I would not recommend going to this Location. The service was horrible and the employees were extremely dismissive. Weird especially being I was coming in to spend money. Decided to leave and drive 15 minutes to another T-Mobile with hopefully more helpful friendly employees.

Absolutely horrible experience. Had a problem with my phone. Visited the battery store immediately next to this one. Attempted to enter at 10:30am on a Sunday. Guess what? Not open, even though the sign on the door CLEARLY states open at 10am on Sundays. Wonder what Tmobile high ups think of yall driving buisness to the clearly superior Verizon?

I had a couple phone issues at the time I had gone there. I explained once, and he understood exactly what I was saying. It was getting close to closing, and I was not made to feel like I was wasting his time, or he rather be doing something else. He made sure that I had everything in order, before I left. So I give this one four stars because I had such a great experience.

Husband and I were interested in new phones so went in to explore our options. Great customer service. Not pushy at all when we said we werent ready to make a decision that day. When we went back a few days later all I had to do was provide the printout we were previously given and all our information had been stored so we didnt have to go through that process again. Great service!

This store had exceptional customer service but my opinion changed Monday March 11.I go in to ask for help with my phone, they inform me they can only take payments or change plans. The 2 employees suggest that I go to Best Buy. The reason for their reaction is unclear, I was the only customer in the store.Thanks T Mobile.

I went with a friend to add a line to my plan and upgrade both our phones. When we got there we had an issue resetting her phone back to factory settings and unfortunately had to go to an apple store to have them do it. That being said, these folks tried for an hour to try and help us and never got an attitude or pushed us to the side to help others until every option was exhausted. Dean and Kyra helped us and they were wonderful. They showed us a multitude of options and showed us plenty of add ons we could get without being pushy. When it was all said and done we both had new phones and a much better plan and yet my bill was cheaper. I usually hate doing anything with phones because of the head ache that accompanies it but these guys and girls did a wonderful job and I cant praise them highly enough.

Staff is always awesome and helpful. but Chante did an excellent job selling me a phone I never would have looked at. let me know all the perks and stayed in my price point. didt have the phone there but made calls to ensure I could get it right away I had to drive a ways but wasnt due to her at all she was so helpful and consistent with the follow thru.

Worst experience crystal and her co worker had the worst attitudes werent friendly at all did not look like they were interested and kept repeating the same phrases over and over I was so irritated and even though I have been current on my bills they didnt offer any other options. I work in customer service and wont be going back to this store these women werent professional at all!

Went to this location last week to do a simple exchange of my phone and all the employee had to do was simply back up everything to Icloud, reset, and restore but yet he screwed that task up and after waiting for 2 hours for my phone all my information was missing. Instead of the young man named Nicholas owning up to his mistake and fixing it he lied and told me it couldnt be fixed when indeed it could. The other young man named Ed had a disgusting attitude when I returned the next day so they can fix the error on their part, he went so far as to hang up on me when I called to check the progress of the phone. Their manager wasnt any different when I explained to her what happened she looked like a deer caught in a headlights and just said, ok. Ridiculous! I had to call T-Mobile and file a complaint, the representative was very nice and understanding and called the store himself explaining to them how to correct their mistake but they refused to do it instead Nick took the whole situation personal and told me, I know how to do my job. First, why do any of you have an attitude its my phone Im the one that should have an attitude. Second, you dont know how to do your job. Third, you dont need a degree to work at Tmobile so I dont expect you to have the proper knowledge. The employees I dealt with were immature and bi polar, they start of nice then as soon as they make a mistake and you call them on it they get their briefs in a bunch and get an attitude like they on their periods instead of correcting it like grown professional men. The only person that helped me was Katie, she was the only one that was smart enough and professional and there was another gentleman that worked with her that was nice too. They need to remain in the store and everyone else should be fired. I use to like this location I thought it was the only one without idiots working in it, but they must have hired new people and changed management completely.

Not the best in regards of customer service.. all the employees have an attitude as if they are executive board of T-Mobile or Dutch Telecom.. but its there in the neighborhood.. so its convenient.. if you have chance go to the store in Beachwood or even University Heights.. they are better than those in Mayfield.. atleast from my experience.. I have been a T-Mobile customer for more than 15 years..!

Poor customer service, had a problem with one of the employees months ago and hadnt been back but decided to stop in there a week ago to get my son a new phone and see it hasnt changed a bit new faces same attitudes. I observed a male employee get nasty and argue back and forth with an elderly customer made me disguisted he had no respect or good customer service to just defuse the situation. I walked out and told myself just not to come back to this location anymore they need better management.Dont know where the guy James is that used to work there but when he was there it was a pleasant atmosphere.
