Willing to give you take your money, ask you if you want insurance. Then if something happens to your phone they charge you double what the phone is worth if you want it fixed. This is disappointing, I have been a long time customer, like a little over ten years ago I switched from Verizon. Such a shame, customer loyalty used to mean something. SMH🤐😬

Let me know that my friends paying to much for our lines of service and made adjustments for us on the spot so our bill was cheaper and correct!!

Guy working August 19th at 6PM doesnt like his job. Disrespectful on the phone and unclear about how things operate. Ill pass on ever going into this store because of that.

I was in there the other day with many questions regarding my phone and service and the blonde girl Samantha was very patient, accommodating and made me feel confident with my purchase. Definitely recommend for the great service! Loved her!

This store is NEVER open when the girl is working, and they never have anything in stock!! The guy that works there is amazing, and is the only reason any money is ever made in that store. They might as well just close it down, got to go to Canton anyways.....

This store is awful. Lights on and doors locked most of the time. Not open when they say they are. Dont return phone calls. I personally love Metro PCS. My bill has never varied a penny in the last 3 yrs however customer service is horrible if you ever need them and the stores are worse. And never buy a phone because of the rebate...no matter what they tell you in the store, there will be some reason you really dont qualify. Has happened three times. Now I buy the cheapest phone no matter how much they say I can get back If you dont need to call much you will probably be fine. And I would buy the service and phone ONLINE so you dont have to go into a store.

Metro as a company is awesome but Ive been calling the store since they opened and nobody will answer the phone. Business hours are 10-7 so Im unsure why nobody will answer my calls.

Very dissatisfied with customer service. I went in to get new service, the girl who was the only one working was very helpful. The computers went down in the middle of transactions, she called her boss, he was very impatient with her, I could here. After about 11/2 hrs she gave me phone and said come back next day and shed get me help with phone, finish up w my receipt. It took me 2 days to get back. The man who was in the store said they fired her. He couldnt help me, my receipt was not there and I had to go to Tusc store and talk to whoever! I said no. That was not what I was told. So then he said that how was he to believe me bcz what she told me wasnt true and I was the lier. Oh I also had to have my phone re turned on next day because it showed I never paid. So I still dont have my receipt for the rebate. I have talked enough. I dont like leaving bad reviews, but Im out $95.00. And even with my protection cover on my phone, my screen has cracked bcz I dropped it on real tile! So Ive been dealing with this since March 2017. Enough is enough!

Phone services are the best I have found.

Can not talk in my own house. Data never works in my house. Charged something different every time I go to pay my bill. Sitting here at the one in Massillon waiting for them to open the door they open at 10 and its 10:31. All in all not happy with this phone service or this store at all.
