I stopped by here out of desperation needing a part for a trailer. My hopes was that since they sold big Tex trailers, they would have what I need. The lady up front went above and beyond to help me. Even though she knew I wouldn’t be a big sale ($18 to be exact), she dug in the back until she found what I needed. She was patient, attentive, and very nice. Thank you for your help, I would be stranded if not for you.
Guy had to research everything. Went in for a bulb took 30 minutes. Its a bike shop and I rather went to Amazon for true service. How can you work in a place and have no clue in what you sell.

This place doesnt even deserve a one star rating. First off the customer service: The older woman working here is the rudest most sour person Ive ever had dealings with. I didnt catch her name because I would definitely call her out on here, but you are lucky I have respect or you would have got an earful. If you however decide to go here the young man was helpful as he could be, but you could tell the work environment was tainted due to the individual spoken about above( He would definitely be successful somewhere else). I suggest you find other options for your ATV and parts needs you wont regret it. I will not support your business in any way.
Most of lawnmower parts I need is never in stock and their prices are expensive.
Bought a bike from them took a long time to get it back but they sure did got it running right they are very nice people just wish they are up to date like other competitors might do business with them again
Been doing business with Taylor & Son for many years and never a had problems.Went in and they had to order a part. I gave them right model and serial # and I had the part I needed in my hand to show what part I needed. They order the wrong part. Got the wrong part in and would not send it back. I had to eat the cost. Not my fault the wrong part was order. I will take my business else where.
Wish you could pick 0 stars. Service was always a bit slow, but has gone even further downhill with the worst customer service Ive seen in awhile. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to do business, I wont be back.

I had shopped around to many different shops in the area and this was the best price within 2 hours of meridian. I was very delighted with how friendly all the staff were and how they work together to overcome any problem that I brought to them. I will definitely return here for all my motorcycle needs.
Went to get parts for zero turn mower. They had the correct parts I needed for maintenance at a reasonable price. I have been going there for years.

Customer service and reliability seem to be lacking. Ordered a part and had to prepay before they would order, told it would be in Friday.Called on Friday and they said it wasnt in and they would call me back. Heard nothing and on Tuesday I called. Nobody answered on first call, finally answered on second call only to be told they didnt have time to talk they would call me back.Considering writing off that hundred dollars and going elsewhere to get the part to fix my zero turn lawnmower.
Background, I was in here about a month ago and asked at the time if they did services like tire installation. Fast forward to today, I showed up with a front tire to mount on my Kawasaki Mean Streak. To only finally be told that they do not install tires not bought through them. I asked why this was, only to be given an excuse of we dont know where the tires come from if we dont provide them. My response was pretty close to this is the largest load of BS I ever heard. This would have been some pertinent information to perhaps have heard when inquiring from the same employee a month earlier about tire installation.Lackadaisical attitude towards customer service. One person was just chatting with another customer about any ol thing under the sun, while I am standing there to check out. Two other employees were there but did not make an effort to provide any service at all.Long story short, I told them I would take my business elsewhere, went down the street to the Honda dealership who were only too happy to install my tire (in under an hour). I also bought some other products from them I had intended to buy at Taylor & Sons. So in total, T&S missed out on an easy $100 and an untold amount in future sales.....because I damn well will never let my shadow fall on their doorstep again. I like Kawasaki products, but would rather drive to Jackson then go back to this place again.Update: I have heard back from Justin Taylor at the dealership and he explained the policy behind their refusal to mount non-dealer provided tires. I may not agree with the policy, but their business, their choice and I am fine with that. That is part of the beauty of living in this country and owning your own business. He offered some labor compensation in the future for any work done, but I declined as it was not necessary. I will continue to consider them when having my Kawasakis serviced. Better communication on either of our parts would have eliminated this as an issue.

Wanted to buy Gravely zero turn, I knew exactly which one I wanted. They were not very friendly and could not tell me a price. Do they took my name and number but never called me back. So I drove to Jackson and bought one.

Ordered parts and paid for parts plus shipping. 6 days later, I called and the parts had not been ordered because they are waiting for someone else to order something. I could have ordered the parts online but chose to support local business. Never again

Called to check on a part told the guy what I needed and it was like he wanted to argue with what I needed. then he told me to hold for a sec. and really meant was listen for the dial tone. everytime I call up there same crap service sucks and customer doesnt know anything all though I fix a lot of there mistakes... I will never call them again....
