Have inspection and cleaning done in Hawaii since it was due, exemplary service there too. Moved to Oregon and went in for inspection and cleaning, husband started asking some questions and next thing I know, I am wearing a new set for twice the value of the trade in with full credit for that trade in and my husband got his for half off too!! I have no need to go to anyone else since they always treat me so well here!!
Youre associates Sabrina was the best she made us feel welcome and very helpful. Went to three other stores there and everybody looked at us like we didnt have the money to be in there store and didnt even acknowledged. So we came back and bought our anniversary ring from her. Went in the store in and was looking at rings. Needed A much larger size than what was In the store. Lady told me they would have to order it in the correct size which was fine with me and it was on sale. However then she told me when it came in if it was not on cell anymore I had to pay full price for it. So I told her you mean to tell me its on sale now Im ordering my correct size but if it comes in its not on sale anymore I cannot get the same price And she said no. So then I told her never mind I was not going to order a ring that was on sale and if it came in it was not on sale had to pay full price for it so forget it Uncle somewhere else.
I had an amazing time looking for an engagement ring here. Sabrina was very helpful and kind while she helped me figure out what I was looking for. Also she was very mindful of the budget we had in mind. Thank you for the great customer service.
My husband buys all my jewelry with Kays. He got an email stating there was a special sale and the wording made it sounds like you would get an additional 5% on top of the reduced earring price. The sales lady who helped was amazing but it turns out the 5% was not including the earrings. The sales lady agreed the ad was misleading and called the manager over. The manager is a lady who sounds like she comes from India. She would not give us the discount which we understood but when we showed her the ad she got very defensive. I suggested changing the wording to help clear up future confusion but she didnt want to hear it. She didnt even apologize for the horrible wording in the ad. As long as I dont have to deal with her I will go back. But if she was the only one there I would go buy somewhere else.
Stephanie and Cass are two of the best customer service representatives I have come into contact with. They took a decent amount of time to help my fiance find a ring she absolutely adores and kept it within our price range. I thoroughly enjoyed talking about playing softball with Stephanie as well as discussing video games with her and Cass. Both of these lovely ladies made our day and I cannot thank them enough for the smile that is still plastered on fiances face.Thank you both so much Steph and Cass, you are both truly amazing at your job and all around amazing human beings!

My first experience with Kays was through a gift. I received a ring that was purchased online. I loved it, however the stone fell out on the first night. I took it to this location. A warranty was not purchased but I figured that being a well known company they would back up theyre work for at least 24 hours. Wrong. They said that I would need to purchase a two-year warranty. I did, because the ring meant so much. I had accidentally fallen asleep with the ring on and woken up to a missing stone and a prong bent at a 45° angle. The sales associate told me that you cannot sleep in their rings. I expressed my concerns with the design of the ring. The prongs were so thin and obviously bent ridiculously easily. The sales girls mentioned that they had previously discussed with each other how poor the design was. Frustrated, I told them I was worried about it happening again. They also mention that the warranty would only be good until the ring needed to be repaired. So if one month into my 2-year warranty the ring needed to be repaired the warranty would be voided, and if I wanted the ring to be under warranty I would have to purchase a second warranty. Now Im left with a ring Im in love with but simply afraid to wear because I cant afford to continuously purchase a warranty every time I wish to wear it. Also, They said they will never actually repair this particular ring but will send a new replacement ring demolishing the sentimental value of the piece. Very disappointed that Kays offers rings that are not structurally sound and that a two-year warranty doesnt actually last two-years if it must be used at any point. My second experience at Kays started with an in-store ring. The sales associates were extremely helpful in assisting my boyfriend in picking out my engagement ring. There was a good sale and they offered 0% financing (with a down payment). He second guessed and changed his mind on the ring, exchanging it for one that ended up being more expensive. He was assured that with a deposit, this too would be 0% financing. We ended up going back and purchasing my wedding band. We paid the deposit and added my ring to the 0% account (sales rep assured us that this ring was also financed at 0%). We left extremely happy. The rings are GORGEOUS! Then the first bill came with a finance charge. My fiance called and the customer service rep agreed that it was a mistake and removed the charge. Next month another finance charge. Called again and was told there was no error that we have an interest (26%) account. This was the finance company that Kay used. He said he could see the paper trail and how it all happened but that ultimately it was entered as having interest (by Kays), and that we needed to contact Kays about the issue. He said it would take 6-8 weeks to straighten out. We notified Kays. We spoke to one of the sales associates we worked with who agreed that it was all supposed to be interest free (thats why we had to put down the specific deposit % for each ring purchased). The next month... another finance charge. No word from anyone. Seems like this simple mistake (that is costing us a fortune and working in Kays and the finance companys favor) is being dragged out as long as possible so that they can use time as a factor to deny any fault on their part sticking us with the inflated debt. Obviously Im ticked off about paying way too much based on our original agreement, but also because we were planning on purchasing the matching anniversary band to complete my set, but refuse to do so if this doesnt get straightened out. We purchased the warranties on my bridal set, but after reading more reviews I am truly afraid of sending in my rings to be sized and soldiered. Its sad that the sales girls we worked with were so helpful, but a simple error has completely destroyed our faith in a company that seems to have no desire to help its (repeat) customers. No one has any desire to fix this, and why would they? Its more money for them. I will change my rating and purchase my band if this EVER gets resolved
I have several pieces that I love and my husbands the one that buys all my jewelry he knows me so well. He just bought me a new ring for my wedding ring. Im cannot wait to get it back. The ladies at the Medford Oregon store were absolutely wonderful. They really know their pieces. And it was like they knew me and picked out the perfect piece for my ring. I went in about a week ago looking for a custom fitting for a larger gem, out of all the places I went Kays went above and beyond. Annie helped me while Stephanie was with another customer. When Annie was unable to find a setting Stephanie jumped in and poured over a bunch of options for me, even going as far as to call up to quote out a custom one. Even though they werent able to help me (the gem is an unusual size), I cant say enough good things about Steph and Annie who worked so hard to help me with the fitting.

One of the ladies was awfully rude, noone has been able to correctly size my ring. If I dont know my ring size shouldnt they be able to size me correctly?? Nope. Awful. Have had it sized twice and its still not the correct size. And they are not very informative when it comes to signing up for the credit card.
Under staffed
