The location in medford is a bunch of money hungry scavengers. Unprofessional would never go there again. Poor quality service, As you can see in the comment below the Owner writes lol using slang words as if we are buddies texting. This is supposed to be a place of business correct? I don’t know about you but I rather go to a location like SELDEN. The employees are negligent, and the owner is inexperienced!

I had damaged the rim on my brand new Tesla Model Y. I had reached out to Tesla to be quoted an estimate of $856. A friend suggested Tint World. Im glad I took his advice. I went down to Tint World and was taken care of by Kurt who told me that he would make my rim look like new. He was very friendly, and explained how the repair was done. They had my rim redone, and it really did look like new. I was happy that I had it done there. I will be back again for tinting and ceramic coating. Im sure they will do a professional job.

Lets cut to the chase in 2020 no one cares about customer service anymore. But that wasnt experience at Tintworld they seem to keep it old school They treated me like they valued my money,time,opinion to honest that rarely happens to me so that warrants a 5 star rating theyve done 5 projects for me so Im not rating just 1-2 projects as a matter of fact my 2018 Kia Optima is there now getting $3,000 worth of damage repaired.

First time coming to this shop and they have professional quality work. I’ve had window tinting a handful of times in the past and have had a mess leftover. This was not the case here. They cleaned every drop of water on the inside and I picked up my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. Definitely recommend for window tinting.

I changed the wheels and I was advised to use a 3 lift kit to fit the tires, I imagined that my truck already had the lift kit. I took a photo to know if they were going to change, when I took the truck I checked it and it wasn’t changed, and they didn’t tell me anything, I called the attendant and showed that it wasn’t changed, so he already offered me led headlights or undercoat, I chose undercoat which was of terrible quality and I returned 2 times to touch up the undercoat that still have several spotsand then I found out that their prices were very expensive almost double that of other places.

I was horrified after I hit a curb and saw the damage on my rim. I went to Tint World in Medford and was assured they could make it look like new. They were not lying. When the job was complete I couldnt even tell where the damage had been!!! They were very helpful, took off the wheel, temporarily put the spare on for me and called me when it was done. Very disappointed went in to get lights replaced (they originally did the work) and what was supposed to be a quick job maybe a couple of hundred $ turned into an entire day with a 700 bill!!!! very upset no communication decided to upgrade lights (which apparently took longer) without a phone call! Correct $598 after I was shocked by $700 bill Not professional and like i said VERY disappointed When you expect a possible $300 bill and get this with no communication except look what i did for you this is poor management and communication!

In January, I allowed my new driver, my 18-year-old son to drive my 2020 Volvo XC60… fortunately, he blew out a tire right next to Tint World in Medford. Because it was directly next to where he pulled the tire, we took it there to replace it. I’ve been known to me, they mounted the wrong tire on my car. After several time to taking my car to the Volvo dealership because the tire pressure gauge light kept coming right back after reset at the dealership on and would not go off; the Volvo dealership put my tire on the lift and only then noticed that Tint World had sold and mounted the wrong size tire. I merely called them to replace the tire… Which at first they said that it was too late since I have been on since January! I had been to Volvo 3x for them to reboot the system thinking there was an electrical glitch. However, at Tint World, I bought it to their attention that it was them who made the mistake so they offered to give me the tire for half price without charging me the labor fees. The tie was $259. Half is $130! My husband and I agreed. The way they entered it into their computer system, I did wind up paying another $50 labor charge plus $140 for another tire! … so, I paid for labor twice and a total of $525 for one tire!!! I will never go to this supposed tire center again!I should not have paid anything the second time around, because if they had done it right the first time, I would not have had to pay another $200! How does a tire center put the wrong size tire on your car??!!?? Shady business gives shotty work! I will never do business with Tint World again!

Went to tint world in Medford after calling them for an estimate for rim repair on my new car that had some curb rash on two wheels. The guy comes outside and says oh you have alloy wheels, we are not allowed to fix alloy wheels in NY State. I was like what? never heard of such a thing. He gives me the name of some company in Centereach, I call them and they say we dont do cosmetic work. So I ask him about not being able to fix alloys in NY, he says he never heard of such a thing. So I call Tint World in Riverhead and they said sure we fix alloys, he too never heard of not being able to fix alloys in NY. Without even looking at the wheels he quotes me $200 a piece. I told him that new rims for my car only cost $225 for new ones. Didnt matter. I found someone to fix them for $150 in total for two rims. They look like new again. I wont be visiting Tint World any longer!

