Boyd was my salesman (sadly not there anymore) was an awesome and attentive man. Matt the Manager went above and beyond. Called with a prostreet tuner issue. He researched the U0315 code I got. And instead of a 2 week wait. He got me in that Saturday. Nick was the service rider and did a terrific job. Parts does a great job getting to it what you need. The line for the bikini wash was too long to wait. Since I had a 4 hour drive.

I love my 883. Johnny, the salesman, is my hero! I am SO VERY happy he encouraged me to buy an 883 instead of a 750. I thought the 883 would be too powerful as I am a very new rider ... but its perfect. It fits me like a glove with no modifications!! Its a charcoal gray color with sparkles in the paint. I am really enjoying my ride!!!

I went in today with no plans to take a bike home, and ended up talking to Mohawk Matt. I was expecting him to be super hard sell, but he took a ton of time out of his day to give my dad and myself TONS of great information. I have been researching and comparing models from different manufacturers, and instead of trash talking the other brands and trying to get me to buy, he listened and answered my questions from a very unbiased point of view. I would feel 100 percent confident buying from him, and I fully intend to when it’s time for me to ride a bike home. It’s not often that a salesman will take time from their day to help you when they know you may not buy from them, but Matt made us feel more than welcome and gave us plenty of great advice. 10/10 customer service, and I’m looking forward to coming back to make a purchase

Not impressed. NOT EVEN A LITTLE.Make sure when you buy a bike here, that you leave with it. If not YOU will be responsible for following up on your bike...no one communicates to other departments here or CUSTOMERS.Bought a bike as a surprise for my wife...week and a day after signing papers...bike is STILL in the shop. Was supposed to be ready on Sunday No urgency!! No calls!!! They thought they had my money...WRONG. I wont buy water there

I bought parts from them. Got home and found out they werent the correct parts due to my bike not being stock. They simply took the incorrect parts and ordered me the correct part. Theyre super helpful and Ive never gotten the impression that Im an inconvenience. They always put their customers first which is becoming more rare these days.

The staff knows their stuff and the bikes are shiny. Spendy though. If you need parts for an older bike be prepared to pay high prices and wait for them to be shipped.

I love just coming to Harley and just walking around inside. They have great customer service. I took their learn to ride motorcycle class and it was seriously the best.the instructors were the best part of the classes. I bought my motorcycle from them and felt they did a great job helping me with my questions and getting me the best deal for my bike.

Had to have a battery replacement and was charged $212. Which is high but wanted a system check The next day I lost function of my rear brake. Not believing in coincidence, I called the dealership and inquired if it was possible they had caused it. I talked with a snotty technician that Claimed it was impossible that they may have caused it and insinuated I was trying to get free service. He suggested I take my business elsewhere. Which I have done and highly recommend Pro Power Performance

Always fun to go in and see new clothing items. They usually have a pretty good inventory of bikes but with the pandemic not so much. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Would give zero stars if possible. This place is a joke and I wouldnt recommend their service department to my worst enemy. They charged us for a repair and did not fix our bike. In fact they screwed it up and when my husband informed them of how to fix it, they charged us more $ for diagnostic. Crooks and liars. Dont trust this place with your bike. Beware!

I am a female first time rider. I purchased my bike to honor my husband. He passed away a month ago and he had a Harley sitting in the garage. I called his sales person Boyd and he stood right by me and heard everything I said. I told him I wanted to continue riding I just needed to learn and get a small big that I can handle. He called me one day and said a small bike is on its way to their store. I went over and traded in my husbands bike for a Sportster 1200 and signed up for riding lessons. This place is awesome, friendly welcoming staff, lots of bikes and merchandise. We recently traded or 2001 Heritage Softail in For a Triglide. It was an great deal and they even picked up our old bike and delivered our new one. Do yourself a favor and stop in to see for yourself.

Just bought a 2021 Harely Street Bob 114 at High Desert Harley-Davidson in Meridian, ID. Their internet sales guy, RYAN BAYNE, is the one who walked me through the entire process, and made it possible for me to get the bike I wanted. Ryan is knowledgeable, professional, easy to do business with, and he took care of every detail, making the whole process a pleasure.Ryan did mention that he is also the best looking salesman at the dealership. I cant 100% attest to that since I only saw about 60% of them, but do believe he has to be in the running (excluding the accessories department).I highly recommend High Desert Harley-Davidson—without question. Its a great place to do business and a fun place to hang out. All good people there in every department!

The experience I got from The dealership staff and my sales person Scott was beyond anything I could’ve hoped for. I went to four different dealerships in town including Indian Yamaha and Honda none of which gave me the time of day. Scott was by far the best sales person I encountered. Being in sales myself I felt very comfortable with him and was extremely happy with my purchase. Not only did I feel part of the family I also was in and out of there in under two hours I highly recommend high desert!

Its bad enough that Harleys parts and accessories are expensive, but here is a dealer who charges ABOVE retail for their parts. When I mentioned the part was $57.95 MSRP, not the $66 they anted, the parts person said, thats the price I have to sell it for. NO explanation as to why they ripoff their potential customers, no apologies, just the take it or leave it attitude. Stay away from these crooks.

