Tito waited on me. He comes across as an emotionless liar. He was so busy trying to upsale and tell me what I said that he couldnt even tell me truthfully what was going on with my car. He said one thing and when I got their the story was completely different. The mechanic had to come out to explain. This experience was so bad, I will not go back to their service department or showroom. I dont like my valuable time wasted and I dont like being lied to.

I was having my car serviced at this Matteson location and I was speaking with Tito he was very rude and unprofessional I asked to speak to the service mgr he informed me that the mgr wasnt in and I had to deal with him!!! who says that? this place is trying to make so much money that they are lacking terribly in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I found a new Honda home in Illinois, coming from Cincinnati, Ohio. Gerald Honda great. Michael Brimley GREAT rep. Will be sending him referrals and all my service work.

I was helped by Jason and Tim. They understand customer service and will do what it takes to make a deal happen. Ask for either Jason or Tim if you want to save money.

They have new staff at the service counter. I was very surprised to find the service tech I was used to dealing with was gone. I am a long time customer. I wasnt please. I cant remember the guys name but very condescending. On the good side other Honda service centers in the area dont offer loaner cars.

The work is excellent and so is the customer service.
