Wow wow wow! What a great experience! Demicheal is amazing! Great customer service! Amazing multi tasking skills and friendly under pressure! I think he was helping 5 of us at once since he was the only one in store, but u wouldnt know it! Fixed my phone, helped two new customers get activated and was greeting new customers as they came in. What more can you ask for? I thought he was the manager with the knowledge and experience he showed, he deserves to be recognized and this is the only way I can do it! Great amazing job young man A++!!!!!!

I hope Im spelling her name correctly. Trazelle was amazing! I was in awe watching her jump between customers, helping each one without missing a beat! Shed be on hold with a support member on the phone and helping a customer at the counter pair new devices to his phone, as well as, asking how she could help another customer who walked through the door. Multi-tasking like Ive never seen. There were only two workers in the store and 7 customers in the hour and a half I was there, all with things that took time to take care of. I didnt mind the wait knowing how hard they were working in helping each customer as fast as they could! Very knowledgable!
I’ve honestly debated leaving this review over the last two weeks because I never leave reviews but I came to conclusion that something needed to be said.I recently went into the Meridian Verizon and was greeted an employee. They informed me that they would assist me shortly, because the store was kind of full .The young ladies were polite and their was gentleman in the corner that was bumping around helping everyone (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BETWEEN THE 3 of them, this is not directed to them). One of the young ladys were struggling with a business account, and that was the reason I was in store. I wanted to transfer my AT&T business account to Verizon and she kept going into the back. With a store full of ppl I watched a woman who I assume was the manager walk out the back and not once, twice but three times in an hour time frame to go to speak on her cellphone and smoke a cigarette I could smell the stench as she walked passed me! The worker struggling with the business account did not receive any assistance the manager instructed her to call someone numerous times that didnt answer, she didn’t check with any of the customers that were waiting to see if they needed any assistance, she simply just walked passed if we didnt exist. I found this to be very demeaning and disrespectful, myself being a business owner I would never let her work for me, she is very unprofessional and disrepectful, I can not even begin to imaging how she obtained this position. When her workers tried to ask for guidance she didnt help this was extremely heart breaking. She talks down to her employees directly in-front of customers as well.But this is the kicker! She pulled her mask down and I noticed she’s the same manager from mountain home when I got out of the military and wanted to start a business account. I went into that location and decided on go with AT&T over Verizon because of her actions. I guess I’ll find another location but if Verizon isn’t careful I wouldn’t be surprised if she lost not only customers but employees as well. Someone needs to get her Check, she literally walks around like she’s above everyone. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO INTO ANOTHER VERIZON STORE!! This store is held up by its employees not the manager and I hope this gets to the right person!◦

I have had terrible experiences at now three different Verizon stores. Ive gone in when I have an appointment and let sitting and all I want is someone to help me buy a new phone but that seems to not be a possibility. The latest visit she said she couldnt help me until she ran my credit and I told her I didnt want a hard pull on my credit without seeing what was available but I got nowhere. She said that my phone was too old and I said I know and thats why I would like to upgrade it and I was wondering if I was eligible for the same deal that my neighbor got a couple of weeks ago and she said no. Just no. So, I am on the hunt for a different carrier and youre different phone and a different plan or maybe they wont be so derogatory about the phone that I already have. Im well aware that it is old and Ive had nothing but problems with it since the day I got it and I cant get anyone at any Verizon store to even look at it.

We waited 20 minutes for a person to talk to us. When it was our turn we were basically told not my pay grade and sent away. I am trying to do a factory reset on my daughters phone on my own now.

We went in to replace a broken phone for our son. We asked to see a Motorola phone that was on the Verizon website. The salesperson tried to look it up and said he couldnt order it and didnt know why. There were 3 Motorola phones on display in the store, so I asked if we could look at them. He said I dont know why those are even here. I dont know what they are. Nice. I was getting irritated so my husband stepped in and asked if he could show us a phone that was comparable to the broken phone we were replacing, which was about $250. He said they didnt have anything except for $800 phones so he didnt have anything that would be about the same.The final advice he gave us before we left the store was for us to order the phone we wanted from the Verizon website (since he couldnt), and bring it in if we needed help. Im wondering why the Verizon store exists if you cant purchase Verizon products there. Very disappointing and quite infuriating.

Wow! Its unfortunate that Im not able to give 0 stars in this situation. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was a horrible experience that could have been avoided. I went in to trade my phone up for a new Samsung S 21. I was to get $600 in credit with my Samsung S9. I came in, in the evening and the two workers that were there didnt even stand up when I came in. I didnt even realize they were employees until I had to approach them and ask if they worked there. They were just sitting on that lounge chairs looking at their phones. Explain there was a phone on hold for me there and they tried to use my credit but I waited there for add an hour and they still couldnt get it figured out. When I got home my current phone didnt work because they had initiated the activation process on the new phone they were supposed to give me. I told him to call me back when they figured it out and they never did. I had to go back in there a few days later and try again. Then they charged me a $15 fee for going through that makes data directly to Verizon. I wish I would have gone directly to Verizon.Side note, the bathrooms were disgusting!

