The best place to take your car. Theyve done everything from oil changes, new tires, breaks and more and I always know Im getting expert advice, working with experienced/knowledgeable staff and the fairest pricing. We will not take our cars anywhere else!.

My experience was great. I had a (1) tire, on a side by side none the less, that needed changed. Eric was the one that helped me. He made things easy and I was in and out the same day.

Wonderful Service. While I was waiting I saw them save a man hundreds of dollars by rebuilding a part for him versus ordering a new one. They also provided stellar service when a friend was in town and needed a new transmission. I appreciate how they always go a bit extra to save a few dollars for their customers. They are now my mechanics for life.

We were travelling long distance and broke down. These people went way beyond expectations to give us fast, courteous service and put us back on the road. I cant say enough good things about this garage or properly express my gratitude. They are the best!

I cant believe there are any negative reviews about this place! My entire family has been taking their cars here for YEARS! Weve always been extremely satisfied! They have never tried to sell me something I didnt need! One of the things I like best about them is they are always willing to play show and tell and they take the time to answer all of my questions. Id never go anywhere else!

As always, personal service, exemplary work. Steve and his crew did their usual great job, on time, with a phone call to let me know that the work was done. They even followed up on the car I gave to my granddaughter a year ago. Concord Auto Repair Service understands service!

Every time I take my car to this shop, they find thousands of dollars worth of repairs to make.I drove my car in there for an oil change, when I brought it in, it was running fine. When I went to drive it off the lot (after the supposedly found yet another couple thousand dollars worth or work), it was shaking and rumbling, and they claim they did absolutely nothing to the car.Ive also had experiences where Steve will quote me 3-400 dollars lower than what they actually charged me.They will rip you off every time. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

I have hand great service every time I have brought my car to Concord Auto Repair Service. The employees and owner are friendly and happy to help in any way they can. The work on my car was professionally done in a timely manner.

The diagnostic fee was $124.... i just wanted new tires and had to pay that, i will never go back. Conrad’s is a absolute rip off.

I went in to get an estimate on four new tires for my car, being a college student I told the guy I need a bottom line nothing special, he quoted me over $850 for 4 tires that ran $86 a piece, what is costing the extra $450?! I get the disposal, alignment, and labor but seriously? Went to the real Firestone and left $400 out the door. With alignment

I went to these guys just for an estimate because I was pretty sure a tie rod was bad 3 months after I had it done, so I wanted a second opinion before I took it back to my mechanic. These a**holes told me I need 3 ball joints ($600 worth of work) as well as a new tie rod. Took it to my mechanic and he said I need no new ball joints at all!!!!! Also, they gave my friend a $600 quote for his muffler last week, charged him $1,100 for it, and now his muffler has fallen off again. Avoid these guys!!!! Big scammers!

Learned from a mechanic who used to work there for years that they overcharge RIDICULOUS amounts, was just quoted $1800 for repairs on my vehicle (with no lights on the dash, mind you). Didnt mention to them that I had work done on it last week, lo and behold my quote includes brake work I just had done. When I brought up that the work was just done to Hanz the desk clerk, he didnt have an answer for me. Go figure. Then he asked me for $30 at the end of inspecting my vehicle when i was told to bring it in for a FREE inspection. Never go here. Overpriced, dishonest, and previous employees have advised against doing business with them.

They were supposed to fix 3 lwake and my check engine light. Cost me way more than estimated and I had to take my car back 3 times, post repair, because it was still leaking.

We were traveling from Missouri to Maine when our car broke down. The owner and his wife went above and beyond to get us back on the road.

They lost my keys.