Car sat there for 10 hours and taillights weren’t tinted they wanted to keep my car… car shouldn’t have even been brought there

Brought my truck in to install new grill, headlights and LED light bar. The truck came out awesome and professionally done. Also, I had done a wheel alignment on my lifted truck and its driving great now. Tony and the rest of the staff were great and helpful 👍🏼. Only thing that hurt me was 10 hours of work and i wasnt too satisfied with the $$$ but all and all job was done right!

Went to put a 3” lift on a truck i know it’s a old truck. But before installing anything I told them to put the truck on a lift to check if you can do the job. If not just simply give me a call saying your unable to do the job because the chassis rotten. They said okay. Went to check up on the truck. And come to find out they put the lift, and it wasn’t done In a “Professional manner” they put it over the rotten chassis. They said they put it on all 3 sides and left the last one because it was rotten. He said he couldn’t do anything. If they would’ve called me saying that from the beginning would’ve never even bothered to leave the truck there.

Let me tell you about the service I received here. A warning light came on in my car letting me know my tire pressure was extremely low. I pulled in here with hopes someone would be able to help me. A young gentleman named Mike came to my rescue and plugged the hole in my tire! He was kind, professional and got me back on the road very quickly. Thank you to Mike and Tint World for going outside of their professional duties and helping a lady in need!!

My husband had them install a remote start as a gift. After 5 and a half hours, he picked the car up and the receiver was installed on the corner of the drivers side windshield. It was hanging down when the installer tried to show him how the remote start worked. He said it was just stuck up with double sided tape and we could come back any time it fell down. I have no idea why they would install the receiver in the drivers line of sight in the first place. The next day, the remote start didnt work. It would have all the lights flashing on the car, but wouldnt start the car. Then it shorted out. Then the receiver fell from the windshield and was dangling over the steering wheel. We were told to bring it back. My husband was waiting for them to open the next morning. When they did, he went in and explained all of the issues. The worker who said he was the owner, was extremely rude and said he wouldnt be able to fix it today. We would need to leave the car overnight and here is a $50 gift card for an additional service at their business. I certainly wouldnt leave my car there overnight, nor would I get additional service. The next customer of the day who was also waiting for them to open stepped up to the counter with the EXACT SAME ISSUE. That guy did opt to leave his car overnight.After disputing the poor customer service, lack of apology and complete disregard for the inconvenience, he said he could rip it out and give us a refund, but he would take the gift card back. No problem. I said, please remove it carefully, thank you. He then took my car for more than two hours and when my husband said he had to leave said he had fixed it. No refund, no apology for time wasted, no discount, no gift card, they didnt even take responsibility for their shoddy work. The boss said the whole thing was a software issue. Im not sure where he learned about software, but I know for a fact there is no software issue than can cause hardware to dangle from the ceiling. Two days later, the remote start is not working again. Needless to say, I would not trust them again with my vehicle. I recommend going to any other business that will stand by the quality of their work.Just wanted to add to this based on the business response... they definitely do not stand by their work. They continue to lie about everything and state it isnt their issue. My husband did not call them about a battery... he called regarding their product not working and they insist it is the battery despite having battery tested at Auto Zone, where the battery was found to be good. If a business stands by their work, they wouldnt insist the problem lies with everything except for their product and install. I wonder what they will say now that it has been proven to NOT be the battery? Perhaps it is my cars master computer or maybe another software issue?Just wanted to add that Kurt is harassing my husband with phone calls now. He says that he will remove the remote start from the car (which has already been removed by my mechanic who IS reputable) and refund the money, as long as I take my review down. Had they done the right thing and stood by their work, I would never have written this review in the first place. And there is no way I would EVER trust this place to touch my car or anyone elses. It is worth the overcharge of $263 plus the cost to get the piece of junk removed to not have them damage my car further.

