Dom and Chris were so helpful in getting our new phones set up and helping us upgrade our service. They even stayed a bit past the store closing to help wrap up our service. Somehow we left there with 2 new phones, unlimited data, got a great return on our old phones, AND are paying less a month. THANK YOU!

I was having trouble with my phone after an system upgrade. I went to the Mayfield store for assistance. The sales consultant, Sam Phipps, patiently worked on the phone, shared operating tips and enhanced the appearance of the messaging app. He worked on the phone for a hour. This customer service was one of the best assistance that I have received in a very long time. Im extremely grateful for the service provided.

My wife and I needed to upgrade our phones. Normally, it’s something that we dread doing. However, the new staff at this location was great. We worked with Jasmine and she was by far the most helpful person we have worked with. She was very thorough and even updated our plan to save us money on our monthly bill. I would and have highly recommend her.

In our world of big box retail and internet shopping its rare to find that a store that offers genuine customer service. The staff there goes out of their way to help with any kind of issue you have no matter how small your problem is. Sam and Dom are great!

There’s two salesmen right now. A woman who looks kind of professional and a rude gentleman who arrived at the scene smelling like cigarettes. He was not helpful and made me feel like I was bothering them. This is the feeling that makes you drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another store. I’ve never walked in this particular at&t and left with a good customer service experience. If you want to go to an at&t store and get a good experience. Don’t come here

Very sneaky, you go in for one thing they will add things to your bill that you didn’t ask for or authorize. I got a new phone the guy brought airpods(which I didn’t ask for) I said are these free he says no but they are only $5 a month I said okay that’s fine if just $5, ends up being an additional $20 a month on my bill. Took them back & had to pay a restocking fee!! Insurance was added to my new phone at $15 a month(also didn’t ask for) just be careful they will sign you up for lots of stuff you did not ask for just to get you to spend more money

There are two AT&T stores on Mayfield Road. This store is closer to the i-271 exchange. My experience at this location was much better than the secondary Mayfield store. These staff people were very kind and knowledgeable. They took their time with everything that we did and did not make me feel as though I had to be in a hurry. My compliments to the staff!

I shared my experience on the store website but it appears to have been either deleted or hidden because I dont see it now. I had 2 visits over 2 days, which were night and day. Day 1, I upgraded to my new phone. I got 50% off which was cool, but I was told I would get $150 for my S8+. The rep told me I had to go home, transfer everything over, and bring it back the following day since they were closing soon. I did just that. Day 1 was cool. Day 2 I walk in and worked with Alexis who categorically does NOT understand how customer service works. I had a case on my phone the previous day so they didnt see it had a crack on the back. I wasnt thinking about it and even if I had I wouldnt have thought it meant I couldnt turn it back in for the 150 because its an expensive phone and phones are easily refurbished and flipped for profit. They never told me that. She immediately refused to take the phone and agreed to call the previous rep from the day before and ask her. She did this behind my back so I didnt hear what was said. She came back and said yea they werent made aware so they wont take it. When I dared to say, man I wish you would have mentioned this before I drove back out she replied you told us the phone was in good condition and it isnt. I never ever ever said anything of the sort. And she wasnt even there! So now Im inconvenienced and being called a liar/swindler. I was instantly seeing red. If you want to be treated like an inconvenience rather than an inconvenienced customer, I recommend this store 👌

I had a upgrade on my phone line, but in the their system it says that I didn’t. This was a error because my at&t app says I do have a upgrade. Now no one was really willing to figure this out for me. I was told that my upgrade wasn’t available because I pay my phone bill late...........I went on to order a new phone online just to show the rep I could. This didn’t matter and I was told to do it that way because they couldn’t help me. ...... lol. If you really need something done just go to the Woodmere location much better service figured it out in less than 5 minutes........ you will most likely be going to Woodmere anyway after you leave this place dissatisfied.

