I have to really tip my hat to the manager at this store. She went above and beyond. I stopped in to get a battery for my watch. Task was a little more challenging than expected so the manager stepped in. Did a great job. I went to pay her the $15.00 Zales was charging me for the battery replacement. I only had a $100 bill on me. The only credit card and debit card were from the local credit union where I had just CLOSED all of my accounts. Manager explained she can NOT break my $100. Once she understood the situation, she wished me a safe journey back home and to please remember Zales next time I am considering a jewelry purchase. ❤❤❤ Thats customer service!!!

The manager of this store isnt honest about her actions. I wouldve had a more pleasant experience shopping here if she was honest. She lied about calling us to confirm if we wanted a ring that we already told her we wanted. I called her 4 days after not hearing anything from her to which she said she called to confirm if I still wanted it, instead of just telling us the truth, which is she forgot to order the ring. Super frustrating. Will be continuing shopping for rings at Kays Jewelers across from here.
I always have excellent service at Zales. I have bought many pieces of jewelry and every single piece has been of great quality. The sales people are wonderful and dont make you feel pressured at all. Zales will continue to be my go-to jewelry store for all my jewelry needs!
I can always trust the work here and the associates. They might be sales people but the respect boundaries.
I love Zales. I only shop during Black Friday or after doing extensive research to ensure I am getting the best deal. I recommend ALWAYS purchasing the lifetime warranty, because their jewelry is man made and human error is in play. Dont ever spend 500 dollars without spending a few extra dollars to ensure your product.
Great customer experience
Horrible experience! In February we went in and special ordered my husbands wedding ring. They had to make it special size 13 and then it had to be sent to be sized to a 15. Our wedding was 2 months away and We stopped in late March to check on it and were told it was on its way to be sized. The following week we had received a notice from Kay Jewelers that they were closing due to Covid-19 we had gotten my ring from them and had a necklace on order. This made us think that maybe Zales was closing as well so we went there the following day and they were closed. I called customer service and spoke with a representative that “had no way of finding our order” she said they don’t have he capability of looking up special orders and that I should understand because of covid they had to close. I explained to her I did understand but what bothered me was there was no communication on them closing and now I have no information on the order no one has answers and I could have at least been informed of their closing or where my ring was at in the process. (We had Kay Jewelers notify us and let us know what was happening with our purchases. I said this could have been handled better.) She said we would be informed when they open again. After waiting till June with no information I called again a specialist called me back and said she would call me again in 2 weeks after researching it. No surprise I never received a call. Finally one day in late June we randomly realized they were opened of course we were never informed. My husband went there and was told they had no information on our ring and that they could just size the size 10 ring they had to a 15. My husband said that would compromise the ring that’s why they didn’t do that before and then said I would just come in and get a refund later that day since they don’t know anything. I went in later as they were closing 3 hours early and asked her for a refund she said no instantly and that I would have to wait because they are backed up I said what I want a refund and she apologized she heard me wrong so she asked for my receipt and I gave it to her then came a whole second excuse as to why I couldn’t get a refund which finally was resolved and I was given a refund. That refund took 3 times to put back on my card and still hasn’t been finalized because 3 days later they haven’t closed the batch on their credit card machine so now we have to wait until that happens. DON’T GO TO ZALES!
Fast and nice service. Kay knows a lot about diamonds! Good and reasonable price. The lifetime warranty is worth it... unlimited cleaning and resizing. Most of all, I like how the cut and details of gems and metals harmonize with the design. Simply neat yet classy.
The Zales in the mall has excellent customer service. I worked with Kay, she is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping me design and make a custom ring and latter a custom wedding band for that ring.

This is the closest Zales store to me...at 2 hours drive away. I purchased my engagement ring which was pre-owned and sent to the jeweler for repair. Waited 2 weeks until I could pick it up from the store location. After wearing it for less than 24 hours I noticed that 2 of the small stones on the band has already fallen out... Now the only thing I can do is drive back to the location for them to look at it. Ill be 3 trips in. Hope they can at least give me a gift card for all of of the hours and money traveling there. Very disappointed.
Bought my wife a bracelet and it came with a missing stone and the secondary clasp wouldnt close, tried calling to get a replacement for 2 months and they kept saying they would send me a return label and never did. The 8th time I called they said they were sending me a new bracelet and also never did. The WORST customer service Ive ever seen. Now Im stuck with a $500 bracelet that is useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
