The hatch on my 2020 Escape will open and close anytime. it has been in twice and still not fixed. A piece of the roof just flew off and was fixed satisfactory. Otherwise car is fine.
Great experience. Brought my Raptor in for some warranty work on the drivers side mirror without an appointment. Robert was able to get me scheduled within a day or so and was super helpful throughout the third party warranty process which is typically painful. Would definitely get service here again.

Bought a car from here..4 days later the check engine light comes on! Just more of added stress after being in a car accident that wasn’t my fault! The manager never called to remedy the situation. I waited but never received the call. I was told by the sales rep they’d call. I was also told the deductible I paid would be reimbursed back but haves received anything yet. Really disappointed! Put my trust into a bigger company like this only to get a car that broke down 4 days later..it was things wrong that I would’ve never seen when test driving car! Basically sold a “lemon” car! Emily from there had called after I left a negative review on Facebook stating they would mail a check for deductible I paid but I still have yet to receive and it’s been almost a week..shouldn’t take that long, but who knows! Emily was amazing tho! Explained everything! Once I receive the deductible I will change the stars to 4!
I cannot express the leaps and bounds service has increased over time via the technology Gordie Boucher has invested in. The ability to text my advisor, let her (Bri) know what is going on and getting a response in seconds is what I am looking for when I do business with a company. We purchased a previously owned Ford F-150 and love the power, ride, and functionality. Our salesperson, Jeff Schwister, who was extremely conscientious and thorough as he took us through the purchase details including truck orientation. We had been looking for a nice CPO vehicle for over six months. Dealerships in the Indianapolis area either didnt do CPO or were completely unwilling to deal. We found an excellent condition 2019 Ford Fusion at Gordie Boucher. I made them an offer on the car over the phone and they had the all of the paperwork ready to sign when we made the 5 hour trip. I had no worries about driving our new to us car home knowing that their expert technicians had inspected the car and warranted it with a 7 year 100k mile power train warranty. We love our Fusion, thank you Gordie Boucher!

Being that I was looking for a Expedition 4x4 for my wife for about 2 weeks, day and night. I searched the internet constantly for the right vehicle. I searched post ads, auctions and all the online postings. I called and was put on a 3way conversation with the sales representative and sales manager. Within 5 minutes a deal was struck. I left Missouri late that night and drove to Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls, Wi arriving at 9AM the next morning to find the Expedition completely detailed and with a full tank of gas. Completed the paperwork in approximately 10 minutes and I was on my way. The expedition was just as described and the experience was a pleasant one. Everyone from the receptionist to the porter was very pleasant and I had a great visit and buying experience. I only wish I lived close enough to have my Ford vehicles serviced here as well.
The Service dept. was on the ball I didnt have to wait long for my oil change, its done in about 40 minutes (give or take) They even gave it a wash.

We purchased a certified pre-owned Ford F150 from this dealership. We had issues with the truck from the day we drove it off the lot- squeaking belts, rattling timing chains, leaking fluids, issues with the sunroof and backup camera, and brakes pads and rotors that needed replacement. We had our mechanic and a separate Ford dealership look at the truck and both were adamant that this truck never should have passed certification. After $5,000 of repairs and weeks in the shop, we were able to use the truck for a few months. Until it broke down on a road trip to Utah. I would probably not trust a certified pre-owned stamp from this dealership.

