Do not BUY 5G from T Mobile. We walked in with perfectly great phones. Wanted to upgrade for better speed. We walking out with New phones that were SUPPOSEDLY 5G. They were slower and did not work as good as our old phone. When we went to return them, they want to charge $70 each phone. They said if the phones did not work, there would not be a charge. But because the towers dont work, there is a $70 charge for each? How does that make sense. Complete False advertising when they say FASTER and RELIABLE. Stick with you old phone or go to Verizon is what I am thinking
Brilliant service. Called ahead, reserved a phone. Went to store, greeted warmly, features and benefits of the device explained. This was a former Sprint location that without a doubt kept its best associates. Looking forward to returning when the next best special offer comes around. If you are looking for nice, intelligent and service driven people your hunt is over - this is the place to shop.
Worst service Ive had. Always packed and slow. One guy kept stopping what he was doing to watch the women in yoga pants leaving the gym next door. They fixed my phone and then my phone wouldnt connect to a network. Went to 3 different stores and called customer service and was told I had to come back here to get it fixed. If you can Ontario OR is so much better.
One employee, waited an hour for a business transaction. Unacceptable! Staff your store. Poor communication from the one employee. Im an 18 year customer, but really considering dropping T-Mobile for good. Absolute trash way to handle customers. Also, their accessories are a rip=off. Youll be better served shopping online. Greg, dont bother responding. Your public responses to customer concerns are pathetic. You dont love your customers, you love their money.
Canceling my service with them. Horrible customer service, rude, and not accommodating whatsoever. Additionally, they’ve taken the mask requirements to straight socialism. As a parent, I refuse to freak my infant out wearing a face mask. It’s important for children to feel safe with their parent. Sprint/T-mobile clearly does not care. I was told, “I can help you outside.” Yes, great idea, so my infant can be cold in the blistering wind. Unbelievable. On top of that, just like the other reviews, they are rude when you call and have no personality or communication skills. I urge everyone to switch to a company that will give good customer service and isn’t treated like the walking plague.
To begin I was already struggling with t-mobile and contemplating canceling my service because of other issues I was having. In an attempt to prevent me from canceling my service they offered me $600 off a new galaxy s21. When getting the screen repaired on my current phone I was asking to see how much it would cost me per month and I explained my situation and what was offered to me. The guys at the front desk (I didnt catch their names) said they couldnt extend the offer to me and I tried to explain that I was on the phone earlier in the morning and the supervisor at the call center made sure it got noted onto my account. They were very dismissive and unhelpful and it seemed like they just wanted me to leave so they didnt have to deal with it. Obviously made my choice to switch carriers that much easier. Will definitely NOT be back.
If I could have less than that I would,Terrible customer service and Dylan and Elijah were extremely sarcastic, rude and disrespectful. They had multiple customers in today complaining about their defective products and service, we bought a new phone and within 5 days it was over heating, shaking and the microphone stopped working several times, they said the ran diagnostics and said we were lying. They said they couldn’t wave the Restocking fee but several other locations within the same franchise and ownership said they could since it was going back into the inventory it was taken out of.I explained this to them and Dylan became agitated and said the people we spoke to were lying and they were being “sneaky” and other things after a store manager and agm conveyed “we can’t force them to do it, but that is something they would be able to do and it isn’t against the company policy or rules, it’s just something they would choose to do to give good customer service, and be helpful.”They also constantly cut us off and we’re more focused on being sarcastic and laughing at not just us, but others as well, than actually offering any cognitive thinking skills or resolution. They became squirmy when confronted with the information offered to us.Anyways Caleb on overland is amazing. 12/10 would recommend him. Super helpful, upfront and is actually mature enough to have the position he has, he should be promoted.Better than I can say for the incompetency and blatant disrespect from the two children we encountered today, and one said they were a manager 🥴🥴🥴 definitely not how they should behave if that’s their positioning in the company. They had 3 others come in with issues and they were met with the same disgusting attitude and childlike behavior.
I would give this no stars if I could. Having had been with sprint(T-Mobile)for 3 years, I had an issue with a defect on our device. So I went in and dealt with Colton. No one could fix our device at the store so they sent it in somewhere. This process took a little over a month. We were not satisfied with sprint and honestly never were but kept giving them chance after chance. Anyway we switch to Verizon when we found a few good deals on new phones. Finally we get a call that they have to replace the device, and it cant be fixed. Great! No....they sent us a broken device and when I called they said since I disconnected our account they couldnt continue to help us. So I paid for insurance for nothing and now Im stuck with a broken device that I cant do anything with.At least I dont have to deal with them anymore and when I call and need help I can talk to someone I can actually understand!!!
