Rich always goes above and beyond for his customers. He takes the time to answer your questions. He is always honest and has the best pricing around. Rich is not trying to rip anyone off and is trying to run an honest family business. I have sent multiple family members and friends to Rich and they all tell me the same thing......Rich is top notch. Do not go anywhere else without giving Rich a call first.

Very honest! Great shop! Called Rich the owner about needing new Front brake pads and rotors for my 2013 Toyota Corolla LE. Quoted me a great price! He took the time to figure out a quote and gave me a discount with it! 200 dollars less then what my dealership was charging me! I told him I will call him for anything needed done on my car. Didn’t up sell me to buy anything else. Dropped my car off the night before and left my keys in the drop-box in the back of the shop. Got it done the next day. Very great shop really pleased with there work will defiantly go there again! Thank you again Rich!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a nightmare of an experience with the owner Rich being deceptive and dishonest earlier this month when I brought my Cadillac to his place of business for repair. I had a radiator hose that needed to be connected and a headlights to be repaired that were disconnected after having some body work done elsewhere. I called to find out how much the cost of the repair would be after he said he would call me back the day prior and did not. Rich said he found two rims for 750.00 plus 75.00 each for tire pressure sensors(which my sensors were fine) and I told him I will pass on the recondition rims because I knew I can buy the rims for $50-$100.00 each at the most. Then he said okay well without the rims the bill will be 650.00 and I said I did not authorize him to just do the work on his own accordance. He then said he will take off a couple of hours of labor because it took 5 hours to get my head lights to work however he would have to pull the high beam fuse out so that the lights will not stay on high beam because I needed a new turn signal arm that has the high beam switch. Anyway he then called my girlfriend and said he will charge only $365.00 So then she called me and told me thew price and she told him too that we did not authorize him to work on the car that we wanted a price before he did any work. I threatened to call the police on him and he said he is a Christian person who is honest and said for me to get my car off his property within the hour or it will be impounded. I had my Dad pick up the car immediately and I came to get it from him later that evening and when I was driving the lights turned off completely every time I used my turn signal. Stay away from this guy he is a rip off and very shady doing unauthorized work and charging insane prices and claimed to be a Christian on top of it when confronted for being dishonest and crooked. He tried to initially charge me $1,400.00 to connect a radiator hose and connect my headlights as well as for two used reconditioned rims. Also when I picked up my car the fuse module for the high beam was laying on the side of the engine on top of the wire harness.

Saved me about $2000 by not having to take my car to the Honda dealer for some serious repairs - I bought some of my own parts online because Honda was charging 5 times more than it shouldve been for the same exact brand I found online, but Rich allowed me to shop around for better deals and was really easy to work with. My car sounds and feels great, and Ive been able to get my car in within a day and returned much faster than I expected.

I chose this shop based on the reviews. The reviews were dead on. Got me in and out same day no appointment. Also it did turn out cheaper than the estimate and my car sounds like it should. I would definitely recommend this shop. Friendly employee (Rich) made me feel like they had time for me and wasnt just another vehicle added to their busy day.

Quick convenient friendly. Great customer service! Was very nice straight forward, I believe the gentleman I spoke with was Rich, the price he quoted me before hand was exactly what it came to afterwards and not a penny over. He did my break job at half the price everyone else would, and he didnt know that till after the job was done.

They are the best auto repair place around...they do great work and are reasonably priced...and they are absolutely trustworthy...

On a trip between Columbus, OH and Buffalo, NY, I needed a quick, temporary repair on my muffler/tailpipe assembly, which was hanging by a thread. A guy at a gas station recommended S&S highly. Owner Rich at S&S fixed me up and in about 15 minutes. I was delighted, but heres the kicker, NO CHARGE--he did it as a courtesy. If I lived in the area, this guy would be my mechanic.

S&S auto came to the rescue when I was visiting from out of town. Thanks so much for taking a look at my vehicle. Your fix gave me peace of mind to continue on my trip! Thanks a million!

Rich (owner) was great to work with and I am definitely going back. Very professional and service took less time than predicted. Punch card for free oil change after number of oil changes. I am planning on doing all my oil changes / car service here.

Went to S and S for a second opinion on a dealership repair quote, and not only was S and S more reasonable but he proactively went out of his way to give me the best repair price possible. Also, this may be a little thing for some, but the customer service aspect was top notch - at no point did I feel like I was an inconvenience (something Ive run into with others in this line of business). I think Ive found my go to mechanic moving forward...

The people here are very dishonest here and are scammers (especially the owner Richard). They tried charging my dad $1000 for a radiator leak, which was just a hose that needed to be put back on. They were also supposed to fix his headlight and they still don’t work properly. Your better off fixing you cars yourself. I do not recommend this place at all.

In this day and age, it is really hard to find an excellent automotive center where you dont feel you will be taken advantage off! I know, Im mechanically DECLINED so I finding a place is important. S & S Auto Care is THE place for all our cars. Rick and his staff of quality mechanics, are top notch and are more concerned about the customer than any other auto care center I have used in over 40 years. Their attention to detail is top notch. They all know that repairing a car (especially for one who is on the road daily) is a need that we all dont want to deal with. Dropped off a tire to have it patched. Took about an hour. Didnt ask for an estimate and it still cost exactly what I would expect it too. Would recommend.
