I was so excited to pick up my new IPhone that I ordered online. When I went to pick it up and asked for assistance to set it up, I was told that had I come in the store and purchased it he would help me for free, since I ordered it online and picked it up, he would help me for $20. The only reason I ordered online is because it said it was the fastest way. I had a few stores to choose from and I chose this location because it was closest to me. Very confused why that after I just spent over $1000 on a phone he would want to charge me $20 for assistance. I will drive 50 miles to pay someone else $20 to help me after that experience.

Carson at Verizon on Ten Mile is absolutely the BEST! I was actually super unhappy with Verizon because of their lack of incentives for loyal customers. After talking with Carson and having him explain to me some incentives that I qualified for, and taking the time to help me save money by changing some things on my account, I am a loyal customer for life! it was honestly the best customer service encounter that I have had in years!

Carson was amazing! My husband, brother, and I came in to open a business account, move some lines around, and upgrade some devices on my brothers account. Carson helped us out with excellent customer service, helped us find great deals, and hooked us up with some awesome liquid glass for our phones! If you ever need anything, Carson is your guy!

I would not recommend using this location for any service. Incredibly disappointed with the service. Came in today around 1:30 to purchase an Apple watch. Although we were the only customers in the store we waited around for 30 minutes and left after the only guy working finally admitted he couldn’t figure out how to work his system and suggested I visit another location. I made the purchase online and returned to the store to pickup and the store was closed at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday despite signs on the door stating they were open until 6pm. I’ll add that I drove to this location from Boise twice today to get no service. Considering that if you’re lucky enough to guess the correct time the store might be open I’m not sure how anyone could shop at this store since they can’t seem to sell you anything. or why you’d want to.

Went in cause my phone wasnt working. Wasnt thrilled to have to get a new phone but Juan made the experience better and helped me pick a phone that worked with my budget and What I needed. Very helpful and much appreciated! One of my best experiences buying a phone so far!

Juan and the store manager Kallie sorry if I misspelled that are great at what they do. They made some huge deals for me. Plus they worked with me and their system till the end. They also made up for me being a little disappointed from not getting the Galaxy S20 ultra. I got an awesome phone, a new watch and great plan. These 2 are the best I have every worked with. Ill give them a solid 10 out of 10 for everything they did. Both deserve a permotion.

I did an online order and chose this location and boy was that a bad choice. Not only did the gentlemen provide me with disrespectful service, he blurted out in front of two other customers that my order was flagged for fraud and that he doesn’t know anything. Well I called Verizon and asked and none of that was ever flagged on my account and they were in awww that this guy would tell me “I rejected your order”. Then tells me that if I get the phones at his store it would be $300 each, when I already paid lol. Don’t do business here, unless you want to be upsold on your products and poor customer service

Hands down the best customer service in the valley! I went in needing to get my daughters new phones. Kassie was very knowledgeable on all of the phones,products, and plans that made it easy for me to understand. I will be switching my entire family over to Verizon. I would highly recommend this location and to make sure you see Kassie.

I went in today to get a new phone and was very impressed with the service I got! Juan went above and beyond to help me out. After I got my new phone all set up he even taught me how to use the new features. This is a great location!

Showed up at 5 minutes to 10 (when theyre supposed to open). Still waiting at 10:15 and no employees here to open the store....10:30 and still no one in sight. Guess Ill have to come back later. If you are supposed to open at 10:00, open at 10:00!Called Verizon to confirm that this store is supposed to open at 10am. Drove back by around 11 and still no one there. I would recommend picking a different store for your Verizon needs!

The owner manager is CRAZY! Bought a phone, decided after 5 days we didnt like it. The kid that worked there said only the manager could do returns and he would have his manager call me. Went 2 more times, still no manager. Called Verizon, they couldnt help because its an authorized retail store NOT part of Verizon. Finally found the manager on the 14th day- He said sorry refund window was closed and then said I should have know earlier than 14 days that I didnt like the phone and that Hes not in the business of leasing phones....Never go there! I filed a complaint with the BBB and Verizon.

Our family loves Verizon, but not this location. We have had a headache with our 5 lines for the last 2 months since we went into this store. 3 of our SIM cards did not work or have stopped working in this short time. We have had to go to the corporate office to resolve these issues and they were immediately fixed. Also, our bill is HUGE. We were promised a bunch of rebates to sign up for the deal we switched to but haven’t seen those happen yet. Sorry, but very disappointed we went here.

The manger Jeff.. horrible customer service and shouldn’t have a job. Talked to me like I was in the wrong for buying the wrong case and was completely rude. He wouldn’t let me exchange or return the wrong size of cell phone case with a receipt within the return policy because he wasn’t there to give the employee working the codes to enter the return in and that I would have to come back the next day. I then called the 1-800 number for Victra the dealer who owns the store and he told me the manager was in the wrong and to go back and get my case exchanged for the correct one. Go somewhere else so you don’t have to deal with Jeff.
