The associates at this location in Mattexon were very friendly and helpful. They really made my shopping experience wonderful and valued they also have a really nice inventory of stuff there too.

The guy over there was really aloof. Not ideal customer service at all from him. Go somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

Nice..friendly staff was able to find almost everything I wanted, and what wasn’t available in store the store mgr made sure it was ordered on line with free 2 day shipping!

THEY ARE TERRIBLE! The employees sell all the Jordan’s to their friends. Myself and 12 other customers waited for hours in line for them to tell us it only 6 pairs. No one came out to inform us sooner. They are selling shoes to the friends out the back of the store. When they finally open the store, that 6 pairs turned into 3. They told us, the first 3 go to the employees! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN 😡

The associates are never available to answer their phone. The message I always receive the voicemail is full. How can i ask a question?

Only reason I’m giving a one instead of 0 is cause I feel bad for the lady’s behind the desk. Went in to buy yeezys and tried them in only to be told that they only have one of the shoes . Talked to the manager and said he would save the shoes until he personally went and got them. Merry Christmas to me as I walk in a few days after Christmas to them telling me he’s still dident get the shoe. Had to call the other store for them to tell me the manager sold my pair with my name in the box. Just wrong

Walked in and walked around the place and the you lady and young man didnt even acknowledge me didnt say anything so I walked out, 2nd time this happened, dont have to worry about me coming back
