If lived near here rather than just having a tire almost fall off, I would seriously always use this shop. Ron is great and so reasonable. I had another quote from Conrads for 3 times the price and they refused to repair it the way I asked them to do I took it to tuffys instead.

My family has used tuffy for a lot of repairs. Very friendly staff and the owner goes out of his way for you. He’s honest and his rates and very competitive with the other garages in the area. I tend to go back because he treats me very well.

Had to take my car in due to busted brakes. Brakes were fine when it was returned, but now the blinkers were broken. Needed to take it in a second time. Third time, my blinkers were fixed, but now my dashboard was broken and my car was leaking fluid. Didn’t bother coming back. Unacceptable.

We had a flat tire and the staff was super helpful, we were patched up and ready to go within a half hour. They really helped us out, I highly recommend!!

Ron is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle maintenance, I trust him and his team to complete whatever repair I need on my Lexus. As a mechanic myself, its difficult to trust other mechanics with my vehicle. But after talking with Ron and Chuck a while, I decided this is where I will be taking my vehicle as long as Im in an apartment. Havent been let down yet!

These guys have always been great. they had the parts in the day before I brought my vehicle in and it took them about an hour and a half to install everything.

I have all my Auto work done here they are honest and can be trusted to do a good job.

Setting an appointment was easy, not a long wait for availability. Walk ins are welcome as I noticed while in the waiting room. The work is done clean and neat without any complications arising.

They sold us a used tire claiming it was fine and had been inspected. The tire lasted 11 days before popping off the rim. When we called they blamed us and hung up on us. I called back informed them that they sold us a tire that broke multiple laws in Ohio. The tire has a defaced or removed United States department of transportation tire identification number.The tire has any inner liner damage or bead damage.There is indication of internal separation, such as bulges or local areas or irregular tread wear indicating possible tread or belt separation. The manager informed me he didnt care while also implying I didnt know how tires worked. Unprofessional and crooked as they come

I have been going here for the last 3 Years! ( would be longer but only lived around here that long ) I always have a great Experience here Great service and very helpful. Going to be moving soon but im still close enough and will be coming BACK here whenever I need work done.

I had a blowout close to their location. I had my car towed and they put on a used tire for me. Within 11 days the tire was flat. I am now missing work due to it. When I called they basically blamed on me that I had punctured it somehow before the end of conversation they blatantly hung up on me. I will be reporting them and let everyone I come in contact with that they should never use them

They kinda glossed over a sensor, that they broke, during my break job. The problem was resolved. But, after they tried to charge me $200 for it. Im pretty iffy about going back.

GREAT WORK AT A GREAT PRICE

First and last time at tuffys. I Sent my 4 runner in to get an engine swap only to have it come out with a transmission issue and a power steering issue. It went in with neither. When asked what the problem was they couldnt tell me anything at all. Said it came in with the transmission issue (which was a flat out lie) and when asked about the power steering pump they just told me it was bad and had no pressure. So I took it to the mechanic that put a new power steering pump on it less than a year ago because it was still under warranty. Low and behold the power steering pump was fine. Tuffys didnt grease a U joint on the steering shaft. Then to find out the transmission issue they couldnt figure out and that it supposedly came in with was due to missing prongs that were broken off while installing the new wiring harness. So 700 bucks and 2 mechanics later finally back on the road.

I had a set of tires shipped from Tire Rack to Tuffy and they were able to get me in ASAP and get them mounted and balanced while I waited very nice.

Went there 3 months ago for 2 calipers and brakes. I was asked if I wanted warranty l said no. Kid behind the counter grinned. Now my wheel shakes when I put brake on and my caliper is leaking not to mention squeaky brakes... never will I go there again.
