I received an oil change and auto butler service on my Ford Fusion today. The young lady at the desk and my shuttle service drivers (particularly the one that picked me up) were especially professional. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.The auto butler service was not done well. I found trash under my daughters car seat. The car seat had been moved, so I am not sure why it wasnt removed. The floors of the car were not vacuumed well. The dashboard was not cleaned thoroughly. I have at this service preformed before, but today was done very poorly in comparison.

Theyre quick and very professional. They treat a of their customers Iike a family members.

Never will be back. I brought my car from them but will never allow them to service it. They gave me a price and the changed the price . The manager did not have common decency to call me and try to fix the issue. I took my car to Joe Rizza in orland Park. They tell you the truth and try to help you the best way they can. It was a little rocky from the start with Jill. Jill recovered to take care of me as a customer and Ford employee. Sutton did forget to pick me up as promised from my home so I waited for over an hour and half.

I have owned a Ford SUV for over 20 years: Expedition and 2 Excursions. I only allow Sutton Ford to do maintenance on my Ford SUV. Excellent people, Jamie, Jillian and the entire Quick Lane staff.

I had bought my truck from here first problem was they had me sign paper work so I took it home the same day then a day later told me to come back in they had messed up my paper work okay so I went and took care of it second problem was almost a year went by I had the ajar light on since I bought it so it was my fault I didnt bring it in so I finally bought it in so I paid 100$ because I had premium care package so they fix it so I told them my dome light stayed on with the ajar light so when I picked my truck I took it home I tried putting the lights I had bought for the dome light from before so I had a piece missing so I called and I told to Erik about it thats the person who worked on my truck he said it wasnt a piece to it which I knew I had it because before I tired it before and they stay on. So Erik got rude and said speak to my manger so I did and manger didnt answer so I left and message and still no response. I have to say thats the baddest dealership I ever experience with 3 cars I had bought. Sorry but just better staff and management team would make the place better.