Corbin ( the store manager at Meridian) and Russ Grow are by far the best/most knowledgeable telecommunications representatives I have ever come across since I got my first cell phone 15+ years ago. They took their time and accurately answered every single question that I asked. They found a phone for me that was the perfect match, they didn’t try to make me spend more then I could afford and they weren’t pushy at all. They found the absolute best option considering my circumstances and for that I will always be grateful. The Meridian GoWireless Store has earned all of my current and future business! Patient, considerate, knowledgeable, kind, fast, reasonable, and eager to listen.......these are all the qualities that Corbin and Russ posses! And on top of all that I could tell that the other staff members were just as competent as Russ and Corbin. Next time you have any communications needs go to the meridian go wireless location, you will be doing yourself a huge favor! Thanks again guys!

Not impressed guys, kinda sad really. We got in an hour before closing and the two that worked there were obviously super ready to be done. Getting help from them was like pulling teeth. Worst customer service at a Verizon store to date. We walked in, no greeting. After 2 minutes (thats a long two minutes) of standing in front of the first guys face he said somebody would be with us. 15 minutes later a second guy emerged from his cave. I know he saw us earlier because there are cameras, its very obvious he doesnt care about customers. After trying to get help it was obvious we werent getting anywhere fast. He asked if we wanted customer services number. He was literally trying to do the minimum possible and get us out of there. You could tell he was rolling his eyes on the inside. He was already asking his coworker BEFORE we left if he should turn off the lights. Look, I get that it might have been a long day, but please, its important to us customers that we get the help we need. Just pathetic customer service. Hopefully the customer service number will take better care of us.
I came in with a huge issue on my parents phone and Emily helped clear everything up!!! She stayed on hold with a Verizon rep for over 39 minutes. Then she had to call a different rep and was placed on hold. Finally with her perseverance we got it all figured out! You’re very lucky to have Emily as an employee!!!!
Really happy with the service I got from Chris. He set up my new phone and I was glad to see everything came over. Weve gone to him the last couple times and he is great.
Purchased a phone and was told it was a BOGO, so I took the additional phone for a family member with instructions for set up. The individual set up my phone incorrectly, so I was without cell service. The store called me back, not to set my phone up correctly, but to say they messed up running my card and needed my credit card again.We set the phone up according to directions and a week later, I noticed on my bill that they actually charged me for two phones! No BOGO. I discussed with the manager and he said it was my word against his.BEWARE: This is not a Verizon company. Its a third party, knock off so Verizon does not back them. They are just authorized to sell Verizon packages. They may or may not understand how to set up, explain or service Verizon plans and promos.UPDATE: I followed the directions in the response from the owner, both called and emailed them. No response.
Corbin and his staff are top shelf. He took care of the issues I was having and got me through an incredibly frustrating experience that hours and hours of calls to Verizon tech support couldnt resolve. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time dealing with anyone else if youre a Verizon customer and live in the Meridian area.

Huge shout out to Emily and Trazelle, the assistant manager, at this store. They went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and were so kind, patient and understanding. It took a couple of hours, but they never gave up and got everything resolved for me. This was customer service at its absolute finest. These two ladies deserve recognition and praise for a job extremely well done. I was ready to switch carriers, after 17 years with Verizon, but they made me want to stay. I have never had such a good and amazing customer service experience as I did today in the My Bull Frog store, and through the My Bull Frog customer service center through out the week. My experience began with a call from customer service to see how my 4 month old phone was working out for me. When I admitted that I hated my phone and wished I could get something else Kendra surprised me with the Edge program telling me I could get a new phone and lose my contract! This was the best news EVER! Kendra was so knowledgeable and flexible with calling me back, a number of times, because of my work scheduled. I have NEVER had a representative bend so far backwards to accommodate me. Additionally, Jon in the service center was beyond amazing. When I called to ask Kendra a few more questions and she was not available Jon stepped up, researched my account, found Kendras notes and was able to keep up with what my needs where without me having to repeat myself. We all thought what I wanted was possible, but it wasnt a guarantee, therefore I had to go into the store location to attempt the impossible. Celina was AMAZING! She went above and beyond making calls for me to get me what I wanted and when we were convinced I wasnt going to get what I was hoping for she actually made it happen! This has been the best customer service experience of my life. These three people deserve promotions and raises! I will forever be a My Bull Frog customer. Gilbert was very patient and helpful. We left one Verizon store after upgrading our phones only to find out that my phone wasnt activated properly. We stopped at another store on the way home and he spent a good amount of time with my husband and I making sure we understood how to use our phones, they were activated and transferring our data. First time in this store and I was beyond impressed. The manager greeted me immediately as I entered. He was busy with another customer so I was helped by Trazelle. She seemed to genuinely enjoy her job and was very engaging to work with. Down to earth but still professional. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable she and the manager both were, and I felt like they took the issues I was having with my phone seriously. It made a frustrating issue (dead phone) so much easier to deal with! Nobody tried to upsell or convince me to change my plan, they just helped me with my phone and thanked me for coming in. Emily! That is the person to ask for when you go into the store. My phone said it was out of storage so I tried deleting some stuff and somehow accidentally triggered a factory reset, losing everything. So I brought in my phone (and tablet, in case that would help, which it did). She spent about an hour patiently working through and around several issues and got back much of what I had lost. Update: Although we started off bumpy, the reps at go wireless have work really hard to get my deposit issue resolved. We finally got everything figured out and their customer service has been fantastic ever since.I recently switched my business account from AT&T to Verizon and was told multiple times porting over the number of lines we had would be no problem, turns out they lied. I ended up paying $125/line for multiple lines. They then informed me that after 3 months of service I would be able add more lines no problem. 6 months later when I needed to add more lines to our account they told me I had to pay $125/line again. On a good note, phone reception with Verizon has been better, but I HATE doing business will people who are dishonest! I would not recommend