They discontinued their contract with their phone troubleshooting company so they will no longer touch your phone and help you solve any problems. Got an SD card problem? Oh well. File formatting issues? Cant help you. Kinda disappointed that I, as a decently tech savvy person, was able to point several people in the right direction, but they couldnt officially give any troubleshooting support anymore at this location. Boo, I say.

No help here. If you bought a Samsung galaxy 2017 j3 and experience spontaneous restarts since updating your android operating system to 8.1.0, and you bought the phone through AT&T, they will only offer to sell you an upgraded phone. This stores tech support area has been emptied, shut down and relabelled an entertainment lounge. The phone hasnt even been paid off and is inoperable with current Android OS.

The stores are up to date which makes sense. But the customer service is piss poor. The main thing is sales. Not service, no apology for inconvenience on their part. The only this place cares about is your purchase of a new phone, you paying your bill immediately, ( Im not talking about not paying on time but their focus) for lack of a better term, their bed side manners are horrible. They get 3 stars for the building and merchandise, but not the system they operate in, and their overall coldness.

Surprisingly very good experience. I didnt have appointment so I had to wait cca 20 minutes (could be better), but after that, they took care about all my needs. They gave me a really good trade in offer for my old phone, and I got exactly, what I asked for. Staff was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable (Thanks Jared). I will be back.

Really sad that on a Saturday this location only has two people working. I saw three but only two works? I was trying to purchase two cases and two screen protectors that weren’t cheap. I had to wait damn near 45 mins plus to purchase this items and still didn’t get them had to leave. That’s ridiculous! I just switched my service over too and already I’m starting to regret it.

Now granted its been a couple years since Ive been there but Im just thinking about it now, I walked in there on a Sunday within the last hour of business and the African-American gentleman seemed like he didnt want to help me, in fact stopped my transaction turned and had a discussion with another fellow employee about the excess food from their birthday party they had in the back room? Proceeded to hand me my phone didnt even ask me the color that I wanted and On and on and on, dont go there, go to the willoughny store. You dont hear me complain about reverse racism ever really but this time I am .

The store is clean so they get one star but its poorly managed. For starters Ive never come into the store and there wasnt multiple customers so I expect to have a wait, the wait is always ridiculously long for the most part but you just know not to go when your time is limited. But for this visit why on a Monday morning at 10am would you only have one phone tech scheduled, I know youre going to have multiple customers so why dont you? All I needed was a sim card replacement and I was number 2 out of 5 at 10am and had to wait over an hour because another tech isnt scheduled until later in the day, and the fancy hostess cant help with anything but taking your name🙄.

Visited the store July 5th, 2019. Arrived at 10:05 am and was greeted by Corey. After listening to my concerns( lost LG 35 ThinQ), Corey proceeded to find a solution. Corey had problems finding my account information even though I provided phone numbers, last 4 of social, and phone numbers. He called another AT &T associate for assistance but was unable to activate a older HTC 10 I brought along as a temporary solution. Some 30 minutes later Corey explains he was unable to continue with the activation because AT&Ts system was down for a indefinite time. He added I could call tech services later or return to his store. Additionally Corey mentioned the battery on my HTC was defective. The phone turns on and off. Would not take a charge. I located another AT & T store on Chagrin Boulevard. No mention of ATT system being down. Within 15 minutes, the HTC that wouldnt take a charge was activated and fully operational. The battery is being charged and is nearly at 100 percent. Just my opinion, Corey misrepresents AT&Ts integrity and is better suited as a Auto Parts salesman/rep.

Dont go here if you dont have to. I had a terrible experience here, the woman who serviced me had no clue what she was doing and it caused me a lot of problems down the road. Save yourself the headache and go to the location in mayfield heights; theyre knowledgeable, and professional. Ill take the extra few minutes and drive down the road to see them instead. Avoid this place like the plague.

This has to be the worst experience I have encountered for trying to resolve a problem. I am a business customer. My phone was stolen. I tried to access my vm by dialing my phone number & pressing # and this did not work could not. Call one of the stores and ask for the voice mailbox number not one store representative was able to answer my question nor help I was referred twice to diffefrent phone numbers (device management & then customer care).
