Good visit but wished they would had a few more displays but I understand why they dont with all the trouble about the shipping from the other side of the world but the help and understanding of the merchandise was great 👍

Had 1 used m/c and extremely high price and way over Bank pricing. Then only 2 childrens 50cc motorcycles. I was planning on buying myself a on off road m/c, my wife a 4 wheeler and my Granddaughter a small 4 wheeler. They had none of this. Only the 3 I told you about in the showroom. Went to the Yamaha shop and they had plenty. I have owned Yamaha products and they are good. I just wanted to purchase Honda products. Havent bought yet going to wait a couple weeks and hopefully they have the inventory. If not I am buying Honda. In North Ms they have plenty of inventory.

Try to sell them my bike 2008 CBR 1000 RR For $3,500 said nobody wantsto buy bikes any more would have to pass. NADA Price is $5,000

Always friendly and helpful every time I go there. They almost always have what I need and if they dont then they can usually get it within a few days. Ive only had one issue with them in the past is the reason they didnt get 5 stars

Meridian Cycles has a good selection of Honda, Polaris, and Can-Am atvs and side by sides. They made me a good deal on a Honda four wheeler. The sales staff was very helpful and patient. Sounds like their service department is a little slow based on other reviews, but I would not hesitate to buy another ATV from them.

Sales associate wasnt very helpful and as my husband was asking about ordering or locating a product, the salesman just said have a nice day twice and then got on the phone. We were the only ones there to boot.

I stopped in to Meridian Cycles today and picked up an oil filter for my Boulevard S50. I like the guys there! They need to sell some motorcycles! Insurance is cheaper! If you can ride a scooter. Easy to find...right off the interstate. Advance Auto allowed me to change my oil at their frontage road location. Dropped the oil, and filter, added oil and dumped the waste in their drum. Less than 30 minutes! Saved 2/3 of the cost! Passing through Meridian, Mississippi. Good team work! Thanks to Suzuki and Advanced Auto!

The staff was really friendly, and it was easy to find but the pricing was crazy. We were traveling from south Mississippi to north Alabama and stopped in meridian for gas, noticed there was wire showing on our rear tire & with that being basically the only place around, we had no other options. They took the bike back to change the tire....then came out and told us we needed front brakes. Well my boyfriend went to check the front brakes which did not need to be replaced: they came out a few more times trying to get us to “fix” more “problems”. There is nothing else wrong with the bike. We ended up waiting 2 hours for them to change one tire and charging us $300 vs the 145 we could have payed almost anywhere else.

Took my bike in two weeks ago to be worked on. Was told that theyd call and let me know something by Wednesday. No call on Wednesday, so I called on Thursday. Was told they hadnt got to my bike yet, but should get to it Friday. Stopped there Friday to get my helmet from the trunk, and was told that it would be next week before they looked at it. Went back the next Friday and the bike is still sitting in same spot. Hasnt been looked at, worked on or touched. Told them I was taking it somewhere else to have it worked on. I own 4 Honda motorcycles and will never go here for anything ever again. If youre so swamped that youre not going to get to it for several weeks, just say so. Dont bs me. Now my bike still needs to be worked on, and Ill have to try and change my trike installation appointment, since its not fixed. Thanks for nothing.
