Always out of Pokémon cards immediately. I think they’re just selling to their friends and staff.Could have sworn I saw somebody picking up cards through the back before they opened last time I went and waited outside

I had a nice experience visiting this GameStop. The staff greeted me upon entering the store and immediately helped me find what I needed. I’d definitely stop in again if I’m in the area.

Employees there are super cool and helpful. Went to trade in some old stuff and they helped make the process easy and quick. During the time another customer came in with a really bad mood causing chaos in the store, the employees kept calm and reacted very appropriately. Awesome staff!

Employees are always welcoming. Even when out of ideas of what to get, they are always willing to go above and beyond to try and find the perfect gift.

Staff is awesome! Even when they dont have an item in stock they offer you options that allow you to get the item.

I walked in to ask a simple questions and the employee working there was extremely disrespectful and wouldnt even let me ask my question without giving me harsh attitude and disrespectful sarcasm. I was just wondering if any stores in the area were selling PS5 pre-orders and she cut me off before I could get a word out, told me that I put the signs up on the windows because I was lying, we do have PS5s and we just dont want to sell them to you. I know its sarcasm but I dont tolerate that kind of disrespect and I will never be going back to this GameStop and I will tell everyone I know to never go here as well. It was unbelievable and GameStop should not tolerate their employees treating their customers like complete dirt.EDIT: After looking at other reviews, there are a lot of other people who experienced the same kind of disrespect from the SAME EMPLOYEE, she needs to be fired.

Horrible customer service. I was racially profiled because me and my wife does not share the last name. An order was placed online for in store pick up for an used joy-con . I had all my wifes information with confirmation number that item was being picked up & paid for. They proceed to tell me I can not pick up item only she can because people in that store have been doing fraudulent things. No identification I had would be good enough but then said they would need to varify Im indeed there and was sent by her. I am appalled that in the climate we are in they lack the common sense that with all that information I had I still wasnt good enough due to the color of my skin.

Very rude I called And The Employee Robin Was Giving me nothing but attitude and kept screaming at me and not patient at all im new at gaming a thr disrespect i got is just Unexpectable and i think robin should be more patient. Very bad customer service.

You will most likely find the video game or products you seek here as there is plenty! Just dont expect very specialized game products to be in store or available at all. The staff is nice to a degree and they are knowledgeable here. Just dont expect them to be totally up on certain key subjects, but they can help you get closer to what you are in search of by using online ordering also nice feature and there is a store credit card, layaway feature for some items & trade in phones and used games is always an added bonus! Just be careful of price point fixes and feeling too impulsive here just like its other stores.

Employee: JemeMy wife and I returned to the store after having made a purchase the night before. We wanted to make some exchanges and had a ton of questions. Jeme was immediately attentive and listened without interruptions. He was able to respond to all of our questions in a user-friendly way so that we could fully understand the answers. Everything we needed he was able to diligently address. I wish that the store had more of what we were looking for in stock so that the sale could have went to him. However, he was able to guide us to a nearby store that had what we needed. He not only got us one store, but he provided us with several stores that had what we were looking for. His attention to detail and time spent on our needs was way beyond what we have ever experienced at any GameStop. It was such a great experience and we will most likely be taking the extra time to go to the Merrick store instead of the one closest to our home. Jemes disposition, demeanor and ethic should be the model for all store employees. Its encounters like this that will guarantee that I remain a loyal Gamestop customer for years to come.I dont often get to treat myself to new video game systems and accessories but it is all wroth it when employees go above and beyond to make the experience as easy and enjoyable as he did.Best Regards,

Always friendly and welcoming experience

Went into the store today and asked for a new game that was apparently sold out. When I asked “who had the game” meaning another location an employee smugly said to me “people who pre ordered it”. Usually I would wait until it would come in stock and support a store but this employee made me so angry I digitally bought a game for the first time in my life! Luckily downloading a game was quick and easy....digital games might be hurting GameStop’s business but terrible employees like the guy I met today are killing it! I advise just downloading games from now on and if you want a physical copy avoid this place and take the ride to another town for decent treatment!

I had a horrible experience with this gamestop I bought a brand new xbox one x on release day, a few months later I was having issues with it, I brought it back to this gamestop where I bought it from, only for them to tell me this is gamestop not game fix and they cant fix it for me. Needless to say I will never do business with this or any other gamestop ever again Ive been with this company since 2011 and my business ends with them tonight thanks to Ben the store manager for this service.

Always have a great selection of games and if by a chance they dont have the game they gladly give you a location to the nearest game stop that have the game in stock

This is one of the GameStop stores that not a lot of people think of, so sometimes you can get something that the other stores dont have. For instance, I saw those little monkey toys that are so hot this Christmas in two different GameStop stores.
