The store is great however they do have game cases out and boxes for controllers and when you go to purchase they may not have it in stock at the moment.

I dont ever leave reviews but I had to after stopping here tonight. The staff is so welcome and friendly, upbeat and positive. I am actually trained in customer service and this is definitely one of the best places Ive been to customer service wise. Will definitely come back just because of the vibe when walking in the door. This store is mismanaged. Myself and another customer were lied to about ps5 preorders. The manager had his freind come into the store to to preorder ps5 for him. They went down the preorder call list calling associates friends so they could get the ps5 preorders. The manager had his freind answer company phone and tell people they were not taking ps5 reservations.

I mean its GameStop... They are pretty much all the same. The staff here is incredible and really friendly. Spend more time BSing with them about games than actually shopping but thats okay.

Dan was SOOOO NICE and helpful! I was looking for stylus pens for DS, as well as buying a game. It was pretty busy close to the holidays and Dan still took extra time to help me. I also didnt feel like Dan was being pushy as I was being told about extras and warranty services for used games. This one is way better than the one by target!

Very helpful and knowledgeable guys. Always great to have a conversation with the staff that works there about the latest games!

Came in on Tuesday March 7th at 2:30 pm to pick up a preordered game for my boyfriend (including the date and time in an attempt to expose the specific employee). Im only giving my experience 1 star because I cant give them anything lower. I talked to the customer service associate and everything was going just fine. He was a different one than the usual guy (who is wonderful and always respectful I might add). I gave him my boyfriends name and phone number and he asked what relationship I had with my boyfriend. I obviously said that I was his girlfriend and I was picking it up for him because he couldnt. Here is where things went badly. Obviously I am not my boyfriend and I wasnt the one who preordered the game. If he had said he couldnt verify that I was the girlfriend and that he needed my boyfriend to come in and get it instead with his ID, that would have been perfectly fine. Instead he told me that crazy girlfriends had been coming in to pick up their boyfriends games to smash them in the parking lot so he couldnt give me it for that reason. Im not sure if he understood the implications of what he had said, but it seemed that he wouldnt give me the game because he assumed that I was too unstable as a woman to do so. Given the already substantial problems with sexism in the video game market, I felt that this situation was handled very poorly. It felt as though this cashier had a particular bias against women and hatred towards women in general. His demeanor and attitude towards the situation made me extremely uncomfortable. My boyfriend is very angry with how I was treated and will no longer be picking up his preordered game and will be buying it off of the PSN store instead as to not give this Gamestop any business. He was having me pick it up for him because it would have taken him nearly 2 weeks to do so himself due to his work schedule. I also have games preordered at this Gamestop, but I feel that I will similarly just buy them off of the PSN store instead.
