We were looking for a Nintendo switch, couldnt find one ANYWHERE. Called 6 different stores nothing. We heard that Mayfield Game stop had some, we called they had 1 LEFT and the young lady actually held it for us, I guess cuz we were half an hr away! A lot of places would never do that. Thanks Games stop! 🥰

The employee here was pleasant and nice to deal with. I might have come during a lunch break but there was only one employee and the phone was ringing off the hook. They always have a decent variation of clearance goodies, and often have the more popular games in-stock.

Drove an hour away to this place and they made sure to save the game for me and let me look around when it was after closing because that was the only time I could get there. Very kind people. Highly recommend this gamestop.

A few years ago this store would never have earned 1 star. Now, I get much better service, employees are very lively and WILLING to help out. The guy running it is one of the nicest people you will meet.

Service was great and very helpful. Waiting in line for an hour on Black Friday for a Nintendo Switch bundle was worth it.

Love their selection of games, accessories, and collectibles, but the GameStop website states that certain items are only available on stores, and those stores dont carry those items. Ive tried this with multiple collectibles. The sales reps seem to know their stock really well, and were able to confirm that the items werent at their location, even in the stockroom. Not great, Bob!

Going to give this location 2 stars for 1 reason only. They have since rearranged and reduced their instore stock. Not sure what spured this however when you walk in it looks very empty. They use to split the ps and xb now its all on 1 wall in 1 section. In addition the used and new games are now mixed. Very disappointed in game stop. I hope they dont or better yet arent already going under.......

Anyone whos been to GameStop before knows the drill. They sell buy and sell games, consoles etc. Went today traded in some stuff for some new stuff. We took a bunch of old games in as the kids wanted to get some new games that they werent playing. The rep was cool throughout the whole process. Explained everything while checking everything. This is our go to location for hard copy games etc.

First time at this Game stop. Definitely coming back.

The store was nicely organized. The clerk was helpful and nice. It was easy to find the game that was purchased. We would certainly come back again.

This is a great location! All the staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Theyve got a great selection of new and used systems, games & accessories.

Friendly staff who are always super helpful when you have questions. They also make pretty good recommendations when you arent a big gamer like myself and just walk in and say I want a game that you can this and that, they always come back with a few choices.

Friendly staff provided excellent customer service which provided what I came for and I was in and out in no time.

The store was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful by helping me find the best value with the games I was selling.

While GameStop does have the new games when they release I hate going here because of this trade in value. I could try to resell them a game I just bought from them for 60 bucks but Id only get 10 bucks back. I feel like your better off just cutting out the middle man and buying it through the Microsoft store or psp network or steam, all of which depending on your counsel

My favorite GameStop ever. Manager knows me by name which is either awesome or just tells you how often I go there. Manager herself is awesome but sadly I can never remember her name.

My neighborhood Gamestop is better than yours. Friendly staff seems happy to serve. Good selection on new and old games makes it easy to find that rare gem from your past. Small but accomidating, no complaints just praise.

An average Gamestop. Depending on who you get to help you they can be friendly or somewhat unsure of what your asking. The trade in values are ridiculous. But at least the used games can sometimes have great prices.
