They only tried to make $17,000 off a trade in (4yo car). Always a rip off for new cars too. If you want a new Caddy I suggest finding another dealership. Out of the 3 Caddys I recently purchased, they were always significantly more expensive then everyone else. Clearly the other reviews are fake.My service loaner cars are have not been cleaned as someone elses masks have been left behind.

A week ago, my wife and I made the 3 1/2 hour trek to Mentor, OH from MI to view and potentially buy the 2013 Lincoln MKX you had for sale, for our daughter. I had initially dealt with Don over the phone who had arranged to send photos, it turned out that he was ill last Tuesday when we drove down and we were turned over to Bob Rode for the transaction. Bob did great as, we ended up liking the car and purchased it.But, the reason for my email today, is to recognize Troy, in your bump and paint department, who dropped what he was doing and repaired a dozen hail dents on the hood, and a mark on he rear drivers door, as I saw that damage and thought it was a deal breaker. Troy recognized that we had come a long way and rather than suggest we leave the car and come back when it was repaired, immediately took the car and within an hour it was fixed like new.UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME.I have told that story to several people since.We will deliver the car to our daughter who attends college in Grand Rapids next weekend and she is thrilled.Respectfully,Bob from Michigan

He was told that I had Car Shield as my extended warranty during our conversation at no time did he tell me that they do not accept that warranty. After the first offer I further explained the quote I was looking for. While I was sitting at another dealer they called me and gave me an offer on a slightly higher value car with less down and $88/month less than the offer in front of me. I told them we were very interested and would head out. We were met by name and a handshake with the exact car ready at the door to inspect.
