The salesperson I dealt with at this location was Reed. He was young yet extremely knowledgeable. I am the kind of shopper who researches the heck out of products and tend to ask a lot of technical questions. Its rare that I run into a salesperson who really and truly knows their field or their products. Reed, really knew his stuff and was able to answer virtually every question I threw at him. I didnt do this as a test but truly to learn about the newer technology that T-mobile is offering for home internet service. He was very up to date and extremely capable. He made this store visit a pleasurable and fruitful experience for me. I left there with the equipment I required and the knowledge needed to set it up properly. What a rare find to locate store personnel that truly know what theyre talking about. If the store manager happens to read this review, please acknowledge this fantastic salesperson with a bonus! He deserves it! Dont lose him as an employee. Hes one of the best employees Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with at T-mobile.
I will never return to AT&T again. It has taken one month to just simply try to upgrade my phone (which is paid off and has been since 2019- it’s an iPhone 7) they still can’t process the upgrade! There system is saying I still owe on an iPhone 5 from 2015! As all the employees can see and the customer service people can see, that phone was paid off. But here I am still trying to get this random charge off my account! And to top it all off an AT&T store didn’t see my phone was paid off and they had me pay $120 to upgrade. I did not get my $120 back instead they took it off my bill. And instead of telling me they put it on my bill I then proceeded to chase this $120 for weeks just to learn I will not be getting it back. Just a cheaper phone bill I guess. Some employees were great but we always came back to the “sorry I’ve never seen this before I basically can’t help you” you would think going into 3 different AT&T stores including a corporate store (talked to the “manager” at each one) and talking to 4 different customer service reps they would be able to fix this issue? No they can’t. AT&T is a jumbled mess and I a 13 year customer of theres will never return.
Sales consultant Eric Collins was extremely helpful with some technical issues I was having and he also helped me with my husbands new phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable young man. Thank you for having such an outstanding employee.
Absolutely beautiful store with friendly staff. Stopped in while visiting family to upgrade my parents to the new iPhone. Jesse made it extremely easy to order their new devices and process their trade ins for the iPhone 13 promotion. The store manager Jim was extremely nice. I recommend this location fully for anyone in the Boise area!
Stopped in the AT&T store on Saturday, 10/23/21. My husband and I finally decided to step away from our iPhone 7 and replace it with an iPhone 12. We initially worked with Eric who took the time to explain all our options. We took the plunge and bought two brand new iPhone 12s. The set up process was long but flawless. Brayden stepped in to help out Eric as Eric was working with other clients. Brayden then made sure all our files transferred over. 100%, everything captured!! He then put on our screen protectors and then Eric finished up showing us how to use our new iPhone 12s. Its amazing how much has changed from a 7 to a 12. Service by both reps were hands down, the best customer service we have received in a long time. They were both very knowledgeable, patient and beyond helpful. They made this upgrade, which we have both been dreading to do obviously for a long time, easy and painless. You have customers for life!!! Thank you both for being so AWESOME!!

