This cricket store in Meridian is always so friendly and helpful. I have been to others that are very rude and if you are not Hispanic they dont help you willingly. I live in Nampa and drive out of my way to the meridian store for their great service when I have troubles or need a new phone. Thank you

Went to stop in at the Fairview store and Luis and Doris are amazing and the store always smells good I would recommend this location from any other cricket and am sorry don’t know the names of the other two girls but they are also amazing

Went inside to pay a bill and right when you walked in, the entire building smelled with cigarettes! It is disgusting! Someone should try to get rid of that smell inside! It’s really not welcoming and inviting to walk into that.

Came to purchase two phones, the phones were rung up, was told to pay and the person working there did not explain/break down the costs. He was nice but was not wearing a mask... even though their store has a sign saying they require masks.

Sold me a messed up phone and wont let me return it 5 days later. All I can recommend is go anywhere else but cricket

Best cricket store in town

Switched over to cricket today. I have to say it, a phone is a phone and all carriers are the same. But the service I reserved today is 100% the reason I switched. Kassandra was so helpful explained everything I needed to know about switching got me in a good phone, not pushy at all didnt try to sell me everything just what fit my needs and that was refreshing. Highly recommend this location.

Location was terrible to get in and out of. Representative was not very knowledgeable.

The staff was friendly but was not up front or specific on why we were being charged for activation fees, or for new phones when we were bringing our own unlocked devices. I suspect that we got “free” ($20) phones we aren’t using because the sales rep set us up as new lines rather than BYOD so they would get commissions for new activations. With activation fees this cost us $80 more than if we had done a BYOD transaction via the cricket website. I don’t recommend this, or any “authorized retailer” location. This was a shady and dishonest business transaction, and you will never see us again. We now have two android phones we will never use. Waste of time and money.

My friend and I went into Cricket to pay our monthly phone bill, and to resolve a small issue with a phone. We were greeted very kindly by Marcus, who not only resolved our problem, but made a great connection with the both of us! Outstanding service, I could not be more satisfied.

Helpful in the past but not very helpful when no one picks up the phone and the voice mail is full.

Cricket keeps changing things without notifying customers and when you change something it takes three or four times discussing it to get it correct. My wife was not satisfied with her phone. You do not have enough selection of large screen phones without paying 600 $700