My husband lost his wallet recently and needed a new one, there was only 2 available online. I called the Meridian Idaho, Harley dealer and had the pleasure of speaking with Emily in motor clothes. She was exceptional! Sent me pictures of what she had via email and has absolutely amazing customer service. I called to tell her which one I wanted and she was busy. I spoke with Brett and he heard my story and said he would go find her. My daughter stopped and picked up wallet and had amazing service. These two are outstanding in my book. I wouldnt shop online. Hayleigh in sales was really nice and great customer service. Zhe knew the helmet line well and what was in inventory and not. Found the best fit and didnt try to upsell. Which means best fitting helmet and safe. Explained available accessories and showcased them. I bought from her because I firmly believe service is part of the price. I could have gone online, but didnt. Ive had to return helmets before from ordering online because nothing gReplaces trying them on. Had it shipped back home for a nominal price.Looked at some bikes and Matt was helpful and knowledgeable. No high pressure or uosell. Very attentive and good to chat with about the baggers (I have a 2021 softtail slim).Very clean and well kept store, I will come back. Ive always seen it from the highway but never stopped in, my mistake.Shout out to Chance, too. You can tell its a good team of staff as they help each other out.

Somehow I didn’t realize I was paying $10,000 for a $5,000 bike.Unless I misunderstood, I was told the two year warranty was included with the bike, it was not. In hindsight I would’ve ditched the warranty and saved myself a decent chunk of change.As always, the staff there are very friendly and helpful.

A lounge area for youre comfort while waiting for your bike or friends while theyre shopping. Clean restrooms. Service department with express service for oil changes and any other service for your Harley.

I Recently purchased a 2018 fat bob from this dealership and let me tell you it was an incredible buying experience the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to show me a few bikes and really figure out what type of bike would best suit me being it was my first bike I have ever purchased!! the finance staff helped me get the best deal they could and explained anything I could have had questions about. Im new to this area and im 35 minutes away from this dealership. The service department has nice and friendly people but Im really disappointed and basically not happy with thier parts department. In 4 months I have not had any luck with these people answering calls. Even when I leave messages I will be lucky to get a call back! Very disappointed in this dealership. Looks like I will be buying my parts on line and not this dealership!

In my opinion this place is a horrible Harley dealership to go to. I was given the wrong part multiple times, they did not fix a gas leak they said they fixed and overall they are all just bad salesmen. No loyalty to the customer.

Unless your handing them $$$ money, your not getting any help.What happen doing whats right. You buy a 40K bike and they will find a reason its not covered if you need something fixed.High Desert is making me take my business elsewhere.

Ive purchased 3 bikes from this dealership and I can honestly say that these guys will bend over backwards to make sure you and your bikes get taken care of. My first bike had a few issues and I had a couple disagreements in service. Josh the sales manager stepped up and made sure that it never happened again. I will definitely recommend and buy many more bikes here in the future.

I was in on friday afternoon to look at an 03 softtail that was beautiful and for reasons beyond my control it didnt work out. however they did find a motorcycle that fit right for me and the next day me and my new motorcycle rode off into the sunset. and it was all thanks to brett, TJ, Jeff, and all of the other fantastic people that work at High Desert. So far i have had nothing but a blast on my new bike and i would highly recommend this dealer for all of your motorcycle needs.

At this Harley Davidson Dealership, you will find the most friendly staff ever. I walked in to just browse and the salesman allowed me to do so uninterrupted. When he saw that I was paying particular attention to a specific bike, he then approached to answer my questions. Not once did I feel like I was being ambushed. My salesman (John Shaul) was great. I couldnt believe that I could also as a new member, come into the dealership and enjoy having a drink and play a little pool. They have a lot of get togethers. Who does that!!!! High Desert Harley is the BEST.

I walked into the store looking for a service manual they didnt carry. The entire staff was really interested in my project, and before I knew it I was getting a backstage tour of the store and the projects some of their team were working on. I was probably there for a solid hour and it felt like I was hanging out with old friends. The parts manager Kyley happens to be building the same bike and he gave me a lot of great resources. I will definitely be buying everything I can for this project and the next at High Desert.

Huge dealership was told they had time to mount tires I purchased had wheels off bike and loose drove hour there to be told they couldnt mount them. Thanks to Tom at American Cycle and Machine I got them done and at a way better price! He coulda got me the tires cheaper even go see Tom!!

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff! Bought a 2020 Street Glide Special. Of course it took a little time for all of the paperwork. We had our 2 year old with us and all of the staff showed him attention and played with him to help (which is not what you would expect at a motorcycle dealership)! The salesman, Matt, even gave him some cookies that he had in his desk. Seems like a small gesture, but it was beyond helpful with making the buying process easier and less stressful!

This is the best dealership I have ever been to.

Service department is not trusted. The offered a $50 discount on my 5k service and I told them I was planning on doing myself and I already bought my own oil and filter. The tech went and asked the manager if they could use my oil and he said sure. When I picked up my bike they said i wasnt going to get my $50 discount since they used my oil. They didnt tell me this before hand otherwise I would have used their oil and saved mine for next time. The manager refused to credit me the $50. I will not do business with people that tell me something and not honor that and I urge you to do the same!
