Does not return emails. Bad customer service.

This is one place I dont recommend. The prices are not that great for factory reconditioned tools. If you want reconditioned tools there are many places in the area like cambridge flea market that carries them at a much better price.

Ordered from these clowns through Walmart on 4/7. Was supposed to be delivered 4/15 (its now the evening of 4/16). Checked the tracking, was supposed to be on its way - checked the detailed tracking and USPS still hadnt received the item. Thats what I call fraud.

Shysters! They charged me a so-called restocking fee that was supposed to be 20% - was actually closer to 30% !!!. Said it was in their return policy... Do yourself a favor and dont ever consider them for ANYTHING!!!

Very good selection of quality tools, Dewalt, Makita, etc. at very good prices. I recommend checking them out!

COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOTH AMAZON AND FAT BOY TOOLS.I purchased two items in the same order, one direct from Amazon and one from a third party seller Fat Boy Tools. The one from Amazon was a grass clipper and the one from Fat Boy Tools was the required battery charger. Both items were shipped via standard shipping.I received the grass clipper from Amazon on July 19. However, I am still waiting for the charger.Fat Boy Tools shipped the item via UPS for transfer to USPS for final delivery which is the SLOWEST POSSIBLE shipping method. The item was shipped July 12 with a projected delivery date of no later than July 22. Amazon now says that the new delivery date is July 26 (yesterday); however, USPS tracking shows a delivery date of August 1.I have a tool that I purchased through Amazon at the same time as the charger that is COMPLETELY USELESS until I receive the charger.

Was sent a totally wrong leatherman. Ordered a wave plus and was sent a leatherman signal. Now I have to wait 14 days to receive a refund once they receive the return. Fat boy tools sucks!

Great deals on tools, Ive dealt with them quite a bit. Unfortunately they no longer deal in dewalt and thats my go to brand.

I got more Tools in my house than they do they better get some new tools went there twice couldnt find one any of the tools I was looking for how to change it to skinny boys thin men

I was suppose to recieve my order 2 days ago and my item still hasnt even been shipped. Im definitely not the kind of person to be leaving reviews but this is ridiculous. Ill make sure to never order another item coming from this distributor again.

Sadly if i could rate 0 stars i would. I purchased a $200 Hammer on Amazon through Fat Boy Tools and, its been almost 3 weeks. The package can not be tracked. The post office is telling me they sent out a shipping label but not the actual package. Needless to say, the birthday gift i ordered for my husband who has been waiting patiently, is clearly not coming. Or if it is-not anytime soon. I asked customer service if i could get a replacement sent and shipped overnight due to the inconvenience. They told me they cannot ship overnight. (Which is horrible buisness on their end. ) i would NOT recommend buying from this company as i feel i have been scammed.

Been weeks waiting for delivery... have heard nothing from them. Would not order from them again.

First and last time i will go in this store. There were so many boxes and stuff laying everywhere you could hardly walk around. The customer service was horrible. There were 5-6 employees in there and none of them greeted me or asked me if I needed any help the whole time I was in there. One woman even saying excuse me 3 or 4 times but never once asked if i needed help. The cashier didnt even say hello or thank you. Very rude!

Ordered through Amazon and a piece that was advertised was not included.Called them and they immediately made it right definitely order againFound out I live an hour away. Next time I m in the area will stop.