I recently came in earlier this week to purchase a vehicle and was very impressed by all the Covid-19 precautions the staff were taking. I do work in healthcare so I am constantly worrying about this. Everyone was keeping their distance and masks were up. I was not worried at all. Gordie Boucher did a great job at respecting their customers by taking these guidelines seriously. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
I came in and met Tim Nolan one of the seller. He was really nice and helpful. He helped me found a car that I wanted and ordered it from another dealership. So I got a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer back in March, the car was really nice, except it had all this coffee spill on the cup holder, but I let it slide and never say anything to them cuz I think I can try to clean it up, not a big deal. However, when me and my husband went to pick up the car and sign for our contract, we were working with Milan the financing manager. The contract was added with extended warranty which we never ask for. It was more than $3900 added in there and we have no prior notice that it will be added to our loans. I was questioning Milan and he said I can cancel it anytime and it worth to have it. So I went home that night research some more information and found out the extended warranty is like a joke, cuz you ended up pay more for what you get, and the fact it was added to your loan, you will have to pay for interest rate on top of that, which makes it ridiculously expensive. I call back the next day to try to cancel it and got Milan telling me I have to come in and sign another paperwork to cancel the extended, and that my payment amount wont change since it is already sent to the bank. And that it takes up to 3 months in order for them to get rid of that amount for the warranty . I felt so disappointed and mislead by him. Not the fact that I was being pushed to keep the warranty even though I said NO when I called him. So be careful and look in your contract when you purchase any vehicle, they just want to sell you warranty cuz they make commission from selling it.!!!UPDATE !!!1 month after purchase the vehicle, my windshield cracks. I am not even sure if something actually hit it or it happen by itself, but I contact this place again to see if this will be something they cover for me. They told me to come in so they can have a look at it, I drove there twice for them to say Nothing they cant do, and it wont be cover under warranty, just a month after I bought a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer. I cant express how much frustrated and disappointed I have with this place and all the issue I have to deal with them. I WONT RECOMMEND this place to anyone and I will tell people about how terrible they are.
A key factor for me was to be able to take the truck I was interested in on an extended test drive so I could show it to my wife who was unable to accompany me to the dealership.
This is only the sixth car Ive owned in my life, mostly because I like to keep cars for a long time, but also because I dont look forward to the process of buying a car. Poor purchasing experience, insultingly bad trade-in offer thats significantly (20-30%+) lower than literally any other dealer Ive contacted within 100 miles and annoying sales staff who after turning down said poor trade-in amount continue to call and text message me. I tried asking higher-ups why the trade-in pricing is so bad, and wasnt given any reasonable explanation. Cant recommend for sales or service at this time.

Charged a hidden fee ($300-400). Nothing but trouble with a used car purchased, leaked in 5 spots from day one. Owned 1 month in shop 3 times. No response/delayed response. They would only fix one leak, the basically said we were on our own. Will never buy from any gordie boucher dealer again.

Do not trust their advertising. They do not respect their customers and offer some of the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Roughly a month after purchasing an Expedition from Zach Z, the car my parents purchased began to experience issues and needed to be serviced. Boucher offered to wave the inspection fee but only if we brought it to their Menomonee Falls location. It was insulting considering my parents live a few miles away from their Kenosha location.The repair estimate was well over $2000 including the replacement of the sunroof. My parents hardly used the sunroof during the month they owned it and I find it curious that it failed so soon after the sale.After we had to make our second trip that day from Kenosha to Menomonee Falls to pick up the car, their service department refused to cover any parts or labor. Dillon and Lucas, both identifying themselves as management, stated there was nothing they could or would do for us. Not even so as offering a free car wash for all the driving we had to do.Both of them had a rather callous attitude regarding the situation. It was much different than the smiling, friendly attitude management had at time of purchase. And to top it all off, were still waiting to hear back from Zach Z despite multiple attempts to contact him.They proved that their advertising messaging couldnt be more false. Another local dealership chain beginning with an L went out of their way to get repairs I needed covered by warranty despite my coverage expiring. They did this multiple times, saving me thousands, and I didnt even buy from them. They understand good customer service unlike Ford Boucher in the Falls.Think twice before you buy anything from them. They dont stand by or respect their customers after they buy. Especially Dillon, Lucas and Zach.

Nice facility nice people, called ahead and made an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation and to have my powered running boards greased or lubed. Was very easy process over the phone however when I dropped my vehicle off and after talking with the service advisor about the work to be performed on my truck they still forgot to grease the running boards and I to go back in after they were done with my truck and paperwork to see why they didn’t greases the running boards, turns out they just plain old forgot.

