I had a job interview here. I thought it went really well. During the interview, the interviewer continued to assure me that they would contact me, because (quote from her:) I hate it when companies just stay quiet after you interview! Well absolutely make sure not to do that.They never got back to me after that day.

I brought my laptop in to have the battery replaced before school started and asked for rush shipping to get it in within a few days. The battery was rush shipped and replaced within a week free of extra charge.When I got my laptop back I noticed a screw was missing and called about it. The man was very respectful and told me he didnt remember seeing a screw in there in the first place but I assured him the screw was in there when I brought it in (come to find out it actually wasnt). He told me to bring it in and he would put the screw in. When I brought it in he tried to fit the screw in but it was stripped out. He then tried putting tape around the screw but it was not going to work. He was very nice and respectful the whole time. I dont know his name but he was tall and had a full beard with black glasses. Shout out to that guy. Give him a raise.

I brought my new Mac Book Pro in after spilling coffee on the keyboard. They said they would take a look and call me the next day. They called me the next day after cleaning it and my laptop works perfectly. Very happy that I chose to have them look at it instead of the Apple store! 10/10 would recommend!

They replaced the screen on my iPhone. In addition, they quickly fixed my wifes phone by replacing the battery. Makes all the difference!We also bought a used MacBook for my collage student. HUGE savings and much appreciated.Cant say enough good things about them!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dylan, he was very kind and helped me out. I came from nampa to buy a certain phone but unfortunately got sold while I was on my way, Dylan hooked me up with a better phone for the same price. He made my experience worth going there.

My girl tragically killed her iPhone and was trying to deal with the cracked screen knowing the costs to fix are typically a breaking point to get an upgrade or newer model. She however didnt want a newer or larger model and wanted hers working again. I called this place (now called Idaho iRepair) and in moments, verified replacement parts were in stock. We dropped by and checked the phone in and before we returned from lunch just around the corner, it was completed and had no signs of its previous run in with gravity. I always love to continue paying into a place that keeps my business, but sadly I hope to NOT have continued run of bad luck, their service was top notch, very affordable, and helped me turn a tears situation back to sunshine and rainbows. If another event of bumps and bruises leave another scar on my iDevice (or hers), I will have no hesitations to return to Idaho iRepair as my source to resolution.

Do not take your products here. I had my battery fixed a few years back, only to have multiple other apple technicians fix other issues due to them not properly aligning the battery and surrounding internal parts correctly. Screws missing and problems consistently coming up since taking my MacBook here.

I brought my daughters iphone in, you guys had replaced her screen a couple months ago and there were a couple letters on her keyboard that werent working. Tristen went above and beyond to get it fixed, especially since it ended up not being screen related. Thank you for the great customer service, Ill definitely be back!

I went in with a water damaged phone. Without hesitating or just barely looking at the device a lady behind the counter said, Well, you have to get a new screen, for $99 and pay a $40 fee to diagnose and likely $149.00 to fix, this for an 8 year old phone! The information was very abrupt and Im thinking these guys are great wallet miners, nothing more or less.

Say they buy all iPhone or appleProducts . The kid was rude and disrespectful. Then said I can offer 3 bucks for iPhone 4 and nothing for 128 gig iPod . Then said no.

Worst customer service EVER. I took my for in to replace the charging port, but it was acting weird and that was because the screen got broke by the tech replacing the port. Got it back again and the volume was not right. Calles and spoke to the owner and he seemed to really care about my experience and said he would personally make sure I was taken care of and to call him directly if there were anymore issues. I did call because the phone is acting weird still. I called that day and left a message for him and told the technician what was going on. I called the next day and left another message and told the technician that I was still having issues. I called the day after that and they informed me that he was a very busy man. I called today and spoke with the lady that ensured me that she was his assistant and that she would make sure to get the message to him, but I had to stop in there to pick up my SD card that they didnt put back in last time and Cory was there the owner. He would not come out front to help me you know it was me and he would not come out front to help me. Ive never done business with this company before Im not Naggy or anything like that I just needed my phone fixed and thats their guarantee. I would never recommend this company to anyone and we will never be back there. And I would never recommend anyone go there. Terrible service terrible customer service. I honestly Im having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that the owner treated me like this lesson learned.!
