So far I have had nothing but great service at this store. I migrated from Sprint at this location and they made the whole process extremely simple.I did a migration, plan upgrade, and ordered 4 new devices and arranged 4 trade-ins and things could not have gone smoother.The staff went above and beyond my expectations. So far I have interacted with 4 staff members and they were all great.I would recommend calling ahead or looking at Googles chart to pick a good time to come in. I have never waited more than a few minutes doing it that way.I used to dread going to my service providers store but this was painless.Also this is a corporate location so they can do more on your account than other locations.
So I walk in to get a screen saver waited a whole hr. When I asked the young lady with the sharpie eye brows if I could just get a screen saver that literally took 3 minutes to get once it got done. She had the worse attitude ever talking saying I had to wait after I already waited a hr nobody was taking names worse t mobile ever. I must say the other lady in there I believe she might be Puerto Rican was awesome make her the manager you can tell she was trying her hardest the other one need to be fired now.
Good freindly customer service.However a lot of the merchandise on display is in Spanish. Like features about phones.They said because of area.
I had amazing service! I came into the store to purchase a red iphone 11 and got exactly what I wanted. The employee greeted me and made sure I felt like I was making a good purchase. She offered me to buy a screen protector and a case which I did and are both fantastic. She helped me transfer all of my information on my old phone to the iphone 11. Highly recommend!

I arrived at this store at 10:15am today, Tuesday, to pick up my free T-Mobile Tuesday promo item. There were 3 employees and each of them were already waiting on customers. I stood at the front of the store waiting for my turn. I waited for over 20 minutes. During that time, NO ONE acknowledged me or the 8 other people who had gathered in line behind me over the course of the aforementioned 20 minutes. Seriously - a line out the door and the employees acted like they were afraid to make eye contact. Additionally, they were playing their music so loud that it drowned out the advertising playing on the stores TVs. I actually witnessed the person with the remote for the volume turn it up even louder while I was waiting. Perhaps I might have asked about the new T-Mobile TV service. Maybe I might have wanted to upgrade my phone. But, none of the employees cared to even ask - for 20 MINUTES! A simple, well be right with you or some other acknowledgement isnt too much to ask. Clearly they just want to pay attention to their potential commission customers and not to existing customers. When I walked out at 10:39am, I had my free item and a pounding headache from their awful music. NEVER returning to this location. They are RUDE!
Ive always asked for Joshua he is very friendly and straight forward. Everyone there is friendly, there are new faces and manager is funny and full of energy. There is a bit of a wait time but when its your turn they take their time with you.
Make sure you guys go to an employee name Patricia, she was excellent. She greeted me right when I walked in the door, and wasnt to pushy into me buying anything, but she was great at her job. Great customer service.
On more than one occasion Ive found that some the Cust. Service & Sales Reps friendliness changed upon finding out I wasnt there to make purchases.... the male Rep. seemed almost annoyed that I was wasting his time by asking questions about my services instead of providing him with an opportunity to make a commission. On the other hand, the female Customer Service & Sales Reps Ive dealt with at this location have always been helpful & courteous regardless of why I was there.
I walked in yesterday a little after 4pm after starbucks next door. I noticed only three employees. I was greeted by one of them and nothing further. Not one asked what could they help me with, or we will be right with you. Each of them did have a customer at their station but I should have been asked or acknowledge a little more. Towards the back of the store, there was an employee at a table with a customer and customer was on the phone. She was just looking at me the whole time. I was annoyed and left. I just went in to pay a phone bill for my boyfriend who was waiting in the car with our daughter. This location is not close to our home but we were on our way to Menard and noticed that store and decided to get the bill payment over with and, we still could not.
The customer service was excellent. Even though there was only two workers on the floor, they professionally helped me as soon as they could which was five minutes or less.Not only did they respond every question I had, but made it really clear and even made the conversation fun. I learned that they both had 1 month or so to be working there. I only come to this T-mobile store and this was the best customer service than previous times.
This was my email to corprate about this location:To who ever administrates this account I would like to submit my complaint about a T-mobile store! The corporate store located at:2515 W North AveMelrose Park, ILThis store is home to one of the rudest set of employees and management I have ever experienced at a store! I came in even after calling them and let them know I was going to be trading in a blackberry curve 8320 due to the promotion you have going on at the moment. They seen my phone multiple times and said it was in good shape and can be used for the trade in. Once they heard that I was going to buy a phone that was on sale for $219.99 they immediately tried to get me to get a more expensive phone and said that the phone I chose was not good. I was still sticking to the phone I originally wanted and they got mad (Could see it in there face) and then told me they cannot accept my trade in. They said they cannot accept the phone because they notice that there seems to be to much wear and tear on the phone. There is no cracked screen, no water damage, and the phone is fully functional. After 2 hours in the store due to the fact they were busy, they then asked me to go to another store because they will not accept the deal. They did this because the were not getting enough commission and its all about the money! This is very rude and ignorant and should be addressed! I have been with you guys for 8+ years! I deserve more respect than what I had to endure today.This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT GO HERE... There are 2 more very close by.
This place is terrible I would think tmobile would be more professional....this place is under staff..the waiting period is terrible. I waited over 30m to exchange a 1100$ phone that I had for a month that freezes on the regular and the battery life if terrible. When i finally got seen they told me it was a 5$ fee for delivering the new phone. I left my wallt6 at home so I ask can they transfer the 5$ to my account they said they couldnt nor did they offer to call customer service to ask them ..... I call customer service they offer to put it on my bill and they did.. now I have to go back to the same tmobile and stand in the 30m line then wait more time to do the transaction ..this place is a joke and very time consuming the staff is terrible

This has been by my favorite store. They transferred all my data with such a positive store. If you want a great time while you get a new phone, then definitely come here.

Really dont know what they are doing. Dropped ball on ordering phones. Now there is a bill for phone that was supposed to be free. Not happy about this wish I went to different store. Still dont have my iPhone 7s ordered. After spending 5 hours in store first time. It was still all messed up. Not good representation for some one changing over. The manager is never there either.
The people who help on the 611 number is not so helpful sometimes. They tell customers 1 thing then they have you go to the retail store. They then look at you like you have two heads. The store sent me to a battery and bulb store to get the battery. They should have told me I need to get a new phone. Instead of waiting another day.
Did not have a pleasant experience here. The people working there were very polite but incompetent at the same time. I had ordered a phone through the warranty exchange program and it took more than a week to get here. They assured me it would only take a day and every time I went there they said the same thing. They assured me I would get an email when the phone would arrive; instead I had to find out through my cousin who works at another T-mobile that it had arrived. I feel like they can handle the basics but do not expect them to do anything beyond or anything complicated. Very disappointed.

A woman named Jasemine had me on hold for 35 mintues to speak with a manager named Claudia. I even took a screen shot because I couldnt believe i waited that long and no body picked up the phone again.I finally hung up and Im still calling to find out about the phone I ordered. Crappy customer service.