Very disappointing as usualbought a BRAND new car on Dec 1 and in early January I have warnings on my dash and it clunks every time it down shifts... I called for a service appointment and left if with them for 10 days while I was out of town during which time they did nothing!!! Had to pick up the car and it STILL does not shift properly and gave me warning indicators on my ride homeMy last vehicle (F150) was also brand new bought from there and had TONS of issues and ALWAYS got terrible service from Service Dept. I will NEVER take a vehicle there for service again and will NEVER buy a car from them again. Ford has really disappointed me in the performance of their vehicles but the HORRIBLE and INADEQUATE service department really makes my decision in stone - i will NEVER be a customer here again

It was an aweful experience and the Boucher dealers do not communicate with each other. I had purchased a new truck from a dealer in Waukesha which came with a few complimentary oil changes and I was told I could stop at any Boucher dealership for this. I had scheduled with Menomonee Falls because they were closest to my work. The person I spoke with asked about coupons which I was not provided any so they said they would look into it. The day of my appointment I stopped off over my work hour to drop off my truck and was told the charged amount for the oil change. I told them I was supposed to receive complimentary, they didnt see me in the system so they had to call down to Waukesha which took an extra 15-20 minutes. I asked if they would give me a ride back to work, they told me I was next in line so it would only be 30 min. The oil change took about an hour for a full 1 hr 20 min visit. The only reason I opted for 2 stars is that they did wash my truck and I believe they tossed in the tire rotation but I believe that was the reason the oil change took so long in the first place.

Tried to sell me repairs that would have costed more than twice the total value of the vehicle. After talking with them, they apologized, and explained that they didnt even consider that fact. Ended up giving me a break on the diagnosis and oil change. I guess it comes down to common sense, as long as you (the customer) is thinking about what is the most logical for you and your car, you wont get taken to the bank. They were just offering to fix everything that could have possibly needed to be fixed, not what was in the best interest to fix depending on my particular situation. 4/5 stars might be a little high, but 3/5 seems too low. They provided an overall average experience.
I give Boucher of Menomonee Falls my top recommendation, with specific mention to be made to Salesperson Emil English. If you are looking for a used vehicle, the Boucher Group is were you search should start. While their prices appear slightly higher than other dealerships, this is more than offset by the exceptional service and the willingness to put you in the right car, right away.Once I zeroed in on the vehicles I desired, two very good things happened. The first was that the other sales persons from the other stores stopped contacting me, and the second was the store that had the vehicles I wanted to test drive provided excellent information about the vehicles two days prior to my test drive appointment. I felt I was very prepared for the two cars I was to see.Once at the store, I was greeted by the same sales associate with whom I had previously spoken -- nice touch. He was courteous, professional, and most of all knowledgeable of the vehicles. He let me test drive them both, then return the next day with my decision.When it came time to choose, everything was taken care of for me and my father, who came along. The entire process took under an hour, and I left with a great vehicle and a sense of great serve from the store manager and his entire team.I will close by writing that Emil English sales method was courteous, helpful, and enjoyable. I purchased a used 2011 F150 with 68,000 miles from Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls in May of 2019. Turned out the truck has significant rust issues. Another Ford deal quoted the repairs at over $9,000. There was a mechanical issue that the dealer did take care of. Overall, it is my opinion that this truck wasnt worthy of being sold from a dealer like this. It most likely should have been sent to auction and sold for less. The Ford motor company was gracious enough to offer me a maintenance package on the truck to offset some of my losses. I will not buy another car or truck from Boucher Ford. I expected better than corner car lot quality from a dealer this size that also sells new cars and trucks.
Place was clean and staff was friendly, oil change and tire rotation took close to 2 hours at 9 am for a scheduled appointment with very few people waiting in the wait room or cars coming in after the fact. Hopefully, just picked a bad day, but as a former lube tech wasnt the timeframe I was hoping for.
Unfortunately, there is a lack large lack of attention to details at this dealership. This has been extremely frustrating as a customer. But dont worry, everybody, including Jeff the GM, is really sorry about that....again and again and again.