Had an okay experience in here last February getting my phone and tablet hooked up. But I called in today to see about upgrading my tablet and the guy on the phone said he cant help me at all without me coming in. He seemed annoyed when I explained that there was a pandemic and I wasnt going to come in and risk exposure. He didnt bother offering any alternative options either. Ill just buy a tablet from Amazon that I can connect directly to my computer, which is fine, but I wont be needing to renew my tablets contract with Sprint/Tmobile when thats up.
To start off we need a T mobile in mountain home id. We drive a 43 miles to t mobile and 43 miles back.now for t mobile every store talks different. About insurance cost of plans and paying for fixing with insurance. The people are very nice but the different storys on one person gets very confusing
Id like to say that Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years...and last night was one of our best experiences with the company. I NEVER have issues with T-Mobile in general, the company has always been great to work with. However, Taylor Ross, at the Meridian store off Eagle Rd and Ustick, was phenomenal. We have been diehard Samsung buyers for quite some time now, but we were contemplating upgrading to an LG phone. Taylor was in no way pushy, and he took his time answering our questions. He made the upgrade transaction smooth, and had a lot of patience when it came to transferring data from our existing phones to the new ones. He was personable and had a great attitude. The man deserves a raise!
Amazing, knowledgeable staff. Much appreciation to Elijah, Brandon, Akash, Amos Taylor and of course, Andrea! They have amazing techs to boot! Thanks!
Got a case for my new phone. Staff is helpful and pleasant.
I had a great experience at the Sprint Store near Trader Joes in Meridian last Saturday! The manager, Fernando, helped me and my mother make a transition to a new phone for her. He was a consummate professional... patiently explaining all the options and ultimately getting her into the best phone for her at a great price. The staff was helpful in getting all of her data and apps migrated to the new phone despite it being a busy Saturday. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Fernando!
This was by far my worst experience ever with tmobile! I was sent to the eagle and ustic location from another store, only to have the man who helped me be rude, and arrogant! He sure made it known that he was a sprint manager, and knew nothing of tmobile and i agree! He knows nothing! First he tried to tell me i didnt have an account, he couldnt find it, then it was under someone elses name, and he kept going into the back room for information about things he could have done in front of me. I will never again go to this store, and am thinking of switching cell phone carriers all together because of him! My saving grace to the whole trip was a third store i visited as a last attempt to take care of my issue. The glenwood store is amazing! Ashley (pretty sure that was her name) was the most wonderful representative of t-mobile that i have ever gotten to speak with. She was friendly, and so very understanding! Helped me with my issue and i got to go home after a 3hr adventure.
Arrived on 7/15 at 10:19 a.m. (opens at 10 a.m.)door was locked with a guy standing in back. No acknowledgment to me at the door. I walk back to my vehicle and start calling. NO ANSWER to 10 calls watched him unlock the door to someone then re lock the door. . I live on the other side of Boise. This is completely in exceptable to a customer of sprint since 2001! Horrible customer service.
Very good customer service
Absolutely terrible! Very unprofessional at this location - three guys working, two of them sitting around, one of them talking about how he took the others mom out the night before (mom jokes) in front of a customer.I visited the day after Thanksgiving for a phone upgrade. Very happy with the phone (Samsung Galaxy S10). However, I was told about a deal for Sprint Drive being free that day (a $250 value). And when asked if there was a monthly charge for it, I was told there wasnt. Two weeks later I received my bill with an $11 charge for Sprint Drive. I spent over two hours with Sprint Customer Service getting this resolved. They canceled the Sprint Drive, and credited me for the $11 on next months bill. Then they billed me $115 for the Sprint Drive device which will apparently be credited once its returned. I was also told by the rep. that I get free AAA - also not true!
Thank you Fernando outstanding customer services, very knowledgeable. While you didnt have control about LG phones screens being on backorder, you made my transition into a new phone painless. Thank you so very much also a big thank you to Amos.
I went in yesterday to get help with my screen protector. The guy who helped me was very helpful. I usually just stop at whatever Sprint store Im closest to but from now on I will go out of my way to go to the store on Eagle and Ustick. Thank you for wonderful customer service.
Worst phone service and company out there. Lawsuits will be circling around this company for a long time, shady as can be.
