I can always count on excellent service at Hawkinson Nissan. And everyone is so friendly.
Was able to get a very early appointment. The service department was very quick. My only complaint was the number of texts and phone calls reminding me of the service appointment. The service manager said it was to prevent no shows.
Scarlett was wonderful, very helpful addressed all of my needs and was pleasant to work with!

I do not hate this place. I had a appointment for 730am. When I walked in I could see they were they had overbook their appointments. I had to sit there for 2hrs and 15 mins. You would of thought someone would offer you a courtesy ride home, or give you rental. Who wants to sit there all that time ? When I bought my last car from another dealership anything w hours or more you received a courtesy ride home. When your car was ready, they came and got you.
My experience there has always been outstanding 👏

My 2019 Rogue has had more problems than any car Ive ever known! I have to take it back cuz its still having the same problem! Im writing to the Corporate office and Attorney General for consumer fraud

They are not professionals, they do not know how to detect car problems and also they want one to pay even if they do not do anything just to drive my car for three days and they do not know how to fix the cars.
