I drive out of my way to this melrose park location. The manager Pamela is very knowledgeable and is very patient and understanding with her customers. She makes me feel welcome every time I am there and she is equally kind to other customers as well . Kudos Att in hiring a great and valuable asset to your team, you have a customer for life!

The customer service that we receive from Cynthia was amazing! Not only does she have the patience to walk us through activation, purchasing and setting up process for current and new service ., she Hooked us up with discounts because we purchase various items . she also mind you practically working by herself and very busy with other customers. The is what at&t need more of better customer service like Cynthia at the Melrose Park AT&T store! Kudos Cynthia on a job well done!AT&T you guys need to get your customer service act in order because you guys are terrible big time in that department on phone and in person the worst !🤦🏻‍♀️ Get you more of Cynthia .

Unprofessional and poor customer service. The manager seemed to be the only one who knew anything. My personal information (drivers license and SSN) was left on the table for the duration of my 90 minute visit. One of the three employees who had access to my information was on her cell phone the entire time.. texting, taking selfies, answering personal calls. Im concerned that I may be victim of identity theft as a result of my visit.

Normally I am patient and respectful however everyone has nice things to say about themselves but I was not aware that there was a customer sitting behind the counter with the salesman i thought about social distance... Umm umm umm.. I left after waiting about 20 minutes... Thank you but no thanks.....

Came in on Saturday to switch my service to a different phone. My tech knowledge is very limited. Alex helped me with the switch over and taught me a couple of things I didn’t know about my phone. Alex was amazing! Great attitude, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Store manager Ray is always so helpful and knowledgeable, solves all our phone problems. Patiently and politely helps my staff and myself with anh questions that come up. Definitely recommend him for anyone looking for an att mobile phone.

This Authorized Retailer takes forever to assist someone. They almost always have one person working at all times. I walked in with only one customer being assisted which then turned to more than a 30 minute wait. There were then 5 customers waiting right before closing time. I would like to add that this is not my first time being here, so I know it happens often regardless of how nice the employees are.

On today I visit this at&t on north Ave in Melrose park and the representative Alexandra O. Was very nice and greeted all of her customers with a big smile and respect and most of all she did a phenomenal job at satisfying all her customers even I, although she was the only representative in the store she was able to service us all and did a great job to be the only staff.

Great store with knowledgeable employees. Will definitely visit here again!

I walked in to start internet service for my new apartment, the employees were completely incompetent. I dont mean to sound mean either. There was a young lady at the front desk who couldnt pull up my address, so she proceeded to ask the male employee, who then said he doesnt know what to do but wanted to know what I wanted. Didnt give me and description or ask my needs or wants about the type of internet service I was interested in. He had his head in his phone and when she called to ask him for help he never even looked up. Then they both proceeded to go back to their phones and I said have a nice day. I dont remember their names but today is Friday and it was exactly 545pm I came in. I hope that these employees can be properly trained on customer service and satisfaction.

The people there will tell you anything to sell you a phone and get you to sign for stuff you dont need saying it is free. I do not trust anyone in this store. They over promise and under deliver. They gave me a watch saying it is free and it was not. They will tell you the phone does things it does not. You end up paying more than what they tell you. Do not go to this a t and t store.

I went in to make a payment today; and I kept asking about promotions I am in the market to switch over my business and my household the person working the front could care less I really want to know about promotions and I felt my business was bothering the man.

As an ATT customer already, I was told i couldnt pay cash and buy a replcement phone. I had to sign a new contract or they wouldnt sell me a phone. ATT policy. I am at Best Buy across the street. Tjey will sell me new phones on my exisring account. Go figure.

The new manager here is amazing ! Had bad experiences before but Agustin really turned this place around !