Do not buy Sprint service in current state, Wait for merger or look somewhere else. Bought brand new note 10 that is having power issues and they are not able to determine the cause of the issue and are trying everything in their power to push for a insurance claim over respecting their warranty. Customer for 6 years and will not give Sprint another chance.
Amber was WONDERFUL! She was very informative, has a great sense of humor as made the entire visit comfortable. My SO and I had just switched from an Android to an iPhone for the first time in years and it’s all just a little foreign to us! She answered all of our questions, not making us feel bad for asking the silly and simple ones, and she was very hands on about showing us how to use the product. Greg, the manager, had teamed up with her also to get us the best deal possible! We love our new phone and our new plan! Thank you so much!
Great service. Very knowledgable. The best part is they r honest! Which is the best pro in my opinion. I give a 4 though because they are always busy they are not understaffed though.
Recently switched my account over to my dads Sprint account. Was wanting to go upgrade my phone today 7/19 because it’s due and my phones slowing down. Also wanted to discuss billing because now Im being charged over $700 for phones when we were told the leases for the phones would just transfer over. Says online they open at 11 but it’s 12 and we’re still not getting an answer. My dad has gone there twice within the last hour (it’s now 12pm) and the doors are locked. Very unprofessional if you’re closed make it known online. As someone who’s dad has been with Sprint since 2002 very disappointed with Sprint. Might as well go start my account over at Verizon again, at least I’ll have service in the valley.
We went in to upgrade our phones knowing exactly what we wanted to do. It was busy, even though online said there was no wait time. Was finally greeted by a gentleman, asked what we were in for, and he immediately told us that there were 2 families ahead of us and to upgrade online. He was very rude and unprofessional. We ended up going to the location on Linder and were taken care of with professionalism and the will to help the customer.
Horrible was very very very disrespectful to my dad. Go to Verizon don’t waste you time and money. Don’t care about the customer. Even told him to cancel go to Walmart then sign back up basically to screw their own company. Wow just wow. I hope you read this, then run down to Verizon and save yourself the headache.
Instead of replacing the screen, as I needed. It appears that I got a replacement phone.I appreciate it!Sprint complete care kept my cost nominal which thrilled me. (Instead of hundreds of dollars)Everyone was very friendly and helpful.I would have liked being notified before I called to see if it was done, instead of 1 minute later. But thats the worst thing I can say about this. Thanks everyone for your help.
I mean I hate having to come here but the people are awesome and bend backwards to help ya out with what they can do
I went into store to repair my old phone without any intentions in getting another phone. Amber told me no problem with repairs. She mentioned that I might want to see the new features of my Samsung and I said sure. After she showed me all the great features I couldnt understand why I would want to keep my old one. Amber was so courteous and helpful when helping my wife and I buy to new top of the line phones. If you want a great purchase experience see Amber. Thank you for everything.
Its so sad that Sprint is so willing to treat new clients better than ones that have been with you for 10 years...
The are a lies company i have a 12 line and phones with them and bad signals each month different bill and they employees at that store is not nice enough with customers and they didnt saying the truth dont go to them
Amber and Jared were both amazing at helping me figure out my phone issue. They both went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend coming here. Very friendly and outgoing.
Went into purchase the Apple Watch Series 3 and the lady who I spoke with over the phone stated that no credit check was needed and that I was only responsible for paying the taxes + the installment in which I was fine with doing so. I live downtown Boise and going to Eagle Road at 3pm is a challenge with traffic and the road construction. Long story short, I go to the store and she states I need to pay $280 + taxes + installment, which is ridiculous. Im definitely going to be leaving Sprint because of the poor customer service.
I always go to this store for my cell phone needs. Amber has helped me several times and provides excellent customer service. The store is always clean, employees are polite and professional and demonstrate a strong knowledge of the products and services.
They made it pretty painless 💛
Amos and his team were Amazing. They took great care of me during a tough time, I appreciate their awesome customer support and great follow up!
I came to pay For a deductible to get a new phone which was over 100 dollars that I was told would be here in 1-2 days. I constantly called back to just get passed around for over a week. Just to have to come back to the store with the previous phone still on the desk and I requested to get my phone back and a refund. I still Haven’t received my refund to this day.
Brandon was awesome and provided the help I needed. He is very knowledgable with everything that I needed help with and satisfied and helped me get out the door without having to come back. The wife was very satisfied with her new cell as well. If you go into this Store ask for Brandon and say Kelly sent you.
