Stopped here highly motivated to buy a trike ..have been in a lot of Harley shops this is the 1st time that not one person asked me if I needed help the guys that were sitting behind the counter must have already sold enough bikes for this week they never put their phones down ..won’t be back we stood by the bike we wanted to look at for a while..NOTHING

Absolutely the best staff at any kind of dealership Ive been to. Patient, never condescending, and never rude, even though I didnt have a Harley. We talked about different styles of bikes and what could be done to make it work for me. Sales, Parts, and Service have been extremely helpful in making this dream come true.

This is a great dealership. I went in for an oil change and bought a 2021 triglide. They have a way to make a deal work. Great Service Department. My local dealer is 30 miles away but I drive 150 miles to the dealership to have my bike serviced

I had called before making the hour+ drive, to see if they had what I wanted, and the young woman who took my call was very helpful and made sure the sizes I needed were in stock. This young woman was just as helpful when I got there.The only complaint I have, is the prices that Harley puts on there apparel, as you are not getting anything anywhere near being worth what you are forced to pay. I bought 1 short sleeve T-Shirt and 1 short sleeved Button Up shirt that was on clearance, and the total cost was over a $100, which is ludicrous. I love my Heritage, but its hard to support a company who robs their customers blind on parts and accessories.

I travel a lot and visit many dealerships and I will put the staff at Chunky River H-D up against any. I have been in numerous times for routine service on my bike and they do great work. I recently traded with them for a 2020 Road Glide Ultra and the sales staff including owner were top notch. I only wish we had a dealership this good closer to Jackson, but will continue to make the 1.5 hr ride to Meridian when I need something

I bought a 2018 Street Glide Special from Pat at Chunky River HD. I was never pressured or anything. Great experience. I came from 2 hours south and I’d gladly drive double to purchase from them again. They definitely went above and beyond for me .

Went in looking for a helmet and they had like 10 in stock. They had plenty of t shirts like a good t shirt shop should. Reply .. asked the girl at the counter and she said all you had was in the little corner on display.

Chunky River Harley, this place is great went in to look and road out with the most beautiful Ultra Classic ever. The staff are the best, not pushy at all, well worth the 300 plus mile ride to get there. Next time were that way definitely will stop in again. The very nice young man (cant remember his name) up front was a pleasure to meet along with Jamey Randall, they are the best.

I wish I could give 5 stars. Staff is great, place is nice, clean, organized. However the selection is very limited. I wanted to buy a few hundred dollars of upgrades but the shelf stock is very limited and geared toward top end new stock bikes, odd sizes, and overall limited options in parts, clothing, accessories. That’s only why I give it a 4 Star. Other than that it was a good visit. Jackson, Ms and Tuscumbia Harley have been the best selections so far.

Used to be much better under the previous owners. Sales are like used car sales people. Lowball yours and charge premium for theirs. Save some money and get some quality service...take the time and travel to Natchez Trace Harley.

The shop is large, very clean. Well lit and fully stocked. There is an extensive selection of top quality cycles and parts, as well as a fully equipped service garage.

I judge people by their integrity. Gina has the highest Ive ever seen especially in her profession. She definitely didnt tell me what I wanted to hear. She told me straight up the way it is! Absolutely not friendly! Drove to the Harley store outside of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and purchased something that ended up being the wrong size, the people were the most FRIENDLIEST and nicest people. We then passed another Harley store in Meredian, MS and walked in to a rude and not welcoming environment. People didnt seem like they wanted anything to do with my concerns and hovered over me the whole time. They didnt have what I was needing and I surely wouldnt have purchased anything from them even if they did have what I was there for.

Good selection of motorcycles including a few trikes. I luckily caught a buy 2 get 2 t-shirt sale.

During our vacation we stopped by. Very friendly staff.The owner took the time to come out and talk to us while we were waiting for a wash job on the bike.The service manager actually washed it himself being it was almost closing time.Great selection on bikes,shirts and sizes.

On a cross country trip my shifter broke. Was able to get to dealership first thing in the morning. The service department took my bike in immediately and I was back on my way in about a half hour. Snuck me in their schedule within a phone call and a hour ride. Tracy and Chris BP made me feel right at home during the wait time. Shop crew hustles hard and fast. All riders and gave a damn. I was on my way to Chunky Rivers HD when my 2002 Road King broke down and I had to be towed the rest of the way. i called and talked to the service manager Dave when it wouldnt start ad he went through a few gs to check and even called me with another thing to check. When I got there Dave came out and took the bike of the truck himself.While they checked it out for me I walked to the showroom and was greeted by Chris the sales manager and he could tell I was ready for a new bike. Traded for a 2015 Street Glide. Gave me to dollar for a broke down bike.Went back the next weekend and added highway pegs and everyone was so friendly and helpful!Highly recommend!!