11/22 After talking to the GM of the dealership he put my CPO car in the service shop immediately and got it checked out. They couldnt find the issue with the service but it turns out whatever they were checking actually fixed the issue. They were going to call in ford to look at the car and let me take it home for the weekend. On my way home the Engine shutoff and Turn on worked to my amazement since they said it wasnt fixed. I called them to inform them the issue was fixed and to cancel anything they had for the engineer from ford on Tuesday. The sales experience with Tim was amazing. Would love to have a similar sales experience with every car. He applied no pressure and it was quick and painless. The service shop here is clearly a mess but now i have heard that it is a mess at the other locations too. I was informed by a few people to just take my car to other ford dealerships for service since they are always booked and un-professional. Wish we would of known this before buying but i guess thats why we will write the review. Sales= 5 Stars Service= 2 StarsEdit: My CPO Escape lasted about 6 thousand miles before the transmission needed to be rebuilt. This has been one of the worst experiences with any car my wife or myself has owned. That warranty covered the rebuild but there is no way this car passed the CPO inspection.

After briefly searching Bouchers used truck inventory I found a truck that interested me. I requested more information on line and was quickly contacted by the dealership. We set up a test drive the same day. When I arrived at the dealership the salesman (Lucas) was there to greet me and had the F150 I was interested in washed and ready for me to test drive. I was pleasantly surprised. I drove that truck and one other and decided that my first choice was the better of the two. Lucas and I sat down and quickly came to an agreement on the price. No hassle, no fuss. Because I drove myself to the dealership I needed to pick up the truck the next day. The following day my wife drove me to work and Lucas arranged for someone from the dealership to pick me up at work and drive me back to the dealership so I could finish the purchase of the truck. One hour later I was in my new used truck, with a full tank of gas, receiving instructions from Lucas on some of the finer points of interests included in my 2018 Ford F150. I dont know if it gets much easier than that. Thank you Gordie Boucher and Lucas for a very simple and very easy used truck buying experience.Ive had the truck for one week now and I absolutely love it. I still believe I received a very good deal on the truck based on my research of comparable trucks in the area.
This review is regarding the EV chargers only. The service and sales I am not reviewing.Multiple times Ive stopped by and I cannot charge. I work behind there and thought it would be nice to have somewhere to charge and walk to work.Usually the front charger is blocked by a parked car, side charger seems to be removed, and rear charger is broken.Have only been able to use it once.Even if they put a charge at the back corner of the lot I would use it. Back corner means no one would walk from the end of the lot to get inside so it would remain open
Called on a Sunday to test drive a 2019 Edge,they responded in a very timely manner that same day. We test drove it Monday afternoon and drove it home Tuesday. They were very helpful in answering any questions we had. Wonderful experience !

Have purchased several vehicles from Boucher. Terry Ilion is our go to guy. Our transactions with Terry have always gone great and he makes sure we see the people we need to so we can complete our requests. Adrianna our financial person was awesome and made the completion of our sale very pleasant and reassuring.
While everyone is very friendly and helpful, it took an hour for an oil change. I realize they rotate the tires and check over the vehicle but that still seems to be a little long for an oil change. It is also a little on the pricey side; over $50.00 with the tax. I went there when I first bought my vehicle because the oil changes were free and on one occasion it took 2 hours. I think I will look around to see if I can find another reliable location that can save me some time and money.
Normally I don’t fill these out but i have 2 concerns the first one is with the pm performed i got my service sheet back and was also told by the service personnel which is none of her fault at all but the tech stated my truck did not have a trans dipstick which is located right next to the oil dipstick on the 2016 6.7 second concern is that i brought it in spotless as it was just detailed and waxed i indicated i did not want it washed due to it being waxed i get it back and it has def fluid all the way down the truck i wish i had been notified of this to have them run it through the wash since def is has ammonia in it I’m not on here to B**** but please in future reference of me bringing it to Boucher that these items are addressed

I went in having a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Terri was a great salesman and was not pushy. The new 2019 F150 I bought had an issue with a defective tail light and some chipped paint. The service department made it right and did so in a timely matter. I would go back again for another vehicle.