If I could give -5 stars I would. I have been with sprint for 12 years. I sent my phone there to get fixe . Chris told me my phone wasnt covered n I would have to pay full price to get it fixe . The insurance company said I was covered and so did sprint. He said because I wanted to remove the insurance 10 days before I broke my phone I couldnt use it. He kept saying I got a credit for the insurance but the credit was for a referral I didnt get paid for. Both the insurance company and sprint called to talk to chris but he insisted he was righ . I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Chris told me i was committing insurance fraud. How is it fraud when you paid for the insurance from the day you bought the phone? They need to fire this person before they lose customers.
Had a software issue due to a factory glitch. So i was referred to this store because it is the only repair facility here. I called on the phone and was told they could try and fix it and if they couldnt they could give me a loaner phone for 3 weeks until my contract is up and I get a new phone. When I went into the store it was a different story. First they wanted to sell me a knew phone. But first they want to charge me triple of what Sprint wanted in fees. I asked why that was and the guy behind the desk said thats what the computer says. I then left the phone with them for an hour. I had a feeling something was up so before entering the store I placed paper over the charging port. The hour went by I went back. As I entered the store the repair tech and a couple lackeys were standing together deliberately looking at me and snickering like there was some sort of inside joke. The repair tech then told me the phone was unrepairable. I told him the instructions to fix it were on line and explained the procedure to him He said that would probably work but he wasnt going to do it. The paper was still covering the port untouched. So I know that was a blatant lie. They then pressured me to purchase a new phone on 2 years of payments. I will never use sprint nor will I ever set foot in that store again. I did fix the phone my self though using 3rd party instructions. BUYER BE WARE!
This is the only location Ill go to! Whether its a physical phone issue, a service issue, or just shopping for something new, theyre always happy to help. Even if theres a line, wait times are short. Dealing with Sprint on the phone has sometimes been a nightmare, but when I go into the store theyre friendly and helpful.
Sprint telesales gave me a tablet when i bought a new phone, was told it was a gift for being a loyal customer. I get it in the mail and it has an active line! after 2 hours on the phone and being told there was a return fee I was done. I decided to just go into this corporate store and return the device and no way am I paying any fee...Anyways into the store, Im expecting to get more bs but the employee listened and helped me. I was not charged a fee and actually returned what I was charged for on shipping. Thank you. Also, theres another review about not being helped with ported numbers to version... Ive had issues with my parents and them porting to sprint from Verizon.. You have to deal with the current company that has the number. Once you port your number, you basically remove it from their system.
Ive been with Sprint since 2001. LOVE them. If youre former or current military, you owe it to yourself to check out the new. Military plan.
June 19, 2019 were being scammed by a Sprint employee that is located at their call center in the Philippines! Cant find anyone in the Sprint organization that knows how to solve the problem? The Philippines employee is currently posing as fraud protection as hes fishing for my user name and password, telling me that someone has purchased 2 iPhones on my account. A customer representative in the Caribbean is telling me that none of the above has happened? So Im currently being scammed, June 20, 2019, by this phone company as Im writing this! I now have to go down to a Sprint store, 40 miles away, so they can verify my account information. Does this sound like the kind of company that youd do business with. ZERO stars was not available when rating this company.
I can believe it this company is driving me crazy they cancelled my account. They can change my pin or give me back my money that I pay even when my account was cancelled
Technician was outstanding. Very personable phone was fixed with new touch screen in less than 2 hours. Could not have been better
Fixed my charging port in like 10 minutes flat it was nice not having to wait long
I just called this store and talked to Amos. My husband and I needed some help with understanding a final bill after we ported numbers to Verizon Wireless. Amos continued to tell me we could come into the store but nothing he could do to help us since it was a sales store. I explained to Amos that we already tried the route of calling Sprint directly but got someone with a thick accent, could barely understand her, and was also told the account wasnt even under my husbands name anymore and so he couldnt ask questions about his final bill. Amos said, you can call the 800 number from our store but we still cant help you if its not in his name....thats the whole mess AMOS. It IS under his name or we wouldnt have been able to port the numbers over to Verizon in the 1st place! Im so glad we switched to Verizon. Sprints cell coverage is as good as their employee, Amos. Good job, Amos. Thanks for all the none help and just adding to the frustration. Gold Star for you. Try this reply next time, Amos...Go ahead and come into the store and we will help you with whatever we are able to within our power....its called customer service, learn it.
