Ordered new phones and was quoted a price. When phones came in sales rep Jordyn called and asked him what the monthly payment was. He told me a different payment from what I was quoted. When asked why he continued to avoid answering the question and just hung up on me. Tried to call store back and no answer. Tried several times still not answering.

I was buying my wife and I new phones, and our cashier Travis was extremely helpful and patient with my card not letting us buy both outright becuase of my draft limit. He was an excellent help and someone should give this man a raise.

I highly recommend Verizon in Massillon. Ashlin, a fantastic agent worked with me patiently and helped me pick out a new phone and set it all up for me and even transferred all my photos etc. from my old phone. She even got me a lower rate than I had with my old phone. She even put the safety screen and case on for me. I purposly came back to this store to have Lexi sell me a phone. She had assisted me earlier in the month and was so patient with me. She had NO problem showing me how to work my new phone. Samantha is the nicest, most helpful person, I’ve come across in retail in a very long time. I got two new iPhones and she set them up, installed my screen protectors and even went over my bill with me to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Def talk to her and you will leave satisfied. While you’re there check out the giant mural of a creepy guy on a stationary bike too. Overall it will be a great experience. Great service, weird marketing materials, and awesome new phones. I will be back!

They called the police on someone sitting out in the parking lot for too long. Wasnt me. Waiting for my daughter to come out of the dollar tree, guess who was questioned by police? I wasnt even near Verizon. Had wet hair, just hopped out of the shower-no way could anyone have thought it was me. But my skin tone determined it was me, and after ruining my license, it was determined i was a good citizen waiting for my daughter to come out of dollar tree. The police should not have questioned me. What was the description of the car? What kind of car was it? What color was the CAR? All of that should have been addressed before I was bothered. Quit calling police on everything Becky!!!

Ive been going to the Verizon store on Dressler, but for the past year, Ive been so discussed with that store. I will never go back. They always have an excuse why they cant help me and tell me to call the tech. They said they cant set up my husbands phone because of the virus, yet they were touching other peoples phones. I think they are just LAZY and also need retrained.After 3 times dealing with techs, Im discussed with them to. I spend at least 2 hrs. each time I call them. I spent 5 hrs. the last time on the phone with them setting up both my phone and my husbands. I thought Id go nuts. I was shaking when I finally got off. Well, my husband had to get a new phone once again and knowing Verizon on Dressler wont help me and knowing Id be on the phone for at least 2 hrs. I was frantic. I thought Id take a chance and call the Verizon store in Massillon on Lincoln Way and see if they would help me. Right away a young lady, named Samantha, said, Sure, come on in. I was estatic. I went right away. I got right in and Samantha came up and very politely said may I help you? I said yes, are you the one I just talked to about transferring my husbands phone to his new one? She said yes. To make a long story short, we sat down and about 10 minutes she was done and it was done correctly. I couldnt believe it. I told her how relieved I was. I told her how discussed I was with the Dressler store. She said to come there from now on and theyd be glad to help me with anything. I was so relieved. Not only did she set up my husbands phone, but she went over my bill and saved me $5.99. I have never been so pleased. Samantha Soissons is an angel. She is so sweet, polite and knows what she is doing. The ones on Dressler need to be retrained. They know nothing, are lazy and always push me off on the techs. I always have to wait, sometimes up to 2 hrs. I would leave and go back. Ill never go to that store again. That store needs someone watching them to make sure theyre doing their job. Verizon needs more people like Samantha. I enjoyed chatting with her while she was setting up my phone. I was impressed that she is a Jr. in college and going to be a psychologist. Im sure she will go far. I hope my review gets back to Samantha and that she will be recognized. EXCELLENT JOB! 😊 I LOVE THE MASSILLON STORE!.

Jocelyn is wonderful. I was switching from Sprint to Verizon. She set up all 3 of my new lines, as well as the Hum app for my car. She showed me how everything worked. Shes very friendly. Any time I have to go there for something I only want to deal with her. Everyone else in the store was very friendly. Jocelyn was training a new girl, I cant remember her name, she was great also.

Went in yesterday for assistance with many problems since I’ve switched to Verizon. Bigger gentleman working right when you walk in he’s to the left. Not helpful at all. Could clearly tell he wasn’t interested in helping me fix my problems and only wanted to get me out so he could continue with his lunch. Awful service by this Verizon.

Not a corporate store. Got there at 12:45 and left at 2:30 for a simple phone upgrade. They had me redeem a Verizon up credit only to find out it couldnt be used because they werent a corporate store. Added insurance to the phone for 13 per month without asking me. Left for lunch so they could transfer old to new apps etc. and they waited until we came back to start transfer. Desperately tried to sell accessories like a case for 49.00. All they did was badmouth other stores like New Philadelphia while giving us terrible service.

Will never go back. I have previously purchased 3 iPhones from them and they were very helpful. Just purchased a new phone from Verizon online and had it delivered. Went to store to see if they could help activate it and was told by guy there that I had to go to belden store since I purchased it online he couldn’t activate it! I went to belden store and they said he could’ve done e avtly what they did, he obviously just didn’t want to because I didn’t purchase it in his store. One of my other lines is also due for an upgrade and definitely wont get it at this location!! Horrible customer service !!

Walked in ...no other customers in the store...three people working. Staff barely greeted me and was in a hurry to push the problem with my phone (still under warranty) off. Gave me the name of a local business that would fix it (at my expense.) Went to Belden where they actually looked at my phone, and looked up my account. They have a new phone being shipped out this week. Horrible customer service.