Tried to activate a phone by calling Verizon call center, but it did not work. Went into this store and they had the phone working within minutes. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and able to solve phone related issues.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Took great care of me and my phone.UPDATE. well I had to have my phone replaced so I went to this store because they are a Verizon store and Im a Verizon client. But I was informed that they would have to charge me to do this switch for me. I was shocked. I asked how long they had charged for this. The young man said always. Well no, thats not true because we had to have info transferred about 4 months ago on my husbands phones and there was no charge. This would have been the same situation. So if you need help, even if youre a Verizon customer they wont help you without charging you. Hmmmm. Not ok.

Apparently if you’re just a regular Joe Shmo the owner thinks it’s ok to help someone else that came in after you, even after an employee tells him I was here first, because he knew the guy! All I needed was my screen protector replaced, he could have very easily told the other guy to give him 5 minutes so he could rightfully help me first, but didn’t!The ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the guy that did help me was great!!Won’t be giving that owner my business anymore!

This is a 5 star / 1 star rating. On the plus side, the staff there (especially Matthew) were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and I never felt like they were trying to bullshit me. On the downside, they only have basic phones in stock, so I had to order the phone I wanted with larger memory. I placed the order on a Monday, and was told my phone would be in on Thursday, or Friday. On Friday I called, and was then told that it would be Monday, for sure. I stopped in on Monday, and was told that it would be in maybe Wednesday at the latest. I dont know where in the U.S. it was coming from, but I could have driven there and back in that time. Unacceptable. I walked out and went to Best Buy, where they had the phone I wanted in stock. Quick, and easy.
I’m not a Verizon customer but I use devices exclusive only to the carrier. I don’t often give reviews but I feel that this store has always gone above and beyond their call of duty and aim to be the best in the treasure valley and wanted to share it. I’ve had the opportunity to visit other Verizon stores (e.g. Milwaukee, Overland near Tucanos/Walmart) and all you got was a deferral to an 800 number — it makes you wonder why they’re even there.Corbin and his team were always very professional and knowledgeable with their products and services. Immediately they greet you on entry to acknowledge your presence. I say above and beyond because they seem to be always doing their best to help you with your need, give recommendations, and solve your device issues and explain to you the root cause in which I have experienced the few times that I visited their store. Their service is so remarkable, I almost decided to switch to Verizon. Heck, they even opened the door for me a couple times I was there. Now, that’s customer service! It’s good to know there are people and places like these still exist especially in the tech world where patience needs to be a commodity.

The first time I came in, Corbin and Rachel worked with me when I my phone got locked out. It took forever but they didnt give up! The second time I came in with my girlfriend to upgrade her phone. I wont go anywhere else! They take care of their customers!!
Cory helped my me upgrade my sons basic phone to a smart phone. He matched the price on a phone Id found elsewhere and when he didnt have it in the store, he searched the area and found it at another Bullfrog store a few miles away. He offered to have it brought over, or I could go get it. He bent over backwards to make it convenient for me. He was super friendly and super helpful. The staff here did what the Verizon people in 2 other stores, including the corporate office, would/could NOT do. After months of frustration, Mike helped me finally get some traction on our trade-in offer. I would recommend this store location above any other in the area. Easily.

Cody exceeded our expectations and all previous experiences we have had at other Verizon stores. This was our first time at this Verizon location because we had heard this was a better location to go to. Cody was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got the phone and case we wanted. He even drove to two different Verizon locations (Nampa and Eagle) to get our products. We will definitely go back and see Cody again.
David served us and did an excellent job. We had been in to the Nampa store recently and were not happy with the hard sell strategy used by the staff there. David provided us all of the information we needed, allowed us to make informed decisions, and was patient as we navigated the experience.
