The manager Jim is professional, respectful, and actually cares about his customers and their needs. The mechanics Paul and Matt are wonderful! Every time I come in my car is finished quicker than expected because of their timely service. I’m informed if other issues arise with my vehicle upon inspection during a service, and they explain thoroughly what’s wrong with it and how to fix it and they even show you not just tell you. They’re very open to questions and concerns and easily provide answers to any questions you might have. Come here! You won’t be disappointed! They treat you like family. If I moved 1 hour away I would make the drive just to come to this shop. It’s a rarity to find service like this.

If you buy tires anywhere other than Mr. Tire, I can almost guarantee you are either paying too much for the tires or the place you are going to is pushing you to buy stuff you dont need. I have never had a positive experience anywhere else.

The name Mr Tire just doesnt cover all that these guys do as a full-fledged service center. Jim and the crew there always take good care of me. They are honest, fast, responsive, and incredibly professional. I dont know how a store chain managed to get such a small-town level of personal care, but its been great. Furthermore they always give me options BEFORE beginning potentially costly work, so no surprises.Unlike other establishments up the road, they have never once tried to upsell me service I dont need. If for some reason a fix doesnt quite work as expected, they are eager and willing to make it right. Their courtesy shuttle service is a godsend in getting me back to the office quickly.Most recently I had another mechanic give me a pretty costly quote on what he said was a cracked radiator. The crew at Mr Tire quickly discovered that the so-called cracked radiator was nothing more than a bad hose clamp. I cant recommend these guys highly enough!

I ran over a nail and needed to get my tire patched. Every other shop was closed. I made it to Mr. Tire and the manager was there closing but he understood the situation I was in and helped me anyway. I appreciate the kindness and understanding. I would have been stranded if this did not happen.

This place is off on a side road, so Im glad I had Maps to lead me there. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and the other place I used to take my car to was closed. I called the day before and got an early appointment. They found the nail and patched my tire quickly, and the service was reasonably priced. I would recommend making an appointment if possible. While they do take walk-ins, you might have to wait a while of you go later in the day.

6pm on a Friday night I blew a tire on the highway. Without calling I stopped in and Paul was absolutely awesome. Got me back on the road safely in no time. If I was not 600 miles from home I’d stop by more often.

We have been taking our cars here since we moved to Mentor over 2 years ago and the service has always been excellent! They are very honest and trustworthy, they won’t try and sell you something you don’t need. I also have a work van that I have started to take to them as well. I’ve dealt with a lot of mechanics in the past and finding a trustworthy one is like a needle in a haystack. If you’re looking for great, honest, and dependable service, look no further.

Jim was absolutely wonderful! I was traveling from Ohio to PA when a flat tire can about on I 90 east. An hour before they closed, was able to get in contact with Jim who was so kind and willing to wait for my family and I to be towed to his place of business. We didn’t arrive until after they closed for the day and Jim was more than willing to stay open and fix our flat tire. We wouldn’t know what we would’ve done if it weren’t for him and his business. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Thankful for kind people in the world!

This place is awesome! Im from Pennsylvania and was traveling home from Ohio when my sister got a flat. Jim was the most kindest person ever! Jim and Paul are two of the best mechanics I have ever worked with. They took very good care of my car and went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and warm for me to drive, (my heater broke). One of the headlights on my truck was out so I bought a set of two light bulbs and took it to Mr Tire to be installed.