I am cancelling with Sprint as soon as I can without paying a 400$ fee to do so. Among numerous other issues with Sprint generally, I called this store to schedule a screen replacement, and was told they werent busy and to come in. Upon arriving at the store Im told that they will have to order parts, and that I cant schedule a specific time later to have the screen replaced.
Very friendly staff. I had my questions answered. Upsell was appropriate. Good experience.
The service was great about 10 years ago. Stayed with sprint for so long as the price was decent for unlimited data. Unfortunately that is all they had going. Slowly the quality of service went down and the price slowly went up. As most of the networks in the area were getting better sprint stayed stagnant. When I finally made the switch it was a process and a half just to cancel the service which cant even be done in a store. This has to be done over the phone. Also the website that requires a 2 factor authentication everyone you sign in even from the same computer within a few minutes of each other is a pain amd sometimes hard to follow. Will never swap back to sprint without a serious upgrade to the quality of service.
Awesome customer service. I came in with a charge port issue and they resolved it quickly. Would return to this location in the future.
Colton and all of the people working there were helpful. One of the tech guys took about 45 minutes with me to show me my phone, to help me undo a pattern lock, to do so much with me, all with a great attitude!
Literally the worst service I will ever allow myself to have. Never again. Carnage!!! Flat out lies, no follow up, terrible company. Do not sign up for any of their services. Business or personal!! Terrible!
Horrible store. The fact that it is the only Sprint Corporate store in the Valley means Ill be changing providers soon. We walked in to see our options on replacing my sons phone. Issac took the phone in back and came back and claimed the issue was a cracked LCD screen. We had already taken it to and Apple store and knew the failure was a hardware issue. When we told him as much he replied oh you didnt tell me that Probably because we didnt expect to be lied too Issac. He wasnt very helpful and poorly explained things. I stated we should go online because they waive some fees. He audibly muttered, they wont waive anything onlineLie 2. We started walking out and I stated to my my maybe we should switch back to Verizon and Issac let out a loudPfft! I went back in told the manager who was obviously there during the whole incident. He said Im sorry Well great management Greg. How about having the poorest customer service rep apologize for his juvenile treatment of a current customer. If you have to go in, avoid Issac.
I was immediately greeted at the door. I handed the guy my phone and he fixed it before I was 5 feet in the door. Gotta love it.
Their phone service is awful. Prepare for drop calls and no data in the middle of town. When you finally get tired of it and switch to a different carrier, you have to go in and pay off your phone and turn it in in so you dont have to pay extra to keep it. Theyll sit there and promise that you werent on a contract until after a few months of absolutely no contact on sprints part, when you get a call from collections saying that you owe 107 dollars because you closed your contract early. They had our numbers and adress with no attempt to contact us until collections called. 0/10, would not recommend.
SPRINT IS A SCAM! Horrible service! You wont own your phone after paying for it. The unlimited data for a cheap price is a scam. Im moving to Verizon after paying the $200 dollar FEE from sprint. There is a reason Sprints reviews are as low as they are.
Was sent yo 3 different stores in 3 different locations at least 8 miles apart in traffic. To get repair. Took way to long to get checked out. Then when they backed up my phone. Well NO they relly didnt get it backed up. Lost all my photos and stuff
Good tech service, need more training. Too many front desk employees spending time texting instead of helping customers
If I could give negative stars I would. I spoke to customer service before even showing up. ( as the main store is out of the way.) long story short, they said head in and we could upgrade our phones and I could add a watch. We drove down and waited over 30 mins, because the manager was letting others go in front of us, along with some other people who had been waiting. Which was okay, until she started being snotty. I’m guessing because she didn’t want to teach the new girl how to do the work. Who knows. It’s not the first time we’ve been in this store and the manager was there. She’s rude and incompetent. Long story short, after all the lies and rude remarks we decided to leave and not get anything. Would rather wait two hours on hold with customer service than to talk to this lady or even go into this store. The two dudes who hang around her are no better. I’m the type of person who doesn’t give you my business if you’re rude and think you’re better than everyone. Last time I checked, you sell more and do better if you’re kind.
