Went for an oil change and tire rotation, appointment was at 11:20. Didnt get out till 3:05. Almost 4 hours! I was told it would only be a hour. Ill never go back.

Needed a quick turn as I had another appt scheduled. They beat the time I stated I needed my car available by. Stephanie was very efficient!
