Went in to the location for assistance with a gizmo watch. No real help was given, just gave a piece of paper and shoved out the door. All for the runaround of a policy that did not apply to me. Complete waste of my time and couldve been easily avoided if a sales person wouldve just taken the time to actually assist me and look into my account.

Because transactions (life. . . ) tend to be more difficult than you expect, my experience here with Zak felt - miraculous! I went to the store, casually, to scope out the products & left elated with a new 5G phone, Apple Watch & a better plan. Zak didn’t push or oversell, but culled through my concerns & delivered the Apple products that have truly made my life better!
Tommy at Verizon is your “go to” man. It took a long time for service (maybe hire more people?), but once we were in his hands he was SO thorough in helping us find the right phones with the right plan for the right price.
If I could give a zero I would....Worst customer service experience ever!!! Would not recommend to anyone

The 2 stars are for the excellent job the representative provided. The way the service is set up deserved 0 starts. The wait time was an hour for service. The representative was not allowed to set up the phone. The number I was given to walk me through the set up and transfer content to the new phone would not allow me to continue. It was a horrible experience that made me decide to never use Verizon again.

Made an appointment for 5.00 pm a week in advance. Waired 45 minutes. Told him what phone i qanted which was a new phone. I went home and purchased online from samsung.
Had to wait about an hour for a 5 minute repair because of lack of help.
Is there a way to give negative stars? Went in with a cracked screen, given the option of going elsewhere or buying a new phone with a more expensive plan. Clerk refused to look up my bill & tell me if were getting a military discount. She told me to go on the app & follow the prompts. I went on the app, was asked for my account pin. I dont have 1 as Ive never used the app because pre covid there was this thing called customer service now everyone uses covid to treat customers rudely, give no customer service & charge more. Its been a year, get used to it. Anyway. Went on the app was asked for my nonexistent pin, clicked on help, was given a link to reset my pin, guess what it asked for.....the old pin. Verizon is less than useless !!!!!!!!!!
The muscly manager guy (forgot his name, it was foreign) helped fix all my problems so fast. It was genuinely an amazing experience. I recommend this store over any other verizon store!

Had concerns over present plan.Made appointment and an associate named Michael addressed my concerns,explained everything and helped me streamline things by making necessary calls.Very impressed with Michaels knowledge,concern and attitude helping me.Had to wait because of pandemic situation but it was worth it.
My 78 year old mom was in need of a new phone and resisted for years until her old flip phone finally stopped working. Honestly, walking into the store, I was expecting a high pressure sales person who would attempt to sell my mom something that she did not need or understand. To my surprise, Rachael could not have been any more understanding or kind to my mother. She made sure to use terms that my mother could understand and took the time to explain the things that she did not understand. She recommended senior friendly phones and plans and we were impressed with her service. While I had read bad reviews on Google, I will ssy that our experience was fantastic and I am grateful. Thank you Racheal for making us continued satisfied customers.
Expect to wait approximately 2 hours in your car because they will only allow four people in the store at one time due to COVID

My 80 year old parents went into this store and were told that they could get a Free phone, but they had to change their phone number and pay $246 on their next bill. Their bill prior to this Free phone was only $87 a month. So much for the Free phone! They did not do a good job of explaining how the Free phone promotion really worked. I returned to the store with my parents, and the manager did a better job of explaining things and got the bill down closer to what it was before the Free phone. However, I give the overall experience 2 stars. The manager invited us back once we receive our next bill. I will consider changing my rating after our next visit.

The worse customer service. Very rude. I went to buy a charger on Wednesday walked in and told them what I needed. Within 10 minutes I walked out with a home charger and a car charger. When I went home the home charger wouldnt work. Looking at the charger it looked very used. I went back on Thursday to exchange the broken charger. I was told to hold on and they took down my number. After over 20 minutes of waiting I asked how long it was going to be. She told me I had 5 people in front of me. I said I just have to exchange a broken charger you sold me yesterday. She was completely rude. Im not going to wait over an hour to exchange a charger. What kind of company would make you wait over an hour for a 10 minute process. Especially since they didnt make me wait the day before. And thet are the ones that put a used broken charger back in the box and charged me full price

Dont answer their phone, lie about orders coming in to the store when someone goes to pick up an order, extremely unhelpful. Completely useless customer service that takes forever to get any kind of answer other than oh, theyre not supposed to do orders that way. Have been calling the store for over an hour and no one has picked up the phone other than the automated system. Pitiful.
------------------------------Review from Jan 2020 I waited for 10 min in the line which was good. Then one of the employees approached me and asked what I was looking for. I asked for quotes for 3 different devices. He went back to prepare quotes. How long do you think I waited? 56 minutes!!! Did I get the quotes? Answer is No! :) Why? Because he was still working on the quotes. Another employee told me he was having issues with the printer.By the way, they do not have drinking water here. At least thats what they told me. Bring your water bottles, food and drinks with you and be ready for a looong visit. Good luck!

Its sad how unqualified the manager is. Stores like this make Walmart an enjoyable experience. Three hours in the store, and at the end Im told to go to another location to get the phone........cutting our four lines of service.