Great store great staff friendly and helpful Sprint phone service isnt the best but the store is great
Don’t go to this location. Very bad customer services. I went in a couple days ago to talk about my account, to see if he can open another line. He was trying to look at my account, so it took a little bit, so I try to start a conversation with this guy, ask him “have u guys been busy today” his response was “do we look busy! there’s no cars here, so yea we’re not busy”. So I was pretty heated after he said that. I just wanna try to talk to the guy. So I was gonna let it go. I ask him if he can open another line on my account, told him if there was any deals goin on. He basically said nope!! U gotta pay whatever is on the sign. So didn’t even help us out, he didn’t even wanna sale the services, I guess it was to much work for him. He was to busy on ordering his lunch while helping us. Even other employees that were working was not very helpful, to busy on there phones and goin next door to buy energy drinks. I love sprint but just this location was very terrible. I should of just went to the Linder location, those guys were very helpful when I went it. So this location do not go, just very bad customer services.
If you guys ever come to eagle sprint location Isaac is your guy he helped me a lot and made my plan upgrade so easy .. thanks Isaac
Not very friendly. Twice now with different techs I have had sub par service, very short, did not answer questions and was reffered to the Customer Service call center. The providers at the call center are excellent
Want impressed just got the phone and kid broke it now its not stocked an have to get mailed??? It is what it is other then that people there are always pleasant and helpful
We came in to check on a rebate for our program swap and the representatives were less than helpful. We never received any type of confirmation that what we were doing was going to be passed on to corporate, and now 7 weeks later, we now trying to figure out what happened.
Amber is awesome! Always goes above and beyond for me and my business. Excellent service!
Always great service! Awesome people!
Useless, their customer care is horrible. Not helpful at all.
Amber is remarkably cordial and her technical skills are superb!! She should be considered for a stellar position with Sprint going forward!
Sprint cell service and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
Terrible customer service they didnt even greet me when I walk in and were just on the phone I have had better service at sprint off linder and chinden the guys there are great!!
Whoever fixed my phone screen gets an A all around. Dude was FAST, and very professional
Seemed to me to bait and switch. Started out with one price the all of sudden and extra $60 fee. Not happy
Fernando, Colton, Mike, and the bald guy (didnt get his name) were all incredibly helpful in assisting me with upgrading my phone and adding new devices. Much thanks to everyone, love my new toys!
Nice people, they listened
Customer service is excellent but phone service tacks on lots of hidden fees
Added line a didnt know about and now wont fix
Horrible service! Mike signed us up for things we specifically told him not to. We have been trying to fix the problems he caused for months! He also sold me a screen cover and said i could come into the store and replace it for free if anything happens to it. This is a lie. You have yo go to the mall to get it replaced and it costs $10 to replace it. He blatantly lied to my face. Stay away from this store!
Love this store! Best sales people around and always helpful!
10/10 was really quick and easy the team did a great job.
Great, friendly, fast service!! Couldnt ask for better help with my problem.
My wife and I spent over $2,500 on merchandise in the store including new phones, speakers, accessories, etc. We were told to leave our current phones for about an hour so they could switch everything over from one phone to the other. After returning our new phones were on the counter waiting for us to pick them up. Needless to say, after the over an hour drive back to our residence, my wife realized her micro sd card was not switched to her new phone. She sent a text to our sales rep. who stated he would notify the staff. The next morning I called the store and spoke to an employee who was unaware of what happened. She then looked through the store and told me she was unable to find my wifes phone that had the sd card. After about 30 minutes I received a call stating they found the sd card in my old phone. Strange considering my sd card slot was broke therefore a card would not fit in the slot. I informed them that I lived over an hour away and asked if they would mail the card to us. They said they would not be able to do so. The next day I drove back to the store to be treated rudely, the store rep that I bought the products from would not make eye contact or even say a word to me. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Its obvious they are paid commission and dont care about customer service. I would not refer anyone I care about to that store.
Got my back glass replaced on my phone. Staff was quick and helpful.
Dont even try and expect any sort of quality service.
Had good luck, but now after having a screen replacement make a family phone a brick, really questioning going back
Best Sprint store Ive ever visited!! Waved my activation fee, and fixed my minor damage for free!! Totally recommend!!
Ordered online for in store pickup. Great service and in and out quickly with my new phone set up!
AAA great service very professional and great people to work with!! Thanks
Give the employee who helped me 5 stars, give the company and their lies about service coverage ZERO stars.
Not very helpful. Treated me like an idiot and found everyway not to help me. Do not go there
Fast friendly and safe
The warranty and repair department at this store has absolutly the worst service I have ever had to deal with. Infact it has made me begin to start looking for a new carrier to move my business account to.
Great customer service and Fernando was super nice
Got me in and out. No problems
Incompetent but polite, employees need training on Asurion policy and procedure.
Great customer service! They went above and beyond!😊
Fixed trashed phone for free!! Thanx
