Friendly helpful staff on the phone and in person changed all four of my tires in about 25 minutes! Definitely a great choice if youre in a hurry. Also a plus that I could safely and comfortably hang out at the outdoor seating at the Starbucks across the street while I waited.

I drove for 20 hours on Monday, 9/13/21 from SoCal to Newport, OR.9 miles after crossing over the Oregon border, I encountered about a 70 x 30 section of the 5 freeway covered in glass. It looked like a glass truck lost an entire load of sheets of glass. Everyone slammed on their brakes, thankfully there were no accidents while I was there, but I immediately called highway patrol to report the issue, then Michelin tires. I was concerned that I still had 260 miles to my destination and what if there was glass in my new tires! They directed me to the Medford location to immediately get an inspection. I called and spoke with Lucas and he said, yes - get to the store and I will take a look. Lucas did look them over and said all was well. He reassured me that my remaining drive would be no problem, just also keep an eye on the tire pressure. Thanks Lucas!

I will admit, I typically skip warranties. I usually think theyre scams and there has to be fine print. However, with Discount Tire youre crazy if you turn it down. We drive all over the country and when we got an unexpected flat tire we decided to warranty our tires with Discount Tire. Since then we have needed two new tires due to road hazards and each time Discount replaced it and installed it for free ($30 to renew warranty). Not only did we save hundreds of dollars by getting this warranty, each location Ive visited has been so friendly and helpful I would never go elsewhere.

I LOVE this place! I get the tire protection plan which helps a lot in time of disaster. Like last night when I hit a rock in the road and it blew the tire completely. Nearly new tire, too. In and out under 30min, very friendly service, free replacement, only $17 for the new tires protection plan. Keep it up, ill be a customer for life.

We recently got a full set of tires, ( its been several months). I noticed they were at different levels. So I pulled in today and they took care of it right away. He even explained that the reading will change after the tires do so many rotations. That since next week is supposed to be cooler he would set them at a certain level.Were very happy and pleased with all the service weve gotten there.

Ran over a screw on the highway while on a road trip in Oregon that resulted in a slow leak in the tire. I have mixed feelings about this place. Tires change was efficient and worked well, with tires I pre-ordered. Except one detail. In place of what I specifically ordered they did get and installed wrong tire size. Fortunately they swap it now for right tires. Sales persons do not seem to be knowledgeable...

This is hands-down the worst tire shop I have ever been to I went in there asking if they could take a look at my tires and brakes and such and they said that they would and that they’d spray out any dirt that might’ve got caught in the brakes that they take the tire off and look and none of that happened and I ended up driving, like I told him, 14 hours with almost no brakes and luckily my dad took a look before it got worse. The brake pad was almost gone.And if they had taken for five minutes out of their day to take the tire off they would’ve been able to see that

I came in today to get 2 tires fixed almost at closing time in tears because I just got really bad, sad news and didn’t have time to calm down and get it together before going inside since they were about to close and I had to hurry. So I decided to stop by here because Les Schwab quoted me $550 for two of my tires,and I ended up getting a little bit better tire for 350 with all the perks of Les Schwab. I recommend I probably will be going here from now on. Although I will say what I showed up for my appointment I was on the phone with my daughter in the parking lot and a kid came up to my car and was pretty pushy while I was trying to talk to my daughter for me to get out of the car and put it in their garage I was a little bit frustrated about that otherwise good experience

Gave one star for a few reasons. First, they broke a wheel stud and couldnt replace it then they couldnt get a lug not off and didnt complete the job.The one star is for Carlos who refunded us for the lack of completion.If you ONLY need tires or wheels, maybe but otherwise, anything else is too much as they only do wheels and tiresWheel studs are part of that combo. Maybe they need to expand on their scope of jobs...

I special ordered just a tire and they called me right away when it arrived. I didnt have to call them multiple time to check status of my order. Eli was very helpful and had it ready for me when I popped in to pickup, as I was coming from the next town over. They loaded it into my car for me and had even emailed me a receipt prior so I was sure to have all my documentation. Will definitely recommend them in the future.

Seriously best tire service Ive ever had! I worked directly with Carlos who researched the type of tire I wanted and called back to let me know my different options for type of tire and cost. They called me as soon as my tires came in and got me in right away to get them installed. When I got there Carlos greeted me and told me he found some rebates for me that would save me $50 and Id see that money in the mail withinthe week. They also got me in and out of there within 20 minutes! These guys are seriously on top of things and extremely courteous! Wont go anywhere else ever again!

I got quotes all around that town but Discount Tire ended up costing $130 less than the lowest price in my town so driving s little further was worth it. After doing all my ordering online, receiving texts and calls when the tires arrived in store, to let me know there were sooner appointments available, to remind me of my appointment was highly appreciated! The store was very clean and all employees were very friendly and accommodating. It only took them about 25 mins to put my MRE tires on. Overall it was a very happy atmosphere. I will return to the Medford Discount Tires location for future business and have already been recommending them to friends and coworkers.

Absolutely awesome experience I would come down to this discount tire all the way from Longview Washington any day because of the exceptional customer service these guys have. I bought four tires from them early this morning. And all I want to put them on the car the bed was leaking and I was up in Grants Pass Oregon. And it’s only 4 o’clock and they close at 5. I made it there just in the nick of time and they took care of the tire clean the bead and all that. They even gave me gas money for having to come all way back down there. Absolutely the best experience with the tire shop ever

A disappointing experience, when I arrived to pick up my car they had put a different tire size than I requested without consulting me first. Their excuse was an inventory problem, they didn’t really have the size I requested so to keep me from waiting they substituted the next closest size. It made the car look like it was on lawnmower tires. Furthermore the technician got dirt all over the light grey headliner when he put my summer tires into dirty plastic bags and shoved them in the back seat. They offered to clean my headliner if I kept the wrong size tires but I figured they would screw that’s up too.