I was at the store at 12:30-2:30 great phone selection but not overpowering selection. Im not very tech savvy, however Ray the tech that assisted me knows his stuff fom phones to plans. If your looking go there. Try to get there early to shop you get out faster
I came in the store to exchange a charger wire and they told me it will be 110 minute wait and there was 5 employees working inside and 10 customers. This place needs new management because those numbers dont make sense
I had a very pleasant experience at this Verizon store. Ive been a customer of Verizon for over 5 years and have been to many different store branches. I understand that the wait can be extremely long at times. So when I saw that the store had a low review (to be fair, most Verizon stores have sub-optimal reviews), I braced myself before I went in the store. I was greeted by a warm welcome by a check-in person and was immediately directed to a solutions specialist named Ty Holloway. He was attentive, addressed the issues I was having, and answered all my questions with professionalism. I even sprang him with a last minute request, and Ty gladly obliged. I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes and could not be happier. There were about 8-9 customers in the store at the time of my visit. I know my future visits may not always be this efficient, but I was impressed with the level of service I received at this Verizon store today.

I was in town here for a Google Street View | Trusted photo shoot when the protective glass on my phone cracked. Went to this location to get a new protective glass put on my phone. The manager here, Michael, was very helpful and he got everything handled for me quickly. Anyone going to this particular Verizon store is sure to be satisfied with great customer service!

Ms. Green took care of all our needs as we consolidated lines to a business account. I cant thank her enough for making it easy to save money not to mention the new device HUM. If you need great service and a friendly smile please ask for Ms. Green, she is by far the best in the business and we have been to a lot of retail locations with our growing small business. The staff here is not very polite and seem very disinterested in assisting their customers. I wouldnt waste my time here if you have any issues with your phone. I would head to the store on Wilson Mills. I went straight there after this store. The employee there seemed to actually have a pulse and actually put some effort toward solving the problem with my phone.
Shockingly fast service and they had a new device sent to me pretty fast. One star taken off for getting rid of the greeter who use to place you in a queue. Now its just kinda a free for all when you walk in

Very dissatisfied, I went into the store on Mayfield near Belvoir last week and was told I was approved for phones and three phone lines I would only have to pay the taxes on the phones, I stated to the rep that I would be back on payday in a week and asked would that offer still stand or would I have to have my credit ran again, he said no just come back to this store within 14 days and I would be fine. I come back only to be told my credit had to be ran again, that the rep who was there last week put in his resignation last week and that he should have given me app #,when they re ran my credit the rep this time says the credit department put a hold on the app because the information from this week didnt match the info from last week and that they were closed and I couldnt find out what happened unless I went to the corporate store on the other end of Mayfield and they could possibly push the app through. When I asked if I had to have my credit ran again he said no as long as I had my app #, I get to the corporate store and find out yes I do have to have my info re ran and the app at the other location was no good at the corporate store. So now I have had my credit pulled 3times in less than a week multiple stories, a hold on my app, and still no new service and to wasted store trips. I think Verizon has lost my business before they even got it. I dont want to be bothered now.

Very slow service. My sister and I stopped in around 3:30 to talk about her bill and was told there were five people ahead of us. We quickly saw two customers ahead of us who were unhappy with their wait time and the staff didnt try to make matters better. Not sure what was going on with one particular customer but two and three employees helped him at once. Then theres one person whose only job is to check in customers (not sure why they dont have a kiosk for people to do this themselves) as they walk in the store. Eventually one employee stepped away with the one customer and two of them continued to stand around talking. We were finally helped and out the door (for something rather quick) in an hour.

This would be 1 star if the customer service person who helped me out hadnt been so nice. I went there because I had broken my phone, I was literally 12 days away from an upgrade, having been a Verizon Wireless customer for 15 years! Despite my customer loyalty, having paid all of my bills on time, and having insurance, the manager on duty refused to offer me an early upgrade. They instead wanted me to use my insurance to buy an old phone, then upgrade in 12 days, or pay full price (or potentially half price, manager approved) for a new phone.When I got home I messaged Verizon Wireless directly, they gave me the early upgrade, it took less than 10 minutes for me to order the new phone, and have it shipped to me (free) in less than two days.

I just needed a charger for my Note 9 since I managed to bend my original Samsung one somehow. Why do I need to checkin for this? That was the most absurd thing IMO. For people who are there for accessories it should be a get in and get out quickly experience but not here. Be prepared to wait in line on a first come first serve basis even if youre there for the most trivial thing.
The staff here is completely overwhelmed.30 minutes wait minimum on a Friday afternoon. Seems like the staff is pretty knowledgeable but cannot even get through the line of people coming in much less provide help.
Spent almost 45 minutes being 4th in line. With 6 staff present only 3 worked at a time. The others were in the back doing who knows what.

First off I want to start with I drive out of my way to go to this store. Everyone thinks this store is hard to deal with never tried the one on chagrin Blvd which are to busy acting like its a party or talking down to everyone. Last night I stopped into the Mayfield road store because my pixel would just shut off even on full charge maybe 4 minutes the guy said its a warranty battery issue and overnighted me a phone he said wouldnt arrive till maybe late Friday early Saturday as it was already 6pm at night on a Wednesday and then today got an email from Verizon my new phone was arriving by 11am from fort Worth Texas thats over 700miles away and it arrived far earlier then any expectations. This store is far easier to get in and out compared to any other Verizon shop.
The store is very clean. Usually I dont have to wait very long at all to get help when I go inside the store. and I got sufficient amount of staff on hand to help you and plenty of parking.
Just to bid them good-bye. T mobile has a much better deal for seniors.

Placed an order and had a friend on there way to pick it up and I called the store to let them know they were on there way but I was on hold for 45 minutes and while they were there I got an email saying my order was canceled and my friends said the phone was ringing but no one was answering it!
