I called one afternoon about some indeterminate noises on my car, David asked me a few questions and then worked with my schedule to facilitate drop off. After a quick ride around the block I dropped it off and within a few hours he called with the diagnosis, gave me an estimate, and told me I could pick it up later that day.He was entirely up front (even making sure to tell me of an extra $8 parts charge not noted over the phone), and explained exactly how the items failed over time. Car drives great and I look forward to doing business with him again!

I’m very picky about where I take my car and I expect the mechanic to treat my wife and I equally - something I unfortunately can’t always assume. What a great garage with the rare combination of a very knowledgeable owner, very respectful staff, and reasonable prices. Tucked away in a very convenient location - I’ve stopped using other garages and this is my main garage. If you live around Melrose, this should be your mechanic.

Great guy, very straightforward, honest, and knowledgable! He diagnosed the car fairly quickly (O2 sensor). I ended up repairing the problem myself (it was a quick fix), but that is only because my family and I were short on money. Very good pricing though and had I had the full amount for him to repair, I would have definitely done it! I will be back for future repairs! Car runs like new after replacement! Its hard to find solid mechanics–this guy is one of them!