Had an unfortunate experience at this corporate At&t store. Let me put in bullets because they made us do multiple road trips to a final fail:1. I went in to add a line to my plan and trade in a phone. We were told they did not have the phone in stock that we wanted, so we asked if it would be possible to go to a different store to get the phone we wanted. Employee A, very good at first told us we can surely enroll the new line with him here and then drive to the other store to trade in with a new phone. Easy right ?2. Everything was done nicely for adding a new line, he called up the other store to check on the phone and we were on our way. We reach the other store and they inform us that they cannot give us the phone because we did not add the line with them, and that to get the trade in promotion we would need to wait 6 months. We were also told this is not standard practice, and as soon as the original store did not have the phone we wanted, they should have transferred the details over to the second store for the full transaction to be processed. We were told the reason they added the line and set us off was because a. they were new and did not the procedure, or b. they wanted the commission for themselves. Either way we were now stuck because the transaction was completed in the first store without trading in the phone. If we wanted to get a new phone, we would need to wait 6 months or lose out on the trade in promotion and be subject to an automatic 30% down payment. As soon as we left the first store our fate was sealed.3. Called the original store from the second store to understand what is going on, after a detailed conversation between Employee A and the second store manager, Employee A confesses that he provided us with misinformation and that he cannot help us out. But if we return to this original store, he does have a more expensive phone in stock that can be used for trade-in promotion-- same deal which we were offered in point#1 but with a different phone. We were in a desperate need of a phone so agreed to buy it.4. We start to drive back to the original store. We get there and employee A comes to us saying-- After override the hold/block, he can give us a 30% down payment plus trade in credit. Why? Where did the down payment policy come in the picture when it did not exist an hour ago. At this point CHRIS ( can be wrong with the name, he acted like he owned the place) enters and says that he understands all the wrong information passed here but that is how the system works and we abide by them. We lost our cool at this point ! Two times false information shared, Two trips to this store in an hour and he tells he understands HOW? He clearly lacks how to react to customers natural human reactions after walking all over them in such a short period of time. I understand Employee A is a new employee but CHRIS acting like he owns the store should know better.Horrible experience. All they care is about trapping you in the plan, after that die in any ditch, could care less. Good job !
I had almost a month with a brand new iPhone that had no cellular service and could rarely send SMS. Had been to so many AT&T stores and on the phone with customer support for hours and having some of the worst customer service I have ever had for everyone to tell me they had no idea what’s was going on or how to fix it after replacing my SIM card, factory resetting my phone countless times and changing my phone number. I went in one more time after requesting to speak to a manager and I HATE being that person. But the manager Jim had Karen help me, she called customer support had them check a few things and change something on the back end. After a month of basically having a glorified paper weight for a phone it was fixed after 45 mins. Thank you so much Jim and Karen for your great customer service and swift actions to help a frustrated customer .
Joe and Jim took excellent care of me. They helped me figure out which phones I needed and which plans were best for my family! Far better customer service than I expected to receive. Will definitely refer them to any of my friends and family for AT&T

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max got it home and opened it, there was a long hairline scratch in the screen fresh out of the box. It wasn’t my fault and it wasn’t AT&T fault. It had come in the box damaged, so we called and Joe from the store made sure we got it resolved because we spent allot of money on a product that came damaged. He resolved it calmly and with excellent professionalism. Very happy with the service.
Mr. Eric Collins helped us out in-store today. Our service was by far the best customer service ever received at an AT&T store. He was knowledgeable, honest and provided fast and efficient solutions to our cell service needs!
After countless hours on the phone struggling with a complicated bill issue with absolutely no resolution George was the only person dedicated enough to get the problem solved. My problem was not fixed And everything that the att salesmen promised was not and now paying more then I was at another service provider I would NEVER recommend att.The district manager sent another person over to my house to fix my problem and now my bill is $500 and I am unhappy with the situation cause it’s not being taken care of I would never ever recommend AT&T everything that was said to me that I would have now one thing has been true and my bill is so high I don’t even know what to do
Ask questions when switching carriers and they say they dont know. Went back in next day and the say they will check and get back to me. Will guess what never got back.

Been dealing with I12 issues for days at multiple stores, but then meet Mo at this store. Problem resolved in just a few minutes. No was awesome to talk with and treated me like we have been friends for years. The whole staff at this store were fun and made for great experience. I am definitely coming back to see Mo if I ever need help or looking for AT&T products.

There is no getting around the fact that switching 6 lines to AT&T from Sprint, trading 5 phones for new ones, only 3 of which are in stock, with one line in a different state, takes FOREVER.And it did. But Daniel was calm and helpful, getting assistance quickly when needed. And we scored some great discounts and ended up with a really strong deal.The store is open and well set up. Masks required unfortunately but they were respectful about it.Nice job, recommended if you are looking to make a change.

Worst AT&T store! I buy a screen protector and was told to come back for it to be replaced when needed. Now I am told I have to order it, pay $8 to replace it and $7 for shipping. Screw that I can order off Amazon with much better customer service. The staff is always rude here and this is the last time I come here!
Joe and Jim really went the extra mile to help out and get us switch from sprint. Setting up a new business account with 6 phones and 2 tablets is a chore. Was well worth it to get out of a 15 year abusive relationship with sprint. Would recommend anyone looking to switch from Sprint or Verizon to come in and see them!

First visit they (Sosa) was very personable and cared about getting us every discount possible. Was great in getting two phones ordered. Phones arrived much sooner than expected.Second visit to set up phones we worked with Eric. He was very knowledgeable, patient with a couple old timers who aren’t familiar with technology, didn’t make us feel inferior, and took a lot of time with us. This was very much appreciated. Management made sure we were taken care of before we left as well.Care and concern with covid was present. Opened doors for us, wearing masks, disinfected areas, had bottles of hand sanitizers.
