Stopped by after visiting El Gallo for lunch. I tried the small size w/Georgia peach & watermelon. I was impressed! The shaved ice is smooth and the flavors werent extremely strong like Im used to getting which I liked.Great on a hot day

I have tried ALL of the shave ice joints in town, including one restaurant with a much more expensive version on the dessert menu that was, um, *lacking*. Mahalo is hands-down the BEST. Bar. None. Run, dont walk! You will not be dissappointed. Get all the extras!

Best shaved ice around :) They even have all natural sugar free options made with monk fruit extract. Not to mention that they use organic cane sugar syrup in the regular ones. Its a total plus that they dont use high fructose corn syrup. Plus theyre HUGE! What a wonderful treat for such a hot day. I had the sugar free tigers blood with lava dust and my daughter had the 4th of July Special ( cherry, coconut, blue raspberry with pop rocks and filled with vanilla ice cream )!! YUMMY!!! We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful family that run this shaved ice food truck. The shaved ice is the bomb. It tasted like you are eating a fresh peach. Yum yum yum!!

Wonderful treat on a hot day. Flavors are great without being overly sweet or artificial tasting. Appreciate the compostable packaging and good prices.

The only real Hawaiian shaved ice in the area! It has taken me forever to find a place that actually puts vanilla ice cream in the shaved ice. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. I take my kids every Sunday and they love it and beg to go every time!

We went to Kona Hawaii last Fall, and having Shaved Ice over there was a highlight for us. We recently had Mahalo Hawaiian Shave Ice here in Medford for the first time, and I must say, as advertised, it was every bit as good as in Hawaii. 🌺🌴
