been talked down to by a man at this establishment and the last. I will spend the rest of my time telling people why they should avoid this location. There motto is we beat any competitors price..he didnt even try.

My experience was terrible I don’t if it’s the manger or an employee he didn’t have a name tag on, I went to ask him a question about how much it would cost to get s muffler put on my car and how soon could he get me in he was extremely rude since I told him I already bought the muffler he said why ? He told me to return it. He told me to put on the muffler was $75.00 plus tax which was pretty high, I told him I would be back. Hewas heavy set with glasses I believe this needs to be addressed for the fact this is my second time trying to deal with this place and the same guy was rude to me the first time was a few months ago when I tried to get an oil change but it didn’t happen because of how rude he was .

There are many places I could have broke down on a Saturday afternoon. But thank God above it was at Home Depot buying my husband a Christmas present. I walked to the Monro by the street. Met the most compassionate & understanding man; Dennis ( Store Manager - or Team Leader - i think he said his official title recently changed) Dennis secured all other customers vehicles with his crew, and cam with me back to retrieve my car. He too could not get it to start sohe called his towing service, and had them come get it. He worked out a favor with the driver and they did not charge for the tow.What a blessing Dennis is. How awesome this man saved me $90 @ Christmas? Who does this, today? Domeone who earns my repeat business forever . . . Took my car here for an oil change. Really good price but sketchy service (felt like they would pray on someones ignorance if they didnt know much about cars). And forced upselling. If you refuse the upselling you get hit with some bad attitude. Not a friendly atmosphere either. Bad energy too.
