Be weary. Claims to be old fashioned yet wants you to fax?? Common practice I would guess so he doesnt have to see costumers face to face. Bottom line is that he wants to keep your car as long as possible to collect high priced storage fees from the insurance company. THATS SHAMEFUL! after folks get in an accident they obviously need their vehicle asap. Be warey of insurance companies who work hand and hand with people like this. After many many attemps through the adjuster I got the help I needed through a supervisor. FYI the only services here are tow and storage.
