Started my day with my vehicle breaking down. Went to get it serviced across the street. Walked into family dollar here. Was confronted by an employee with no mask. The employee wanted me to leave my backpack at the entrance of the store? I had a mask on due to covid. When I asked the employee where it states I have to leave my belongings unattended at the front door. She could not point to where the policy was posted or is. Great customer service. I am almost 40 years old? Will never come to this or any family dollar again

This review before mine about how I would describe it a month ago. Now it seems like there are new employees and I believe a new supervisor and most of them seem stuffy and with an attitude. I just left from purchasing some items and the cashier lady didnt say a word to me. I pretty much have to ask how she was doing and she barely made Eye contact. Was in the store yesterday and I believe the heavyset white guy is the supervisor and he was professional but stuffy and stiff. Did be at the cash register but it was pretty much like talkin to drywall, no personality behind it no friendly response. At least with the employees that were there a month or so ago you could have a small conversation and feel welcomed in the store. Now you walk in and no one says welcome to Family Dollar and they are all serious and dont make eye contact with you. I understand people have bad days and you may not want to be at work but in dealing with customer service you have to fake it until you make it. You cant have everyone that works in the store including the supervisor acting stiffy and as if theyre offended that youre shopping there. Might have to find me another store to shop at.

Very nice people here. The store was neat and organized. Even had to do an exchange and it was painless. Will definitely visit again.

The store didnt have what I needed, but I had to commend Courtney. He is the most pleasant customer service agent Ive encountered IN ANY STORE in a really long time. Kudos to him!

Staff are trying to keep shelves stocked. A very busy store. Nice for a quick run in when you need something and dont have time to go to a bigger store.

Website and sign on the door says they close at 9. Get there at 8:45 and theyre already closed for the night.