Tint World made my dream come true! I had an excellent experience with them, and the staff were all very knowledgeable with all their products. Kurt helped me pick out the perfect lift, rims, and tires for my Toyota Tundra! I even got the exact offset and fitment I wanted. The Ceramic Tints that were put on the truck are amazing and give it such a beautiful look I even love the fact that they cut the film with a printer to exact spec of your car which means no razor blades to my windows. Now as far as the remote starts go, I had little knowledge that they even did this type of work but Kurt showed me a great quarter mile, 2 way Compustar system that I swear by and tell all my friends about. Got a rim and tire package for my 2011 E 250 Van recently I experienced a blow out on the vehicle and got the tire changed brought it to a different tire shop and they brought it to my attention that tint world did not put the correct ply of tire on my vehicle for the weight rating. Management blew me off when I brought it to there attention. Now my work Vehicle is not safe to drive. Thanks Tint world of medford

The only reason I give this 4 stars and not 5 is the pricing. I love the outcome of the work I had done which was tinting all around. But for the same film I could’ve saved myself money. Now I’m not saying that going here isn’t a waste of money or time because I don’t think that at all. Wonderful time hanging out there as professionally installed

I got my tail lights tinted and two days later they started lifting. So I called and spoke to a manager and he was nice enough to let me come in to get them fixed. It looks like they cut the film too short and that’s the reason why it started to lift. About a week later they started to lift again. All they had to do was replace the film and put on a new one. Waste of my time and money

They also recently screwed my friend over with her car.Don’t waste your time.(this is not a fake review - my Honda Pilot was there this past winter)Any negative review they will say “I looked you up in our system and this is fake”. Ive had problems camber since I got a brand new 6 inch lift on my truck. I brought the truck back multiple times in multiple times once they even made me pay. I was told it cannot be fixed it ruined my $2400 tires I decided to go back and buy new tires through tint World and tell them Im not gonna take the truck back unless its fixed Kurt the owner took care of the situation and got the truck fixed the way I shouldve from the beginning it is much better now.

I was very disappointed with my tinting. After being told 2-3 hours wait, I waited for 5 hours and my rear passenger window didnt cure correctly! I was interested in other services but I will look elsewhere. For the amount I paid I should have left happily willing to refer customers. Not the case. :(

Recently got my windows tinted on my Infiniti Q50 and they look INCREDIBLE!!! They were done in less than 2 hours and I’m so happy with how they turned out. These guys are amazing!

I waited 2 years to make this post. I called and got a price for ceramic tint on 2 windows and the windshield. When I arrived the prices completely changed to almost double. I refused. I drove one hour for a quality job all I got was a bait and switch.The manager was trying to intimidate me into getting the work done as I walked out.I didnt post earlier because they insisted I give my personal information and I didnt want to allow for any reprisal after since they had my address.I have since moved so i made this post. But i never forgot how poorly i was treated and the scam they tried to get me with.I saw a similar post to mine here at the time.Dont go here.

Had appointment for a simple one window tint job, should have been 45 minutes, sat there for almost 3 hours, over an hour with my vehicle in the bay and they never even looked at it, very unprofessional, they had no problem wasting my time like their time is more valuable than mine, Originally was told I’d be in and out, just be upfront with me don’t waste my time!!, never again!!!

Dropped my truck off today 2/7/2019 to have all my windows tinted. Left tint world at 830 truck was ready to be picked up by 1030. I was shocked how fast they got it done and how great of a job they did. I’ve brought previous vehicles to other competitors and had to wait hours just to have two windows done and they had bubbles everywhere for about a month. Just got a whole new system in my Jetta. I was able to pick a box with subs already in it and they took my car right in I was able to wait for it. They have one of the most comfortable waiting rooms. Just got my tints done on my infinity q50. I got 18% Supreme all around, My car never looked so good. Everything was quick and painless. The staff was amazing. The showroom was beautiful. Will be bringing all my cars here for tints.

Made an appointment yesterday with Kurt to tint two windows for 4:15PM since I work until 4PM. He said no problem on the phone and when I arrived at 4:14PM today, I was told I have to come back another day. So what was the point of making an appointment? Pretty poor service and unprofessional. Glad I didn’t do business here. I’ll take my $200 job elsewhere.

Went to Tint World and had a remote starter/alarm installed and an oil change. Kurt was excellent, very nice, professional. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered. Great service just got a remote start installed in my 2011 jeep liberty. Nice having a warm car in the morning. Plus i usually start my car in morning by running out to the car and starting it. I was always afraid someone going to walk by and jump in my car considering I go to work at 3 am . will being going back to have fog lights installed. Awesome to have a reliable shop to get work done. Great price for the remote start as well.

If I could do one thing different it would be to buy a black truck over my white, boy the wifes truck is black and it looks outrageous, dont get me wrong my white looks phenomenal but boy does that black pop. Place is great. I thought they only did tint. I was wrong. They have everything & more. I also see they are a Goodyear dealer as well. I had my brakes & tires done here.
