Two words, Super Ghetto. “Beyoncé” was rude, short with answers and extremely unprofessional during a simple phone call inquiry. Her attitude was horrible and it seemed as though she didn’t want her little job. Tip: If you don’t want to answer questions and serve the public, train for a different career. Maybe something that will allow you to be alone with your unpleasant demeanor.

Went for shoe cleaner

I called this place inquiring about a specific shoe that is not on the website. The employee stated that they did not have the shoe in this store so I asked if he would be able to look up any stores that would have the shoe. He basically told me no because he bad other customers to tend to. I’ve never experienced bad service with this specific store until today.

Not a great part of town...but the friendliest and most helpful staff weve ever had at a Foot Locker store. Would search this location out again if back in the area, they were that friendly and knowledgeable.

They have a lot but very little when it comes to size, i had to change styles 4 times because no size for my kids, no one person offered to helped when i entered the door even tho they saw me and turned their backs on me, i went to the adult side and this young men not once asked what i needed just following me with his eyes i went to him to asked for ladies styles he said we do not carry any lady styles he turned his back once again and i asked him again another question, i did purchased 2 pair of jordans but i wont come back ever again, the lady at the register did explain that i can find lady styles online or diff. Store but the experience was already bad so, i came here because i try to shop local but i rather go to country club where the employees treat you right not like if uou are going to steal anything or you cant afford, thats how i felt. There was another mom with her kids and was pretty much treated the same way, funny because this is foot lockers kids.Feedback Try not to talk about your potential customers right in their faces because you never know how much they were willing to spend, i got only 2 pairs of jordans but i was looking for 2 more and clothes for my husband......

What is the point of saying you close at 8 if youre locking the doors at 7:50? Every sale should count. Disappointing.

They dont even answer the phone, I called 5 times and no one answered. I went to the store, stood inside the store & called the store to see if they would answer and NOPE they did not...SMMFH

Bad. Very different from when I went years ago. There was very little selection; particularly for women and the store just seems to have been entierly taken over by nike with a small smattering of other brands. It seems to be more of a clothing store now than a shoe store.
