I recently switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon. My sales rep was Lupe. She’s extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough explaining the transition process. She’s very sweet and pleasant. She also explained everything in detail and of course answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend coming to see her!

I visited the newly opened Verizon located on North Ave in Melrose Park IL, the store was very nice and clean and the customer service was great!

Never have a problem before with Verizon specially with the old location but today was horrible honestly the girl who didn’t even told us her name when she was taking care of us was super rude we went in trying to buy something and her respond to everything was no, no, noLike we are been loyal customer for long time and we have never try to get sometime cheap or anything, but she honestly doesn’t know how to do her job. Never going there again.

The staff at Verizon in on North Ave in Melrose Park are knowledgeable and eager to help. I am a senior who is uncomfortable with current technology. The staff took the time to clearly explain and answer every question. They helped me feel comfortable with their products and treated me like a valued customer. I highly recommend this business.

They sell products that doesnt do what they advertise and they do not stand behind products they sell. STAY AWAY FROM THE LIQUID SHIELD it does not work! After I posted a review here I got a call from Adam the manager and he was great. He immediately got on top of my issue and concerns as well as got my phone fixed. Thanks 😊. This Verizon location is the TIFFANY of all Verizon locations!!. I will only go to this store from now on. This store the people actually listen to what you need, dont try to push you to more expensive phones and when switching your phone over- they actually take the time to research and fix any problems and make sure all your data is transferred. I went from an Apple to a Samsung and it wasnt smooth but they took care of EVERYTHING to make sure I left with my phone ready to use. They were so nice, patient and never once made me feel I was inconvenience them. This store is a true credit to the Verizon company. Im blown away by how different they are from the other Verizon stores Ive been to.

Every time I come to this store, it’s just a pleasure to be with people that are passionate about their job, I rarely do reviews online but the store manager Kim is an outstanding people person and has hire very professional staff to help you and not only that but they go the extra mile to help you in your cell phone needs.

They dont routinely help you transfer your old phone to your new phone.

The Melrose park Verizon helped me out so much when my phone broke and would not boot up at all they were able to give me a loaner phone to use while my replacement phone that I upgraded to came in the people their are super nice and always helpful thank you guys so much.
