Customer service is the best here they helped me big time

Lydia was amazing! She is super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back! She deserves and raise and promotion! I wish more people in customer service were like her! Thank you for all your help with my new phone for my daughter!

Lydia was such an amazing sales associate. She was extremely helpful told me about the one year warranty that all metropcs stores have. I have nothing but great things to say about this location.

@kimberly i work here at this location & iam only guy so i will never charge a customer for changing their rate plan last minute and never will charge for a receipt. So im pretty sure you got the wrong store.

Jorge the manger unprofessional had a cigarette and a lighter on top of the counter while activating my phone service wouldnt recommend to bring your kids here.!!

This place has a guy that robbed me charged me $8 extra talkin about a fee because I changed my plan last min I was in a rush but paid it and when I asked him for a receipt he said that is also a extra charge lol I just walked out this place has crooks
